Consistently slow service no matter what time of day it it. Line often wraps around the restaurant. On more than one occasion I have been served dead food (food that was cooked earlier and been kept warm long past the edible stage). Food so old you could not actually bite into it. You would think with as slow as they are that the food would at least be freshly cooked and appealing. You would be wrong. Sadly this is one of the few "restaurants" in the area and the food impersonates Wendy's cuisine except its horrible. This last time while sitting in the drive through the young man at the window handed me my credit card but did not hand me a receipt, I am waiting for him to hand me my receipt and he flexed on me like he was fight me through the drive through. Here I am a paying customer getting threatened by some skinny punk because I am waiting for him to hand me a receipt. That is not customer service and this is just a sign that Wendy's really doesn't care about the quality of the food or the people that work in their restaurants. I hate having to drive all the way to Bowie for Panera. But after this last experience you can bet that this place can rot. I really wish they would go out of business so a Panera could open in its place. read more

So far I haven't had a problem with raw meat here but at least the chicken buns isn't greasy like the top of the burgers. I rarely write any this for a restaurant but after yesterday's experience with at least 5 other people I'll say this place is slooooooooww. I'm not being dramatic. My stupid self waited 20 minutes just to ordered and I was the next person in line. It's slow here like 70% of the time but man I don't know what happened in the back of the restaurant. At one point other customers started to get pissed off because of this slow service. I'll say this, if you have a lot of time in your hand than come but don't expect the fast service like McDonald's (across the street) or Chick-fil-A (Largo Town Center/Blvd). I'm typing this review as I sit in this SLOW A** LINE!!! I've literally been sitting in line 20 mins and it's 12am!!!! The food here is decent but you shouldn't have to wait 20 mins in line at 12am!!! It's only maybe 2 cars in front of me!!! Also when you come here make sure you ask for fresh fries because if not they will be cold! I constantly give this location chance after chance..... it's late and I could have gone to McDonalds across the street and been home by now!!!! The new Giant Jr Bacon Cheeseburger combo comes with fries, a 4 piece nugget, and drink for $5 which is a good deal for something quick. I would have given them 4 stars alone for that but unfortunately the wait time makes this location hard to enjoy read more

The food is fine. The service is rediculous. Almost every time I have been there they never get the order right. I have stayed in line this week for an hour to get my order. Management has to do better. Workers need to be retrained. They should be able to prepare more than one order in 5 minutes. The absolute worst. read more

So everything started off great... I hate fast food... like loath the fact if it's the only thing that I can eat at 12am... As mentioned in lots of reviews here, this Wendy's is notoriously slow and the service is horrible. Today took the cake though. I stopped by the drive through around 4:15. There was a sign taped to the menu that read, "Our system is down". I drove around to the drive through window and waited. A young lady with very unkempt hair (particularly to be working around food) came to the window and said, "Is the sign not up?" I replied, "Yes, there is a sign. That's why I came around to place my order." She said our system is down so we cannot take any orders. She had quite an attitude. She was very rude. I have a question for Wendy's: do the packs of pecans for the apple pecan chicken salad come out of the employee's paychecks? I ask because i came here to get a salad and asked for extra pecans and the girl who helped me gave the biggest attitude about it. Acting as if i was the biggest inconvenience to her. It seems since they remodeled, the service has gotten worst. I had a chicken sandwich that wasn't cooked thoroughly, the drive thru constantly has signs on the menu that says, "the speaker doesn't work and to please come in", and the wait is always 30 minutes or longer. RUFF ! They have a manager there she is a RUDE old lady SO RUDE with not one percent of customer service skill . One of the staff told me her name was Octavia Jackson not sure if that's true . But anyway my sandwich was made wrong and I asked for it to be made right . Octavia says to a staff member " we'll what the hell does he want on the sandwich " WOW !
