I come here often for lunch. Why are the Spicy Chicken sandwiches so fresh? I'm not sure, but I appreciate it. I've had a lot of spicy chicken sandwiches over the years, and two problems arise regularly: 1) chicken isn't freshly cooked, and 2) the lettuce is disgusting (most often attributed to someone slapping a thick, white slab of lettuce on). No Wendy's is immune to the lettuce issue (do people really like the white pieces of lettuce from the center of the iceberg head?), but even that happens less often here than at other locations. The food always comes out super fast... sometimes even before I've gotten my drink cup filled. The little kid in you will love mixing flavours on the Coca Cola freestyle machine they have. read more

Today is April 22th and I drove through to get something to eat for me and my husband. Purchased a spicy chicken filet for me and a double cheeseburger for him. It was wonderful! The chicken sandwich was moist, spicy and very hot. The best thing about the experience was the young man at the drive up. He was incredibly polite and professional. read more

This place was once pretty good. Clean, friendly staff, decent food. Everything you want in a fast food business. Was once, but no more. Tonight my wife and I stopped in at 5:00 for a burger on the way home. First clue was that half the chairs were up on tables as if they were closing. Walking in, we asked one employee if the dining area was open. He said that he would need to check with his manager. A moment later, he returned to tell us we could eat here. Great. I ordered a single cheese combo, while my wife ordered a salad. The food arrived and we crossed the dining area over horribly sticky floors and sat at one of the few tables where the chairs were on the sticky floor. While we ate, the first employee stayed busy putting all chairs up on tables. We were the only customers in what was once a very busy Wendy's. Our dinner time entertainment was listening to the kitchen staff tell stories about their weekend. After finishing our meal, which was pretty good, we exited and spotted the first employee in the parking lot chatting up a friend. Decent food, clueless and rude employees, dirty floors and broken restroom hand dryers pretty much sums up our experience. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Had a decent sized order and took about 5 min just for someone to speak into the speaker. The girl taking my order kept interrupting and was rude, half way thru my order she paused for about 5 min then took the rest of the order (while talking on her phone), after that I heard her say "this f****** idiot, got my food and drink and go to check it, and it's wrong. I was missing a small Chilli and a fry, when I confronted them about it they (the manager and the girl) wanted to argue. This place needs alot better management and staff. read more

I have already waited in line for ten minutes after having to repeat my order. I don't mind waiting normally but I can see three workers just hanging out and having a great time through the windows. Lots of smiles by the workers, but not a quick stop to get food. read more

Store number #3270 was the best Wendy's experience to date. Everyone was very kind and I believe the manager Tamara was very respectful and still making sure all was how it should be. The cashier Josh was more than kind and very on point with customer service and not being judgemental. As a Homeless man that is struggling and hungry. These things mean the world to people in my shoes. Normally we are treated less than and as a burden. Not at wendys on parallel in kck! Keep up the good work guys. Took 30 minutes to get order. Placed order then repeated when we paid, then repeated when we got drinks. Everyone was in back laughing. Sounded like a party. When we received order it was incorrect but kept it anyway because didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. Very poor service and employees didn't seem to care. read more

Waited in line for 40 minutes (fourth in line) Someone finally went to window, came back and said they were closed. It was 1022 when I arrived, sign said they closed at 11(website too). Person working there didn't have decency to tell anyone over speaker. No sorry or anything. Very poor business plan! Would give zero stars if possible. read more

What can I say, its a Wendy's. It's a fast food restaurant, just like the 30,000 other Wendy's around the country. The store is always half way clean; almost clean but always a little bit of trash in the store. The staff is equal to a bunch of zombies, that are just going through the motions. This is something I would normally expect from a fast food chain, but I used to work in fast food and I always had a sunny disposition. The food usually reflects the people who make it, and this place is no different. The food is ok, for a Wendy's, and the presentation is always put together well. If your craving a Baconator, hit the drive through and get far away from here. read more

I think that this Wendy's does a great job. I always am able to get super tasty food and am never disappointed by it. They have always gotten me my food out quick and it is always hot and fresh. I absolutly love the new fries that they have. They are in my top 5 places for french fries. I have not been inside for awhile so I cannot comment on the cleanliness or how they act inside but I do know that when we go through I get great service. read more

Just went inside to get my kids and myself lunch when the guy behind the counter asked to help the 3 ladies behind us in line. They cut right in front of us and we were completely ignored! Man did I have an experience at this Wendy's. First of all their credit card machine was down. I had cash so not the biggest deal. I ask for "a nine" the dude on the mic just yells "we don't have a nine have a number 9" with attitude like a lil bitch. I just respectfully said "okay let's do that." Just went through the drive and ordered items off their 4 for $4 menu. We got to the window and questioned why it cost so much and was told that we needed to tell them that we wanting items off the 4 for $4 menu and not the regular menu. What we ordered was exactly the same thing, just listed in both areas on the menu. We asked if we could tell them now, before we paid. We were told, "only if you drive around and order again." Just waited over 6+ minutes in the drive thru literally at the order screen. Only car in line! Would have left 5 minutes ago but all our daughter wanted was a baked potato. We verbally asked 3 times if we could give our order, and the girl responded each time with "just a minute" and a slight giggle...just as we were ready to leave she says "can I get your order" and we proceeded to place our order...but they are out of baked potatoes (irony)...as we were placing an order for something else, the girl proceeds to start laughing and talking again, apparently with her coworkers inside...we said forget it and drove off. A waste of our time...Ridiculous! No wonder restaurants are shuttering around here left and right...it's a miracle to find decent service as the available "talent" is worthless. Go to Chic-Fil-A to get OUTSTANDING SERVICE every time...the managers on duty are the best customer oriented staff in the area for fast food. I waited in the drive-through longer than 10 minutes. Then they got my burger wrong (I ordered it plain, and it came fully loaded). The fries were cold. And this isn't the first time this sort of thing has happened. Once I received my replacement order, the food was correct but cold again (like the original fries). The cheese was not even melted. Want to have a fast food chain that is built to last?? Don't use this place as the bench mark... and don't hire anyone that was fired from here for insubordination. Simple order: 2 large fries, chicken sandwich, a kids meal w/ milk, and 2 large drinks... no special this or special that. Roll up to the second window, because the first is for decoration of "what my storage closet should look like with windows and a large Wendy's sign taped to it". The guy barley says, hello!! Just a grunt and a hand for me to pass my card off. I try cracking a little joke like, "man you guys are busy tonight huh??" And he says, "what you say?" Whatever he disappears, someone else gives me my receipt and card, he disappears, first guy returns with two drinks... which is which?? Ugh??? "Man, you would ask huh?" Naw, I just want to make sure you didn't screw up and give me sweet tea... but the fries were cooked at lunch... meaning they were cold and tasted like they were slowly cooked under a heat lamp in a grease trap for 6 hours... then to make matters worse... when did Wendy's get so stingy they don't even pass out kids toys in their meals when the sign says, "please let us know if your child is under 3 so we can give the appropriate toy". And those clowns want $15 an hour... can't cook fries and can't give a kid a toy... hope they were keeping the toy to shove up their bum... ya bums!!!
