I ordered a dozen…read morecookies (chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin) through DoorDash, and the quality was unacceptable. The chocolate chip cookies tasted off--almost like they had been cross-contaminated with another flavor, possibly cranberry. They were also flat, underwhelming, and did not appear to be properly prepared. Even more concerning, while eating one of the oatmeal raisin cookies, I bit into something hard and gritty--almost like a small foreign object. I immediately had to spit it out. I cannot say exactly what it was, but it was enough to make me stop eating altogether. This experience raises serious concerns about quality control and food safety. Based on this, I would not feel comfortable ordering anything else from this location. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes a closer look at their food preparation standards.
