This Wendy's is horrible! i ordered a double cheeseburger with only mayo, a cup of chili with lots of cracker. They gave me a cheeseburger drenched in ketchu, pickles and onions. Becaause of a medical condition I have, I can't really eat ketchup. the sandwich was cold. the chil had a lot of ketchup and the crackers we're stale. I call Wendy's and they made a big joke out of it. The guy said his name was Daniel, but I don't think that was his name. I went through the drive-thru as I thought that would be the fastest way to order some food. Turns out it would have been faster if I would have gone inside. There were about four to five cars ahead of me when I came to the drive-thru. I was next in line to order my food. I was at this drive-thru for a solid 20 minutes. There's nothing fast about the drive-thru at this location. My spicy chicken sandwich was good. But the wait left a bitter taste in my mouth. And the server at the window was not friendly. My daughter and I went they the drive thru and my daughter placed an order with kids meals with chicken nuggets fries and a drinks and also two of the grilled chicken ranch wraps, the girl repeated the order and didn't say kids meals , so my daughter says they are kids meals and the girl said rudely that you need to tell me they are kids meals, then when we got to the window to pay and get the kids meals she gives us the stink eye and hands us the order aggressively , we looked at each other like what the hell was that all about. I typically try to avoid this location because it always takes SO long to order and pick up food in the drive-thru. But today I decided I'd give their new breakfast menu a try, though. There was only 2 people in line but it took 15 mins to order and get to the window to get my food. I ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit meal with coffee. I get home to find I've been given a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and some of the worst coffee I've ever had. The woman at the window also gave the man in front of me the wrong order & had to call him back to the window before I received my food. Although this was a wrong order, I did think the food was decent. However, I would've liked to get what I came for... but I will never order their coffee again! There was literally one car already at the Window and I was at the speaker. it took them forever to even say may I help you. once I get to the window to pay I'm asked to back up and pull back forward. I'm pretty patient but I started to get annoyed and asked why am I doing this? the cashier said to stop the timer....another young lady hands me chili who had a VERY nasty demeanor who should not even be interacting with customers. I asked her for chili sauce she replied with a nasty attitude and said it's in the bag. I then asked her for two more which one fell and she just walked away from the window afterwards. I haven't been to Wendy's in a long time and I just remembered why. Quality of food have declined. Drive thru cashier tried the short change me. When she handed my change, I just knew it didn't seem right because she didn't hand the receipt right away. I asked her how much was my order and said ok. She finally gave me my receipt and I saw that I was missing money. She saw that I looked at it and waited for her to respond. She said oh yeah are you missing dollars, here you go. As I reached for the handle of the door I pushed it open with my elbow because the glass was so disgustingly filthy. I thought to myself that this is not a good sign. The lady who took our order was prompt and friendly and our food was hot. I just could not get over that the ketchup dispensers were both empty, the lids for the medium size cups where nowhere to be found and the floors were filthy. It was 7 this evening when we were there. We dined in, but we wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. This is a very nice area out of town where you have plenty of restaurants to choose from. The worst drive thru experience myself and my husband have ever experienced. The "hostess" name on the receipt is Patricia, so that's who I'm assuming took our order since the girl who handed us the food had a different name. She kept telling us to hold on and we wouldn't hear anything for a few minutes. I came in to order a large order for my division. I was approached by a worker asking how they could join the military. I asked why they wanted to join and they explained horrible working conditions, especially the fact that they weren't allowed to take restroom breaks when they needed to.
