Change the service was bad they gave my food to some one else so I had to go reorder my food

It really doesn't take much to get a good review at a fast food establishment. This location fails at multiple levels. 1) the food was below fast food standards. 2) service was absolutely terrible. No "good morning " no "hello" no " thank you ". Drive through window employee was an absolute soulless, rude prick. 3) garbage was overflowing and spilling into the parking lot at 7:45am. ( obviously the night team was too lazy to do their job and the morning team doesn't care.) Because it takes a lot of work to throw a bag into the dumpster. this location is provides horrendous customer service. I go here about once a month & I am always disheartened by the attitude of the employees and leadership staff. I ordered a frosty and a blonde-hair manager (I couldn't get her name) showed frustration to my questions by sighing and huffing and puffing over the intercom. I HATE this location. The owner is a loser because he continuously hires incompetent employees. My order was wrong again for the 100th time. Ordered a burger, no ketchup and no pickles. We've been here a few times since moving and never have had an issue. Even if the line is on the longer side it tends to go very quick. Whoever we've dealt with listens , gets our order correct and isn't rude. Food is usually always hot. read more

Not sure what is going on with this Wendy's anymore! I used to Love it... I placed a mobile order for a chili, small fry & a Parmesan salad. pulled up to a line out to the street at 10:30 pm... it took about a half hour to get to the speaker to say I was there. I tried to go inside to circumvent the line but it was already locked. Got home to eat my chili & now I wish I never did! been up all night running to the bathroom not sure which way it wants to come back out!!! So I'm not sure what's going on with this place. Lately I've been realizing this place has been having issues wanting to give change back to their customers. before I even start. There is no coin shortage. It's a fallacy. To get us all to stop using LEGAL tender by law. The first few times I was given a hard time about them having to give me a quarter back or 35 cents. Today was on another level. The Young Spanish girl working today tried to refuse giving me back almost 2 $ back. She said to me" did I really need 2$like that " like excuse me !?! Rude customer service and managers that simply do not care about customers waiting in line. Waiting in line while all the employees including the manager watch you with no acknowledgment is the poorest experience from a fast food joint. Go to Burger King - far fewer issues. read more

This place is horribly run. The employees are constantly fighting with each other. Just for a kids meal you will wait a good 30-45 min some days. The employees always have an attitude. It's the most chaotic experience. And don't you dare ask if they have vanilla frostys. They haven't had them in over a year. I think tonight was the last time I'm coming here. Burger was overdone, dry and lacked flavor. I forgot they also put mayo on some burgers (but not all - how about some consistency??). Gave us wrong flavor frosty. The spicy nuggets are over-spiced. Well, it's been a couple of months and I have no complaints! The food is always good and the place is clean! Try to beat the drive thru lunch rush! Cut them some slack since IT IS a new location, very nice premises, looks clean, however VERY slow drive-thru, and NO TEAM WORK and lack of communication. One of the supervisors gave the poor cashier a hard time over sauce, like... what? Anyway, I came home without a fork or straws. I'll check in again a couple of months down the road. read more

Drive slow to find this place because their sign is low to the ground for some odd reason. They did put out tall and thin red flags but no one knows how long they will be out there. Just look across from the school very carefully. Otherwise... Very fast and friendly service! They have the Coke Freestyle machine in here. So get the coke freestyle app to download weekly soda recipes. Food was great though. The fries are thankfully not as salty as the other Wendy's locations which drown their fries in salt. read more

I love Wendy's. I would drive 20 minutes to get to the one in Sayville and it was always great. Recently they've been opening more stores- which are conveniently closer to me. I don't know what it is, but for some reason these new Wendy's just aren't nearly as good. The main three big points... 1) Burger meat isn't nearly as juicy and tender. Burgers at the new locations are almost always rubbery. Wendys was always about the great burgers... apparently, since they got bought out by a large food conglomerate (who also owns Arbys), they don't seem to care about quality anymore. 2) Fries seem to almost always be cold and soggy. I mean... WTFlock? 3) Crispy chicken just doesn't have that awesome zing to it like before. The seasoning isn't as tasty, the chicken isn't as tender and juicy and the whole experience just isn't the same. It's a crying shame- for decades Wendy's used to be awesome. They just recently opened so I'll cut them some slack but for now this location gets three stars from me. The drive thru is insanely slow and we didn't even go during a busy hour. We ordered large fries and though we got a large containers the containers themselves were only half full and the fries were overcooked and not hot. Slow drive thru. Today I went with a validation code for a free sandwich. Ordered the Daves sandwich (hamburger) & chicken nuggets. Seem not to know how to handle the validation code. When I got home there were french fries in the bag instead of chicken nuggets. I will still visit. they're fairly new and will get better in time. Place is clean inside and out. Went through the drive in at 10:30P on a Sunday night. There seemed to be a skeleton crew working and the burgers and fries were cool, despite my asking for "hot" fries. Generally I am a big fan of Wendy's but the length of the drive-thru line deters my visit. It's a new place so will give them a few months to work out the kinks and try again. read more

I am not anywhere satisfied with my service. I was on my lunch break which is only 30 mins and i was on line for the drive through leavinf my self with 9 mins to get back to work. I did not get a reciept. I I thought that this location would be doing better due to how long they've already been open.
