I politely advised the man at the window that my order came with two diet cokes, not one. After a little bit of a communication / language issue, I was handed a seltzer, which contained an amount of coke syrup barely sufficient for me not to notice the difference in the darkness. This little power trip was clearly intentional as the first coke was fine, and I could sense that he was being inconvenienced by me. Is the above worthy of a 1 star review? I made my order at the drive thru only to get back to work and find out they gave me something completely different. The employees in the drive through (especially the girl on the speaker that takes your order) are unprofessional and rude. They were easily annoyed and they were arguing right in front of me because they forgot to mark which one of my sodas were diet. They had to re-make the sodas which then resulted in them calling each other names. Worst experience with a Taco Bell!! I made an order and the girl at the drive through put the wrong items down on the list, i had to correct it and she just told me pull up, it cost more then normal, so i was a little suspicious but figure this place sucks already they probably messed up pricing and didn't bother saying anything, the girl did not give me a receipt she basically just threw my bag at me and closed the window i drove off, took a bite of my food and it was all wrong, she didn't correct it when i told her about it and charged me for more expensive horrible food i didn't ask for. This is the worst taco bell i have ever been to. Service is beyond slow and the drive through line gets so long they needed to hire security to close it off. I've sat in the drive thru line for 45 minutes, drove away only to find out our order was wrong. Fiancé went inside to correct it and he was given some serious attitude when he asked for it to be fixed. This is a common occurrence, just that one time we waited that long. He asks for a water and gets a sprite (diabetic.) Asks for no cheese, gets cheese. How hard is it, people? Definitely do not deserve $15 an hour here. We would rather drive to others in the area. Usually alright. What you'd expect. Sometimes there are mistakes but I'm not that picky. Today the drive thru was rough. They handed me the wrong order. Twice. Then I got my order. Seemed ok but I pulled up and checked it. Not right. I got this for my kids who would throw a fit if there was lettuce on there. I parked and went inside. Now I am running late, I gotta go to work. They did address me immediately, mostly because I slapped my bag on the counter looking irate. Vincent the manger, unenthusiastically yet quickly fixed the order. I know it's a fast food place. They were busy. They were stressed. They were out of sprite and all sauces except diablo. I'm sure they were having an off day and it sucked. I don't normally come here at dinner hour so idk of this is the norm. That said, it took me nearly 30 minutes to get my kids a quick dinner and I was late for work. Avoid the breakfast, despite your curiosity! The waffles' only flavor was of vegetable oil and the sausage they use is definitely weird. Getting a McDonald's breakfast the next weekend was revelatory. Those flavors were on the money. But, this place is fine for regular tacos and the like. read more

Omg where do I begin. I ordered 2 chicken quesidilla, nachos with cheese and a cheesy Dorito Gordita crunch. The girl at the register asked me if I just wanted the nachos with no cheese twice then didn't even know what a Gordita crunch was. She had to pull someone aside and ask if they even sold that. He then added it on to our order himself when the she proceeds to ask me again if I want cheese with my nachos. The order came out to $13.10 and I gave her a $20.10. She was going to hand me $2 but then struggled thinking again. Her manager said do u need help its $7.00, $7.00!! He gives me my change and the incompetent girl behind the register says can I go home?? Can I cash out?? He told her to leave and to make sure all the money was there... what an ordeal... if you don't know what's on the menu and you especially can't count why would you put such a unreliable person behind the register... The other day i was in the drive thru ordering and i get to the window and the window cashier (Karen M to be exact) was completely rude and unprofessional and not proper. She opened the window and grabbed my bag while talking to her coworkers looking the other way and stuck out her arm to hand me the bag WHILE she was still turned the other way and Karen did not say anything to me. It's become almost impossible to get into the drive through during evening hours. This is exacerbated by the security guard who sits in his car blocking the entrance to the drive-through while talking on his phone and not paying attention to whether or not the line has advanced. Taste-wise, the food is regular Taco Bell fare. Service-wise, it really depends on who you get at the drive-through. There is one older woman who tends to work late at night and on weekends who could care less what she puts in the bag that she hands you and always seems completely put out when you ask her for sauces or to correct a mistake in the order. Fortunately, they recently hired some younger people who seem to care if they get your order correct. My main issue is that they don't seem to be concerned that they are losing customers because security will not let you in the drive-through line and if you can find a parking space, the line inside is much worse than it was before the security guard was hired. Even if I'm in the mood for tacos, it is still much easier to go down the road to the new Wendy's where they seem to care about keeping you waiting and getting your order correct. read more
