The guy taking the orders in the drive through and handing them out on 12/10/2025 at 9:09PM VERY RUDE. Slammed the window, didn't hand but tossed the sauce into my hand that it even fell onto the ground. Rushing to take the order " what's next, whats next, what's next?" After we told him to give us a sec. If he doesn't have the patience to work in customer service he shouldn't be doing it. I myself just got off a 14hr shift and was not disrespectful or rude to receive that service. read more

Burger King - Receipt of purchase - Burgers Near Me - Bay Shore, New York

This place has seriously went downhill in the past 2 years last time the girl at drive through decided to speak to me in just Spanish and laugh about it and then walked away from me when I said something about it to her at the window luckily I understood but that wasn't the point..... every time the manager or worker always cuts somebody off in the middle of speaking so it's all over the place going between 2 people. Today they not only messed up an order once but 2 times I asked them to fix 1 burger they did all 3 the same and then looked at me like I was the crazy one when I told them to fix the other 2 because they were right the 1st time and then still put something on them I didn't want very disappointed next time I'll just drive to the next town read more

One of the nicest Burger Kings. Lovely landscaped outside and clean The interior is nicely appointed for a Burger King. Go!! You will enjoy this location. Well done!!! read more

Idk who needs to knooooow the daily Spider-verse deals are here & they include a red bun burger! I HAD to have one!! I just so happen to be swooping through Bayshore & I could smell the grill in the air! The fries were crispy, fresh & super salty! I devoured them in honey mustard. The whopper onions are fantastic. I totally forgot how messy these burgers are-- be sure to keep some napkins handy. The pickles drowned. Ordered a medium meal & got a gigantic soda. Not sure if that's the new medium or if I got blessed but they have Coke! NOT PEPSI - Q'weeeeeee! I'm a squealing pig. How fun are the black seeds & white cheese! Such a fun experience I might have to stop by for one of those daily bundle deals! read more

I really have to post this review, I ordered Burger King from this location, just some ghost pepper nuggets and I had horrible food poisoning that night. Do not order from this Burger King. read more

Horrible horrible service. I ordered from the BK app and never received my order. I was told to call uber which was closed then to come down so they could remake my order. I drove there where they did not open the door initially and I had to yell through the door. I left with no refund and no food. They refused to remake my order or refund my money so I left hungry and broke. Very disappointed. Never returning, everrrrr. I wish I could put this in the negative star rating. read more

Always enjoy a quick bite at this newly renovated so-ho styled joint. As a hospital worker it's conveniently located right across the street and easily accessible. They have nice outdoor seating if you are into that kind of thing, as well as large screen TVs on the inside and even plush couches to hang around a digitally animated fire that generates real heat. read more

I stop eating Burger King a few years back when I ordered a value meal a burger fries chicken nuggets cookie and a soda. Everything was cold , the cookie was so stale I was able to use it as a hammer for construction work. I decided to give it a chance today because I was hungry. They didnt disappoint the 2 burgers were ice cold and they didnt even give me the right change. They truly dont give a rat's you know what read more

This Burger King is nice. It was recently renovated and remodeled and they did a good job. I ordered the 2 for $6 crispy chicken sandwiches. It appears to be real chicken, but was about the same size as the dollar chicken sandwich and had lettuce and a small slice of tomato as a topping. The Whopper is what it is. A suggestion is to order your sandwiches without mayonnaise, that way they are made fresh, and I take them off the bleached white flour buns and put them on whole wheat bread. read more

We've never had a problem (OK, once had to ask for more sugar for our coffee). Everything was nice and clean, the employees polite, very convenient when my dad and then mom were in the hospital. We live fairly local, and now go twice a month for breakfast. read more

Same old bum ass BK like the rest of them. I only came here because of the free chocolate sundae (check the app!) and I wanted some fries and a drink. Problem 1) nasty ass napkin holder. Clean it!!! Matter of fact, burn it and replace it! That's how many germs and old food there was stuck on it! That thing was germinating or fermenting or something! 2) BOTH ice makers were broken in the freestyle soda machines. So I go to the young buck manager behind the counter and ask for ice. So he's like I need your cup. I said wait, mine doesn't need ice but the person I'm with already drank from their cup. Can I get a cup of ice??? Dude gave me a look like I asked him to go to Alaska and get the damn ice! It's not my fault he doesn't know #HealthDept violations. Hot ice maker plus fermented breeding ground for germs = Next time, I'm going in the drive thru. 3) THEY FORGOT THE DAMN SUNDAE! I also got a look for asking for a spoon. Wtf? Do you people buy the spoons and cups from your paychecks or something? Cheap asses, go clean your dining room and your dispensers! read more

Burger King - There's a fungus among us! Bruh, clean that shit! Totally crusty old food and unsanitary! #HealthDept where are you? - Burgers Near Me - Bay Shore, New York

The chicken tasted like rubber .. I'm not sure what they cook with or what exactly they decide to make instead of chicken but it's disgusting, your teeth can't even get passed through it you can't even bite it it's the worst food I've ever had . They should close this place down or have some inspector go see what do they actually use as food. read more

How do you mess up a mobile? I don't know ask the people who work here. Ordered 4 whoppers all with cheese and bacon, but all with either no onion or no mayo or something. The only one they got right was the regular one. Why give people the option to customize and then give them whatever. read more

amazing service and nice cashiers. the food was great too and fresh. loved it all. and the dinning room was clean.

People please beware. I purchased an impossible burger, tonight around 8:45pm. When I got home, I discovered that the burger hadn't been cooked on one side. I immediately took the burger back for a refund. I got my refund but my stomach is still upset. My advise is to please check your meats, to assure they've been cooked properly. Totally unacceptable. read more

The fries oversalted to the point of being inedible. I don't understand why food places don't leave the Salting of food up to the customer. The rest of my order was OK . read more

Make me wait on line to only here that they are closed. Person in front of me literally took 7 mins to order no one behind me.. then they take the order of the next person on line behind me.. just stopped in the King on main st. in Bay shore NY. got the 10 piece chicken nuggets an they were cold as hell, dry, and totally disgusting. would never go there again read more

I use to frequent this BK as I do work in the hospital nearby... but not anymore unless I'm getting fries or a drink alone. This BK looks pretty nice and the workers have always seemed to be welcoming and friendly, but they do frequently mess up orders. I'm giving this BK in particular 2Stars mainly because with the exception of a few times, the food has bothered my stomach, and had me on the toilet. The burger doesn't even taste flame-broiled, more like microwaved. Unlike this BK in Bayshore, I never have this problem with the BK near close to my home. At the location near my home, the burgers actually taste flame-broiled and you can smell the grill and see the smoke coming out from the building at a distance. read more

It's a burger king!.. pretty typical of this kind if restaurant..big plus is the huge parking lot and friendly workers.

They never get the order right. They do what they want to do. Never have it my way. The manager appears to be high as a kite. Definitely not management material. I ordered a Double Bacon Cheeseburger. Not double and no bacon but I was charged for it. It's not worth going all the way back for. McDonalds, Wendy's and Taco Bell are all down the block and they get it right everytime. Not worth the aggravation. read more

Worst bk. slow service. Your order is always wrong!

Excellent Service both Inside and Drive thru. Burgers were great as well as the Fries. Breakfasts Crossants & Hash Browns Excellent, more salt needed on Hash Browns though. New coffee cup lid is terrible, they don't open in 75% of the cup lids. read more

This is the worst Burger King around, went there today they had only one person on the register at dinner time, after the ladies finished in front of me I watched the gal at the register go over to the side with the manager and start talking and laughing at the customers that had been in front of me. The young boy they placed at the register didnt' seem to know how to use it, he kept calling for the gal to help him, she ignored him he kept getting the order wrong even with the coupons. The person who I assumed was the manager came over and he got the order wrong, I was double charged missing items which the "manager" kept telling me I was wrong.I will never go to that Burger King again ! Poor service all around.. read more
