You can definitely taste the starchiness of the potatoes. I love that you can adjust the salt level, so I said no salt. They also don't salt their burgers. The food wasn't oily or salty, like the feeling I get with something like Shake Shack's burgers. These burgers are simple when you don't want anything special. They have a homemade feeling to it.
