Wendy's on W. 10st Indianapolis was not busy, yet I had to wait forever to order, then had to repeat my order 3 times, when I finally pull up to get the food, I get tried to hand me the wrong order. Sooooo, then I was told to pull up where I waited almost 20 min. And they still got the order wrong. If u have any sense, avoid this particular Wendy's at all costs. Their entire staff is severely lacking in ALL areas read more

Apparently, this is a "Baconator". This is what they handed me today. I politely told the cashier that this is incorrect and that a Baconator has 2 pieces of meat & 6 strips of bacon. Alicia, was the supervisor on duty and she said to me in the meanest way you could speak to a person," well you gotta tell me that you want a double or triple. If you don't tell me I'm giving you a single." I told her that there isn't even an option for a single Baconator on the menu. She just stared at me and said that my order was right. I asked for a refund so that I could go to another Wendy's where they would make it correctly; she said no. I asked for my receipt so that I could complain to whoever is over her. She said that they were out of receipt paper. I give up. read more

The food came out quickly. That's about where the compliments end unfortunately. The service was some of the worst I've ever experienced in fast food. The cashier working. The drive-through was extremely short and sort of rude. And what seem to be the manager, came rushing into the window with my food and nearly threw it at me. I understand it's not the most glamorous job but it doesn't take much to at least pretend you care. As far as the ambience, it seemed clean. But the parking lot was crater filled. Be sure to watch out driving around the parking lot at night for your late night eats. At the end of the day, pretty disappointed with this experience. read more

Years ago the 10th St Westside Wendy's near 465 was the best around (fast & efficient) and took business from two nearby Wendy's on Crawfordsville Rd & 16th Street that eventually closed. Once the other Wendy's competition was gone this particular restaurant took a turn for the worse (the last ten or so years). Years ago (90's and later) I would have lunch once a week but now it is once per year (and amazed how poor the service and quality is each time). Today I ordered a salad and made it a combo (if they had ice tea, which they confirmed they did) and paid up for fries. My salad was given to me without receipt and without the dressing I requested. Further the ice tea container was empty with the lid inside and I received no fries (which I did not realize until I returned to work) - fail, fail, fail. Ironically (maybe not) while I was waiting for my order, multiple people came inside from drive-thru complaining about mistakes with orders. The manager that responded was not very nice and actually made fun of the customers complaining after they left? Paid over $10 for a combo and did not receive three of the four items; you could not pay me enough to return (maybe they are counting on this?). I do not think it is an employee resource issues as they 6 employees running one of two lines (seemingly two very experienced leaders/managers on-site). read more

I can never remember having issues at this particular location. Was the early shift, just going through it, today?? Literally, people were leaving the line, after waiting for so long... and the people sitting there, sat there for a very long time. The line was wrapped around the building. We finally got through & went to Walmart. We left Walmart & the same line + some, was there!! The lady didn't give us our third drink & when we checked our bag, we were missing a sandwich. Burgers were supposed to have bacon.. instead, it was just the regular sandwiches. At this point, we let it be & took off. read more

This is easily the worst fast food restaurant in history. When I pulled away from the drive through I found that every one of my sandwiches was cold and completely wrong. This is a pictire of the large fries I received, not only were there hardly any there, they were cold and greasy. When I called the manager and told her I was going to post this online she said "what the hell you calling me for then". And then hung up. This place needs to be shut down yesterday so that a real burger joint can go in there. read more

That's pure stealing right there. With the reviews I saw I was more than skeptical but they were right there so what the heck right? I waited between 10-15 minutes from the time I got in the drive through line until I was pulling out. Not an auspicious beginning but not a deal breaker. 5 of my minutes waiting were at the window, getting nervous and gearing up to send everything back for being wrong. The result? Everything was perfect, looked great, extremely hot and delightfully fresh, no errors and cheerful wonderful faces asking me if there was anything else they could get me. Unfortunately they were not able to fix my AC but they certainly made this mom's day a world better. Thank you! read more

This location is serving breakfast now. It is only available in the morning FYI. I stopped by to try it out. I got the Sausage, Egg, Swiss Croissant which is a huge piece of square delicious sausage served on the soft warm croissant with a broken fried egg. The egg is not whipped so it is yellow and white. The Swiss cheese is more like a cheese bechamel sauce. Overall, it was delicious! The spicy sausage is certainly ample and I swear it was thicker than the egg. The cheese sauce added a nice layer of creaminess. It was very delicate in flavour. We also tried a side of Biscuits and Gravy. The sausage is peppery and the biscuit was tender. Nice way to start a cold spring day. I want to try many more items on the menu. I hope it is a success. The flavours are all there. read more

Reasons I am giving this review 1 star: 1. "0" is not an option 2. The cashier was - at least - courteous I ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club sandwich at the W. 10th St. store drive-thru, and specifically asked for NO BACON. I rec'd a Chicken Club sandwich with no cheese, no ranch and WITH crumbly bacon. I normally don't make a big deal of order errors - mistakes happen. But because of the blatant lack of attention to detail that went into this order, and the fact that I paid almost $10 for a sandwich, with which I could not easily peel off the bacon, fries and a drink, I thought this was worth correcting. In the middle of me explaining the order error to the cashier, I immediately got pushback from the manager who took over the convo, even though the cashier was waiting on me. The manager said, "Bacon comes with it", I said, "I know - I don't WANT bacon". She then started yelling out the ingredients on the sandwich to the cashier, "I said, "Yeah - I got NONE of that". She grabbed the bag, looked at the sandwich, then had the cashier close the window and started SCREAMING (I could hear her through the closed window) - who she was screaming at, I'm not sure. I had hoped all the screaming and carrying-on meant she wanted the crew to get it right this time. Instead, when I got my new order, I rec'd the exact same sandwich with literally just a swipe of ranch dressing added to it, and still no cheese. I couldn't tell if the "swipe" of dressing was the manager's way of sarcastically saying, "You're asking for too much and are on my nerves right now", or if the workers were just simply too busy to fulfill my order correctly. I just left with what I had (with no plans to return) and prayed the poor cashier would find another job with a better boss. read more

I wish I had checked the reviews on this place before I went in. But hey, it's a Wendy's, what could be so bad. I only gave it a two because I had their Chicken Maple Bacon breakfast sandwich in the drive thru yesterday and it was really good. I decided to go inside today for a grilled chicken sandwich. I walked in the door and the first thing I noticed was the rank smell. Then I walked up to the counter and there were gnats flying all around. I should have left then but instead ordered my meal. The fries were fine but the chicken sandwich had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for quite awhile. The lettuce (one sliver) was warm and wilted. The tomato might as well have been cooked. Didn't taste quite right. I sure hope I don't get food poisoning. Avoid at all costs. read more

Grabbed lunch today for the family and was pleasantly surprised. All of the orders were correct and the food was hot and clearly made fresh. I had to wait a bit to get my order because they didn't have any chicken fingers made up, but they were happy to bring my order to the car and even run back in to get extra sauce! Everyone had a great attitude! My only complaint is they didn't know the new additions to the menu and had to ask. This is more a concern about management communicating to their staff than it is about the staff. Very happy with the addition of blueberries and strawberries as a side for the kids meals! Nice job Wendy's corporate! read more

I rarely ever eat fast food anymore and have never eaten at this Wendy's location, but made a quick stop in the drive-thru recently to pick up dinner for someone else. It was a Monday evening. The service was fast, the food was hot. Prices seem quite a bit higher than the last time I visited a Wendy's, but it did look like a lot of food for what we paid. A Baconator meal upgraded to a large drink and fry. Convenient location next to the highway. read more

Every time I have been to this location. The drive thru line backed all the way up. Food ends up luke warm. Ok so I usually go to this Wendy's bc if you live in the area you knows it's better than the one on 36 (USUALLY) and that's not saying much bc they suck dick. But like... fr? It took y'all longer to add this tiny ass piece of lettuce then to not add any at all. Which like why even fucking bother putting that thin ass piece on there ? Lol. And then I ask for awesome sauce they gave me a bbq like ok cool whatevs. I go to my chicken nuggets.... old as fuck. Like y'all couldn't pop 4 mfs in there or something?? Y'all most popular thing is 4 for 4 so it's not like they'd be fucking wasted ? Like y'all really gave me OLD ASS CHICKEN NUGGETS . Couldn't give me one thing in my 4 for 4 right besides my drink? Like damn. And don't get me started on my nasty ass old ass fries like... really? Went into resturant, no line, two employees were standing at the counter seeming to flirt with one another all while ignoring me. They both proceed to walk away after seeing me stand there for 5 minutes. I felt disrespected as a customer, especially since the two were looking at me before they left. I looked around the kitchen from where I was standing and the floors were disgusting. Food all over the floor, it looked greasy and the employees look as if they did not was there hands or change gloves regularly. Bottom line the whole crew look and act so unprofessional.
