Went to Wendy's because I was craving a double cheeseburger with the signature square patties. Got home and the patties were round and as thin as a pancake. The was the worst burger I've ever eaten. The fries and chili was also sub par. In California the burgers are thick and juicy. What the hell happened to the quality. Perhaps this location is cutting corners to make a profit. Wendy's food quality has gone down the toilet in the last few years. I got a chicken sandwich tonight and it's almost inedible. I'm all for saving money-I thought it was a brilliant money saving tactic when they stopped peeling the spuds to make their fries, but then I think the $4/4 bag was a desperate attempt to right a sinking ship. Stopped in this morning and wished we'd driven the extra 9 minutes to get to McDonald's. It took forever to be acknowledged and when we ordered, we were offered "medium or large" for our combos. Small wasn't even presented as an option so it ended up being $30 for three meals. The food was bland at best and one of the muffins had mold. The potatoes were thin and crispy which wasn't what I've had at other locations. And the bathroom was dirty. Overall, a very poor experience. Should've checked Yelp before I stopped. read more

Since this place is new to the area, I wasn't surprised it would be super busy at 1pm on a Sunday. The drive thru line did go quickly. We were super bummed we couldn't take advantage of any of the offers on the app. We were trying to put in a mobile order, but unable to due to an error message. When we got there we found out it was, because they can not scan barcodes right now. We didn't get the sauces we asked for, but we made do at home with the sauces we had. Everything else was good. Our previous visits were pretty fast and with good quality service. Today on 05/02/21 at 7:20pm, not so great. My order took a while, but that's alright. What's not alright is not getting a receipt of our order, and a order of less-than-half-full old fries that look like they've been left in the fryer too long. I am SO SICK of the horrible service which has only recently begun at this location. If the owner is reading this PLEASE do something about the new manager. This only happens when the skinny male manager in the morning works. When the nice woman with the glasses is managing there is NEVER a problem. When the male manager with the slicked back dark hair is working, the order is ALWAYS wrong. He also blames ME for the order being wrong as well. He actually had the nerve to tell me I "Ordered my food incorrectly". This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. His lack of work ethic has cost you a DAILY customer. You were making hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars off of me every year... until now. So do the math. Is it worth losing mine and possibly dozens of other customers' business to keep this guy employed? Or would you be better off getting rid of him and hiring a competent manager? Even when you use the app they will get everything wrong, even the drinks. You will end up missing items, and if you ask for items to be removed from your burger, they seem to go out of their way to add extra of just that item. I went today to grab some food for myself and my kids. When I got to the menu to order, the attendant was great, courteous and took my order with no issues. I then sat behind three vehicles for upwards of 30 minutes in line. The fries were definitely fresh, the chicken nuggets, like a rock, and the drinks are another adventure. My first drink they ran out of the ingredient(Vanilla Coke) so I said do regular Coke. Then the next drink was a small and they ran out of small lids. Received a coupon booklet for free frosty's at the local craft fair on Saturday. Rolled into drive thru Sunday at 8pm. (Website stated they closed at 11pm.) say at the order menu for 5+ minutes before being greeted. Then was told that they are ONLY SERVING FRIES AND NUGGETS. asked about the frosty's and was told no. Just fries and nuggets. Came back the next day after picking up the kids from school and sat at the order menu for 8 minutes before becoming quite frustrated and driving up to the window to ask what's going on. They apologized and took my order and I left. I've already given up on the Popeyes next door after waiting 30-45 minutes on multiple occasions and then reading in the local FB groups that it's a common occurrence. Wendy's, you get one more try but it's only because you gave my kids free frosty coupons. read more
