Even after I moved and looked at him, he didn't acknowledge me or offer any apology. It left me feeling as though the action was dismissive, if not deliberately disrespectful. To be clear, the rest of the team did a good job and the food itself was up to Five Guys standards. But this one interaction left a negative impression on my visit.
