Meh, I wasn't impressed. If you know me, I do like me some Wendy's and some locations are the tops! Spoiler, this one isn't. Here's why... The store itself is in desperate need of updating. The wallpaper is peeling away everywhere and is stained with some mystery liquids. The decor is that of Wendy's circa 1992 and it really shows with dusty plastic plants and your Grandmother's carpet sprinkled about like some homage to the Nostalgia Gods of the 90s. The lobby was sticky and not well kept. There was a tray of trash on at least 3 tables and none of them had been wiped down. The staff did not look happy to be there, or to even be on this planet for that matter. If the lobby looked like this, I would hate to see the freezer, prep area etc. Having said that... the saving grace was the food itself. It was fresh and hot. We got our food quick, (cause nobody was there)...but still. You could tell that it was fresh and not sitting under a lamp. (Thank goodness) The restrooms, however, looked like a mad scientist was conducting a petri dish experiment.. and what ever he was growing was winning. All in all, don't go. It's pretty gross. If they would give this Wendy's a makeover and get some staff there who actually liked their jobs...then this 2 star review would be a 4 or 5. read more

I've been a long time fan of Wendy's, especially their Frosty's. I often pick up dinner or lunch at Wendy's based solely on the fact that I want a Frosty and that's how I justify it to myself...but unfortunately I officially give up on ever attempting to give any of my business to this particular Wendy's location again. As has happened on so many other occasions that I've pulled up to the drive thru and attempted to order a frosty and a combo meal, I was once again informed that Frosty's were no longer available this evening. I genuinely feel like Linus and this Wendy's location is Lucy w/ the football. I continued foolishly wasting my time by thinking, "surely it's still early enough that this time they won't say that Frosty's are done for the night" only to get up there and find that, once again, I get the same response as so many times before..."sorry ma'am, we're no longer serving Frosty's this evening..a more accurate and honest statement by them would be to just go ahead and say, stop trying to give us your business lady, bc we are never serving Frosty's no matter what time you come; bc at least in my experience, that's actually true...so frustrating bc this location is both close to my house, and on the way home from work, so I've continued to try over the years, but tonight I'm calling it, will never waste my time at this one again, however, on the bright side, the Wendy's located on the parkway, a little before you get to Drake Ave. Is always outstanding, both in the actually quality of the food, and ofcourse the Frosty's, and in the absolutely stellar customer service they provide each and every time I visit them. And no matter if it's 5 mins before hey close, I've never once had them tell me "sorry ma'am, we're are no longer serving Frosty's this evening"....so while it is located farther from my home, and definitely not in my way home from work, it will be well worth it to stop trying at this one, and go ahead and go to the location that demonstrated time and again that thy actually care about your business. My advice would be to steer clear of this Hwy 72 Wendy's location, that is unless you enjoy wasting your time, and the feeling of repeated disappointment. read more

The location on University Dr in huntsville, AL has a horrible manager. We went in today and asked what flavors of the new swirl Frosty they had and we were told they had caramel. At the window, they said they only had chocolate. I'm allergic to chocolate, so we asked for a refund. The manager got am attitude about me not wanting the chocolate one, but he finally gave me a refund. Then, one of our burgers were missing, so we had to go back to get it. That manager was rude and unprofessional so i will not be going back. read more

I'm usually skeptical about fast food breakfast. Usually something is burnt, overcooked, or too greasy. This Wendy's breakfast was AMAZING and PERFECT! Ordered a bacon,egg, and cheese combo with sweet tea. The biscuit was fluffy and buttery but not crumbling or soggy. The egg cooked over easy to perfection. There weren't any hard edges or burnt sections and the yolk was soft and well seasoned. There was a full piece of crispy not burnt bacon split in 2 on it! The wedges were fried in clean grease, no aftertaste, and perfectly seasoned. And the sweet tea was perfectly brewed not burnt and not overly sweet. Perfect is the only word I can use for this meal. My boyfriend and I came through for a quick Sunday breakfast snack on 8/7/22 at 10:00am. We were greeted immediately, the order was taken quickly and efficiently, the cashier greeted us with a beautiful smile, our change was correct, and the food was ready instantly at the next window. Manager was confrontational as soon as we asked about our order. Ordered breakfast on the app and was told they serve breakfast until 10:30. They charged us and gave us our receipts at the first window. Did not tell us until we went to the second window that they stopped breakfast at 10:00. Horrible customer service! The female at the drive thru kept pressing us to finish order as we were trying to accommodate my disabled Mother in law. She ended up ordering a classic burger combo without bun, she wanted a lettuce wrapped burger. She ended up with a burger without the bun! Impossible to eat while in a vehicle! I asked if they offered a senior or military discount and the answer was rude "No" which was surprising due to its location by the base. No big deal, not everyone offers it but don't be rude about it! Then we move to the drive thru window and we didn't receive not one peep out of the guy that handed us our food one by one and then slammed the window in our faces! Again not one Hello, kiss my @$$, Good bye, nothing! A mute! Wow! The owner and manager need to get this crew in line! We don't come spend our hard earned money to be treated like we don't matter! This Wendy's has the absolute worst customer service imaginable. People in this area have been fighting this issue for a couple years. I've tried to inform the store manager and nothing changed about a year ago. I've tried to give this store plenty of chances but each and every time it's pathetic. Walked inside to correct a simple frosty order one time and it's like a zoo in there. Even though the dining room is closed I walked in to correct the order that was wrong (only ordered a frosty and they still got the flavor wrong) and all the people in there are loud and cussing and got an attitude when I told them they gave me the wrong frosty. read more

Went there to get some food and then when we got the food one of the orders were completely wrong like I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I got a bacon hamburger thing. This location is not the best in my option after my experience getting a simple burger and fries with a side of chicken nuggets. The burger was completely burnt almost and barely eatable definitely didn't finish it tho. The fries were cold and the nuggets were even colder and gummy. Let's step it up y'all. read more

I am done with this Wendy's. Just gave them yet another chance and it was such a disappointment. I ordered my daughter a kids cheeseburger meal. It didn't look like it had cheese on it and when I opened it up it had a few pieces of shredded cheese. Also, it looked like it had been sitting for hours. Have they always put shredded cheese on kids burgers? I ordered my meal with a medium fry. Either they gave me a small fry or there sizes have gotten smaller. I have always enjoyed Wendy's for a burger place. They are just better than the other fast food burger restaurants. Better in menu choices, food quality and customer service. This location has a bright clean and comfortable dining area. The current staff is both courteous and effective, Thank you Wendy's for being a pleasant place to enjoy lunch! read more

25 minutes for fast food drive thru is terrible. Got money back and left. Avoid if you value your time.

Avoid at all costs. Slow, and employees treat you bad. Check your order every time, and be prepared to have them make you feel awful and like you are negotiating to get what you paid for... Go anywhere else read more

Food is always average,service is terrible. I have ordered spicy nuggets with my meal the last 3 trips and I've received regular all three times.The staff people act like you are bothering them when ordering and have terrible overall attitudes.The only reason I stop is because it is conveniently located to where I work. read more
