The manager at this Arby location flatly refused to honor the national policy and so did the Arby's restaurant in Grandville, MI. I don't know what franchise agreement they have with Arby's but apparently it allows them to use the Arby name while not honoring their advertised specials. I wasted my time and gas driving there for nothing. It won't happen again.

What's the reason for needing a name in the drive through? Taking a survey? You don't need a name. You order then drive to window #1 and wait until they jam all of the cars from the drive up speaker behind you and then they have you finally pay. They make you wait at window #1 since the workers are gaming the corporate system to keep the wait time at window #2, where it is timed, to a minimum. It is irritating to say the least!
