Listen, Wendy's sucks. All of them. This one is no different. After ordering on the Kiosk I was told they were out of bacon for my son of a bacon-ator - see my opening line. However, my rating here is because of a kind young employee named Belinda. I was traveling through from Little Rock to Dallas after a very long and stressful day and Belinda was a delight. She was a hard worker (I observed her cleaning while eating my bacon-less burger) and we had a very brief but meaningful conversation. I got charged $17.20 for a small cheeseburger (meat, cheese, mustard, ketchup), large fries, and supposedly a double meat Big Bacon Classic. I said hold the lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes. Instead, I get 1 piece of meat, no bacon, no mayo, no mustard, and it had onions and ketchup. I have spent 15 to 20 minutes trying to call a manager and nobody picking up the phone. Service was excellent young lady at cash register was courtes helpful and jolly on the spot with any question I asked her. Ok store was clean and presentable. Food was excellent always has been and will always be. Although your salads are smaller but still are tasty. read more

We stopped here twice during our trip. Being co-located with a gas station, convenience store and Baskin Robbins is the reason. This is a busy place and they have a great crew to support it. Friendly, helpful and some of the most perfect looking burgers I've ever seen created from a Wendy's. The taste was outstanding as well. They have one of the new infinite flavor self serve soda machines with free refills. They have plenty of seats which is great if you are traveling and need to get out of the car for a bit. People watching when inside the restaurant is also a great form of entertainment. All kinds of people pop into here. Very interesting types. But if you want to be more of an anti-social recluse, the drive thru is very quick! read more

Went to this Wendy's for the Veterans Day deal, which my husband and I are both veterans. Last year we were able to both get a free breakfast meal but this location only allowed 1 free meal per car, even though the policy was one free meal each veteran. When we questioned why only one of us would be able to get a free meal in-car, and the other would have to walk into the store, the cashier got another coworker and yelled that we were arguing with her about the policy. She closed the window, left us there for 15 mins while they were on the other side of the window staring at us and laughing. After the time passed, the woman opened the window and didn't say anything to us, gave us the food we ordered and we thanked her, while she was still staring at us with her attitude. Since the food was back there for so long, we just had a feeling to check the food for any unwanted "ingredients". It's sad to say we found some strange looking substance on the patty's of our breakfast sandwiches. Who's to say what it actually is, but we aren't taking that chance, so we threw it away and won't be going there again, and hope no other military member will chose this Wendy's establishment in Hope, AR. read more

I do not recommend this fast food place. The costumers talk to you like they do not want to be there, the fry's are so stale. They do not put most of the sauces in the bag that you order. If I had a choice to put a half star I would do it in a heartbeat! read more

The food here is exactly what you expect from Wendy's. Sometimes the fries are hot and crispy, sometimes they're room temperature. They always seem to lack a bit of salt. I've tried the grilled chicken sandwich, which was nothing special, and the Atlantic cod sandwich, which was actually crispy and delicious. My friends and I were on a road trip from Texas to Memphis and pulled into this Wendy's for lunch. The employees are so nice and kind. The food was fresh and the service was fast. If you are looking for a good and safe place to stop with great food and clean restrooms while on a road trip then this is your place. read more

I wanted breakfast this morning, pulled into Mcdonalds they had about 10 cars in the drive-through Looked over at Wendeys they had 3 cars in drive-through thought ok need something fast (was late for a meeting) so I left Mcdonals got in-line at Wendy's. Was there about 4-5 minutes and realized the line had not moved, waited for 2-3 more minutes line still hadn't moved? Thought Store had to be open Lights on in drive-through Menu sign lite up with breakfast menu showing so gave up drove around to the window person looked at me then walked away, waited 3 more min they came back opened window said " We are closed" slammed window shut. All I wanted to tell her was that it looked like they were open and customers are waiting in the drive-through. read more

Manager is an unprofessional nightmare. Chewing out employees on the line. Tsk tsk! Telling them "one person is a rush!". While his back was turned to the dining room ignoring the line that was building at the register. Personally, I wouldn't work for such an incompetent "manager". The whole staff should just walk off the line when he has his knickers in a bunch. The lady, Blanca, that actually stopped what she was working on to take our order was great. Never seen more people working in a fast food restaurant (7) to accomplish nothing (11 mins and counting for a standard combo off the menu). Literally no one was in front of me when I ordered. Slowest Wendy's I've ever been in and the whole point is speed at a gas station location. The staff was friendly though, so can't give them one star. read more

Hope Wendy's is one of our go to places when we eat out. There's not a whole lot of choices in Hope for eating out. Wendy's has good food at a good price and we rarely have a problem with our order. read more
