Well I wished I could say they are amazing but with their bad decisions to remove the best items on their menu, like seven-layer burritos and any of the new offerings including potatoes, I am sad to say I only go there now for bean burritos. There seems to be a problem every time I go to Taco Bell in Hope, so if I crave TB, I go to Magnolia or Texarkana. Just saw a complaint that they were out of beef once again. That happens too much. There's this one register worker who's still in high school who has a nasty attitude towards the customers. Maybe it was a bad day for her, but there are surely other people who could handle that position and do so with a smile on their face. I wish TB would step it up some. read more

This is a better than average Taco Bell. Easy on / off the Interstate. Clean bathroom and Dining area. Food was made right, hot and fast - even with a special order. Service was friendly. read more

This Taco Bell has been going thru some changes in staff. In the past the staff was not very friendly. They are now a fun group and very happy to get your order right. You do have to ask for a certain number of salsa packets tho. I guess this has become a problem at many drive thru restaurants. You are not charged for the salsa however. There are other drive thru places charging for extra salsa or dipping sauce. (Really?! Not making enough profit already?!) read more

Outside of service being slow at Hope Arkansas Taco Bell, for the past three years, I have never had problems with their food or service. Lately, it has been a different story. During the past month, management has been rude and the food preparers are not trained enough to know the products that Taco Bell sells, nor how to prepare them. Very disappointed even for fast food horrible customer service. My family is on an 8 hour trip back home from visiting family and stopped here to get food. We went inside to use the restroom and got our food in there. Got to the car and the whole order was wrong. Not wanting to unload kids again, we went thru the drive thru to attempt to get the right food. The lady on the speaker told us she can't do anything for us because we had gotten the food inside? So we pulled up to the window they gave us what they said were the right burritos. Not only were they wrong again, but 5 bites in(hungry and cranky we just ate them anyway) my burrito had a ton of hot sauce to the point that I couldn't even eat it. As soon as I entered the establishment I was not greeted nor acknowledged by the staff. When it was my turn to order the staff member, who was also the manager, had an attitude and was not friendly. Absollutely nothing right. Slow drive through service and oder taker wasn't really on the ball. Asked for no ice in soda and there was ice. Supposed to be diet coke snd they tried to give dr. Pepper. Really extremely disappointed and not satisfied. I used the drive thru on Sunday cause it was faster and I knew the exact amount that should have come off my card. I was really surprised when I opened my card account to check it on Monday and my card had been used two times to charge airtime for their straight talk accounts. I made a formal complaint with corporate and also called my card company and reported the fraudulent charges. I will say one thing I will never use this location again. The food was sorry Sunday too. It had no flavor and the shells were old. I would think really hard about eating here. It is not worth the time or headache. read more
