Lets start with Wendys Corp. Should take this franchise AWAY completely from leasee's past 20 yrs at THIS location. Im baffled how this place is still open due to health department concerns. Cold food time and time again, refund after refund. Other locations are better than most fast food/drive thru. This place is disappointing only when you are a PATRON. If you pass by its a great place to laugh at. Sadly ive easily wasted $100's here because i tried to give them another chance too many times. mind blowing wild it still is open! Leaving here right now confused, ashamed and asking other customers why they are here, was your food Good? "Not at all" , "i threw it out" i dont go bsck up for problems either, i worked 12+ hours in csrpentry today and tired. Last time ill be back DONE! read more

Hands-down the best Wendy's I've ever been to (and I know Wendy's!). Friendly staff and fresh food every time. 10/10

They are always hiring new people because so many can't deal with the craziness going on there. I see a few new ones working there now and the teenage maybe early 20's year old man can't move fast enough to be working in the front. I noticed he slows dowm drastically when under pressure like when it gets busy and he has a long line of people to take orders for and then get items for those orders. He cannot handle doing mobile orders well when he has to also take care of people who walk into the restaurant and want to eat there. There was 1 day recently when he had 4-5 orders to fill including a mobile order and he stood there looking at the receipts and then looking toward the back where others were working and then staring back at the receipts as if he was lost and needed help but everyone else was busy doing something else. Another employee came along to help him amd was telling him to only take 1 order at a time but every time I go in there, he has several orders that he is trying to get items for. I might just give up going there for a but because these are employees are so slow! read more

We were out shopping last night and decided to stop and grab a quick bite. The place was filthy! There was food, paper, straws and god knows what all over the floor. They weren't busy and at least 2 workers standing around. I can't understand why the manager didn't have someone sweep the dining room. I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like. read more

Stopped in today because there was a good offer on the app. Everything was fine but the prices at this location are much less than the one down the street from me. Here in Honesdale, small Frosty is $1.29 and in Westfall Township it is $1.89. read more

Very rude staff, quick with my food but otherwise insanely rude does not respond and just bad customer service

The McDonald's right opposite them allows you to order "In" and use their restrooms. Wendy's doors are locked. So, I'll go to McDonald's

Food tastes like it was cooked in dish soap, employees seem nice but I don't know if the cleanliness is up to par.

Just has the best experience I have had at a fast food restaurant in my life. The employees were extremely friendly, the service was timely, and the food looked like it does in a commercial! My mind is blown. I did not know I could be impressed by fast food. read more

Order a double w/ cheese ketchup & onion only, got lettuce and mayo, took it back watched them pick the lettuce off by hand and give it back, told them it still wasn't right and they burned the burger and put ketchup and onion on top of the mayo plus who knows what else, I through it away. Incompetent people, should all be fired read more

The food and the service is always good but Wendy's needs to switch up their french fries! The French fries from any Wendy's are usually soggy or too dry. They'd be better if they had fries like BK does. read more

Hot and crispy...NOPE! I decided to go hear for one last fast food cheat after Christmas before going back on keto. Big disappointment, Big mistake! The food was cold and stale, and the two chocolate chip cookies I ordered could have been used as hockey pucks...seriously! The double burger I ordered was a single, and the single burger I ordered was a double! I should have gone to mcdonalds across the street or taco bell! This place SUCKS!! read more

Wendy's used to be our go to fast food on a busy night. We have given this particular branch multiple opportunities to show us they can make a correct order or have some decent customer service but it seems that is just not possible. The employees are all grumpy teenagers that have no interest in doing the correct job. We never get a hello or how can I help you or would you like any sauce. No. We get crumpled receipts and the wrong order for the past three visits. Three strikes and your out Wendy's. read more

Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food places. When I go there I normally get the chicken and fries and a small vanilla Frosty. The chicken taste so good. The fries are really good they're not too salty but just right. The vanilla Frosty is very thick at first but then once you start drinking it taste like a milkshake I love Wendy's and their food that's why I give Wendy's 5 stars. read more

The men that work there are SUPER creepy and making it extremely awkward, I literally can't even get food from there anymore because it's gotten to the point where they are asking for my phone number, and offering to buy me free food. read more

I went there instead of a McDonald's I got a spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese and onion and it looks like they cut the cheese and a half very disappointed read more

Ok, I'm withdrawing a star. You can't change the slightest thing on your order or they get it wrong. 8 out of 10 times my salad is wrong. I take blue cheese off and add a different dressing. They need up on one or the other but they still make a great salad when they make it right. read more

Fast food so you know what your in for just wish they could get the orders right more than half the time

This Wendy's never gets the orders right. I do go there a lot since it's the only one in town, but most of the time the order is messed up. I generally check my order now before I leave to make sure it is right. The food is just like every other Wendy's. read more

The frostys here are horrible. They are always way too melted as soon as you get them and they just don't taste as good as other Wendy's

It literally never fails. Every time you go here they forget to put something in your order. I don't get it

Horrible service I waited 20 minutes for food. Fast my ass!!! I almost lost my appetite I was so frustrated every customer was complaining. It was a disgusting mess and I probably will not return. read more

I go there alot.. I love the wild berry ice tea.. today i went there for lunch and paid with some change which is all i had on me. Well maybe out of spite or whatever my ice ta was horrible.. i ask for it sweetened. it was unsweetened and hardley ANY wild berry was added.. i saw a drop of discoloration.. I am not pleased at all with the service at the Honesdale, PA location. read more

For a fast food establishment i could not be more pleased. Food was hot, fresh and the place, especially the bathroom was clean. Staff and management should be proud. Also, i am not a local, just passing through for a quick bite. read more

Poor service. Cold food! Friendly staff though. Please do not come here if you're expecting fresh Wendy's items. My chicken was soggy. My burger was so cold that the cheese didn't even melt! It was stiff as a rock and did I mention the service took 25 minutes read more

Please hire smarter workers.. went through the drive thru last night and said I had a coupon for a free small fry and small soda with the purchase of any large chicken sandwich. I told the girl I wanted the s'awesome bacon chicken sandwich and she didn't understand I guess so a man came on the speaker and I told him. When I pulled up to the window I told the girl to repeat my order, told me she had a BLT on my order with the frys and drink.. I said no I want the s'awesome bacon chicken! She said oh ya I just read it wrong.. the man comes over after I hand her the coupon because the coupon wouldn't go through I guess and the guy tells me it won't work for the avocado chicken.. at this point I'm shocked by the stupidity and said NO! I said five times I want the s'awesome bacon chicken sandwich.. he said ok I'll fix that for ya. Got to the second window and good thing the girl there caught us before we pulled away telling me she gave me the wrong sandwich and then let us keep that one and gave me the right one... tell me please how my order consisted of two totally different sandwiches and not even the one I ordered and repeated ten times... not impressed. read more
