And and I got exactly what I was expecting from a Wendy's! Quick, fair priced, destroyed my stomach, but everything I was expecting! I was pleased to see that the food was actually quite fresh and warm, the people at the drive-thru area were super kind and sometimes when I go to drive-thru areas I feel like I am disturbing them just for existing, but just these people were very nice! So I like the service. Can't speak for the ambiance because I just went to the drive-thru, it's a little tight but it gets the job done , it helps that they're open late. Give it four stars only because it's Wendy's, I'm not sure if I can give a fast food place five stars, so this is the best that it can get! read more

So. . .COVID. We all know life is weird and nothing is going right for anyone and maybe it is silly to complain about a fast food meal - but when you are wanting comfort food and it takes almost an hour to get two "premium" nationally advertised burgers and they are out of the buns they need or if you get a smashed mess. . .it is still disappointing. I do not expect it to look like the photo since they are manipulated but STILL we could not make out whose was whose because it was such a terrible mess. Lesson learned. read more

There is no reason, even during COVID, that a drive thru should take an hour when the lobby isn't even open. Grandma cooks for an entire clan faster than you are making a microwaved burger for a single order. I understand the world is short staffed, but when you have a drive thru you physically can't get out of line in if it's too long..... then close. We can't move and are STILL sitting here with multiple cars in front of us. We aren't even going to order your food at this point, we just want to be released from your drive-thru line from hell. Me and my girlfriend went earlier today and pulled up to the drive thru and were immediately met with a harsh tone by the person running the drive thru. We brushed it off, but as I was ordering my meal I forgot to mention to make it a combo and when I was done ordering the employee said "you should have said combo" we were both caught off guard and confused as we never said or did nothing to have prompted a response like that out of the worker. We pulled up to the window and none of the workers said a word to us when getting the payment method and handing us our food. Once we received our food, they didn't say anything and slammed the window shut. The food also wasn't great. I don't typically leave reviews but this was such a bizarre and confusing encounter because we didn't do anything and were very respectful. So disappointing! read more

Was here just after the lunch rush. The woman who took my order was so wonderful! She took orders. Then as soon as it slowed down she ran over and wiped down the soda machine. Then she started wiping down tables. Then someone came in and she ran back to the register. This is a very highly populated area and because of that people have got to be more patient. These employees are busting their butts just like you do at your job! But with much less help! The hospitality industry is roughing it trying to get enough employees. Show a little love! The foreign manager (not trying to be racist but didn't catch her name) is so rude she was working today 8/28/2023 at 830pm didn't except my gift card while the window guy said they take gift cards. She said not today we don't smh the guy at window was so nice though. She proceeded to say they only take Wendy's gift cards and then rushed me off and said is there anything else you need?? Pretty bad overall. Love Wendy's but it's random on if you get your order. Burgers aren't really warm half the time. Even tried eating in a few times and the burger was still Luke warm. Just ordered a Dave's double with no mustard and no pickle. I got a single with slices of cheese on both sides (so I think they forgot a patty), and pickles on it. Very nice Wendy's location. I rarely eat fast food but when I do Wendy's is one of my top 3 choices. I like ordering off of the value menu personally, they offer cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets, fries and more. Plus, if you dine-in they have one of those soda machines that offers way too many choices. read more

Quality and service has gone down hill as prices have gone up. Limited selection of drinks at the drive through. Employee was less than enthused. The chicken breast I received in the Asiago chicken sandwich looks like it was for the junior chicken sandwich, no bigger than the slice of cheese. New location moved from Downtown...same I don't give a crap attitude. Got meal for dine in...in a bag. Went to drink dispenser, screen was touch screen and nasty. No C02 in dispenser so drinks were flat, so I drank a tea instead. Salad was fresh, burger Ok, but not made like I requested which is okay. What's not okay is I left Apex and came to Holly Springs. I thought I could have the same experience at all locations. Not true. Never coming back. Holly Springs Wendy's is worth driving past to get to Apex location on Williams St. read more

Very confusing to figure out where to order from. We were standing on line and the cashier took 3 people before us and we were waiting there before them. If you are 7' tall you can see the small sign hanging from the ceiling that says "start here". But I am 5'7 and couldn't see it. The cashier failed to let us know where the line starts. Since this was my first time there, and being a customer service protege myself, I found the cashier to be unprofessional and rude. Will never go there again. Management needs to order better, more clear signage. read more
