The girl called me over quickly and had chocolate custard. I was almost finished with my meal ,after a long wait for it ,when the girl brought me almost totally melted custard with fudge topping instead of syrup. I stirred it up and drank it with a straw! So it was a VERY disappointing experience. I will stick with Culver's. Will not try here again.

This place must have come under new management or reviewed some best practices because I want to start going to Zaxby's again! While waiting the extra 15 minutes, I noticed one staff member was talking to some blonde girl at a table instead of working while the other staff member was running from the back to the front. Worst experience ever at this location and I paid for a meal that I didn't receive and left a damn tip as well during the online order process which they do not deserve. Honestly, I should get money back for not receiving my full order. We will not be coming back until this location gets is act together. Update 8/17/26: Mgmt sent a text saying they would refund my order, acknowledged the issue and the employee who would be disciplined. No refund has been processed at the time of this update.
