They forgot my drink and i waited for 10 minutes. It turns out it was done and they just forgot to give it to me. This was a splendid experience and i hope society progresses further than this Wendy's. I love yall read more

I can only partially understand all the hate this location gets. Their morning crew aren't enthusiastic or all that fast, but hey, if you're in a rush but still stop to get some food, that's not their fault. At least you know that it's fresh and accurate. Whoever's got the crew after noon today, 9/11/2024, was awesome. They were so respectful and two of the women were really nice to me. It felt like i was a friend. I didn't catch either of their names but one was tall and african american with very pretty hair and the other was a little shorter than her and caucasian. Those two employees really made my day, i was indeed rushing to get some food before my next class (acc) and they were super nice and my food was great! Love this place, to be honest. read more

straight across the board No frills Wendy's. reviews are accurate sometimes it could be a great experience sometimes it can suck. I came in here just after everything open back up in North Carolina on Tuesday the 2nd of 2020 June. the dining room is open but pilot who is the owner of this franchise has only six tables allowed major social distancing. the employees for the most part were compliant with a twist.. apparently food service workers are supposed to have on a mask at all times..three of them did when I came in this afternoon but they were had their mouth and nose expose it was hanging like a football players chin strap on his helmet. as far as the hours they're currently 6 to 1 a.m. they do open for breakfast at this one the food quality was very good.. I had the single combo instead of the soft drink I have to for the frosty as it's about 87° and yucky out. I was greeted promptly served in a professional and timely manner I have no complaints with my experience for the most part..perhaps maybe some more employees just have to be educated in the fact that when you're supposed to wear a mask supposed to wear the mask completely. read more

Absolutely disgusting! The people who worked there greeted us by saying we're only accepting cash right now but it has to be exact there is no change. The place was absolutely run down first everywhere the tables and seats were sticky. My food was terrible. They had no drink choices and when asked about lemonade they pointed and said that's all we have. This place should be ashamed. The people are rude. Yeah not a fan. This Wendy's always seems more than a little dysfunctional with staff yelling at each other and always much more of a wait than you'd expect even for the simplest of orders - which given that its attached to a busy truck stop is a bit surprising. Certainly not fast food. The only reason I even wandered in here on my recent stop was because the attached travel center was out of hot dogs. The cheeseburger I got was tepid and had so much mustard on it it practically slid out of the bun. I ended up tossing the 2nd one I got. Fries were equally disappointing. The only upside - they have a Coke Freestyle machine so I could get Vanilla Diet Bargs Root Beer to wash the ick down with. read more

A guy came in the restaurant and confronted the staff because someone took a bite out of his chicken nugget. We walked out, I will never go this Wendy's again and I hope no one else will either. That is obscured and disgusting. read more

I love Wendy's but this is the absolute worst one I have ever been at. We ordered a pretzel burger without bacon and when we got it it looked like the patty was days old. The bun felt like it had been microwaved multiple times. There was still one piece of bacon on the burger and you could see the imprints of the other pieces they removed off it after it had been melted into the cheese. read more

I work @ CKS right down the road from this Pilot/Wendys Travel Center It was 1 of the best Wendys that I ever bought food from about 5 years ago But not now ever since Pilot took over the operations this Wendy's is worse than the bottom of the barrel I work 3-11 You would think that employees would have to get ready for folks coming off of 2nd shift might want to get something to eat before going home ,,,Oh No Not this Wendy's I drove from work to there it was about 11:10 when I pulled in the drive Thru because of the COVID 19 only way you can order from this Wendy's 1st thing the Menu Board wasn't even lit up , 2nd the attendant said Can you Hold for a minute WTF ? I was the only 1 in the drive-thru So then about 11:15 he finally said can I have your order OK 2 Cheeseburgers deluxe & 1 med fry Ok I finally got my food @ 11:22 w/ what I ordered & some greasy napkins So I came home to eat 1st off those fries looked like they were about 2 hours old may be reheated in grease to be sold fresh ( they were wilted ) & the burgers looked like a Blind Monkey put them together So I know now this is my last time to go to this Wendy's Never again Not this SHITHOLE read more

I'm a fan of this location! Not only is it conveniently located right off the highway but it's attached to a gas station/convenience! So you can gas up, grab snacks or something sweet for later and get your meal. I ordered chicken nuggets, fries and a strawberry lemonade. Everything was HOT when I got to the window; the staff even thanked me for visiting! Nice touch! Did I mention they had a 99% health score!!! Fast and efficient staff and the food was good. What else can you ask for from a fast food place at a gas station?

Drive thru always closed, tables are dirty, and they only serve nuggets after 1 am. If that's what your looking for then eat here

If you decide to come inside, be prepared to wait 10 minutes to order and 10 more minutes to get your food..... They are understaffed at all times and makes the visit longer than it should be. Also, the drive-thru gets more service, so it'll be faster to get food through drive-thru and then come inside. read more

Every time I come here, something else goes wrong. If I am not waiting 5 minutes at the register for someone to take my order, the order is wrong. This past time I went through the drive through hoping it was better. They shorted me a sandwich, gave me 4 nuggets instead of 5 and didn't give me any sauce. I go to this one because my boyfriend is a truck driver and stops at this truck stop when he comes through. The number on the receipt wasn't even correct, it keeps sending me to a fax machine. I'm sorry but I will start going out of my way to go to a different Wendy's. read more
