This is a very dated Wendy's. Most people working were outside on their phones when I pulled in or doing something or other outside. I wouldn't recommend this location if you can otherwise avoid it. The bathrooms are mighty dirty. read more

I sent my daughter to Wendy's today to get food for several people at an event at Roane St. Not only did she pay $119 and not receive even close to all the food that was ordered, she was denied a receipt. When asked why she was still in the restaurant by a large man working there, she explained she was told that all of her order was not out yet. He threw a bag at her, told her that was all of it-spoiler alert, it was not, and to get out. Message received-I certainly hope others get the message too. read more

As someone who has worked here for months now, I can say it's almost perfect, if not what happened today as far as actual work ethic goes. Because, if we want to discuss what Wendy's serves, their food is top notch imo. Nacho Cheeseburger is da bomb, and also love how they have healthier alternatives for their beverages. But working-wise its complicated. I want to preface this by saying, no, this is not me giving the restaurant a bad rep nor am I shaming anyone in any way, and despite what I am about to say I STILL love this place and would recommend it, I just want to rant about this stigma that I experience in restaurant fields that just needs to stop. So firstly, an employee quit today and I spent all day getting complained at for various things, like, I have a disability, and before someone says "That's not an excuse" well I'm not using an excuse I'm providing an explanation. On average I'm just not as fast as people, I'm just not, but apparently according to this stigma, just because someone else can do everything in a store, you should be built for it, that is not true, even if I didn't have one, not everyone is going to come in and be able to handle different things at a time, that's just not how people work, they are not built for everything, so excuse me if I don't work by YOUR standards. Which to me, cuts into the mold of you guys being worker inclusive! And makes me panic under nervousness and get something even more wrong. I CAN do work, and I CAN do things, I just have a different way of understanding and doing them. Yes, customer satisfaction and punctuality are key components in keeping a fast-paced serviceable environment, I'm not arguing that everything should be all loosey-goosey, otherwise serviceable, nothing would get done and that would very much be exploited and abused, but even so, it doesn't matter who is in the wrong or who is in the right, how to respond to workers is just as important. I feel like we live in a society where if you speak out in any way your side of the story, you are just wrong and they are the right end of the story, which is why I always stay quiet and never try to say anything, which justifies people having these kinds of mentality where they think a restaurant is like boot camp, it's literally not that serious. You obviously want to take a job seriously, but there's also TOO seriously! I get enough of feeling like I don't have a voice or bitched at all the time, and my patience with people in this regard is running thin. (It's also just not professional to have public drama where customers can see what's happening) You come to a job to work and everyone works together to create a working environment, that is true, but you also don't have to get that across by acting like having feelings is a sign of weakness or that they "are or constantly on someone's ass is going to make them, listen, because newsflash IT DOESN'T! There is a way to inform someone who isn't doing something right appropriately without coming off as mean or overly strict, my saying this does NOT equate to wanting everything sugarcoated, then everything would be worse, but there is a way to handle it without making your employees who aren't up to the same level as you understand without creating a situation where they are wrong in any way. I also don't take kindly to having an assumption of something they think I was doing but wasn't, there is a gross lack of understanding of people who work at these places and I'm sick of putting up with it! And not to gender shame as this is clearly just my own experience and all genders are equal, I find that women managers are worse about this than male ones! That is all. If this keeps up, I am done, because I don't have time for people's attitude problems or overly strict agendas. I don't bring my problems to the workplace because that isn't the time or place for that. Despite my rant, I advise people to enjoy and eat at this place, they have great food, the workers are pleasant to customers and the environment is overall chill. My intention was not to ill advise someone not to work here, go ahead and apply to this place, I was just venting out common fast food workplace issues and current drama. read more

I don't even want to give 1 star. I was in line behind 3 other cars and it took 20 minutes to order and get my food. RIDICULOUS...

I stopped in after work with my husband, and ordered something for dinner. My husband's meal was correct, but items had been forgotten out of my meal. We had to wait, and then the order was incorrect. Not a good experience. read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews on fast food, because let's be honest, it's fast food. You're not going to get 5 star quality no matter where you go, but this was unacceptable. The service was the worst i've ever experienced. The workers were rude, and charged us extra for mediums but refused to give us what we paid for. The building itself was horrendously dirty. Like I said, I understand this is fast food, but when I say dirty I mean absolutely disgusting. Glad to say I will never be stopping here again. read more

Skip this one. Dried out old food with the bare minimum condiments. An extremely unsanitary front employee (she licked her fingers at least 4 times while filling our food order, kept running her hands through her hair that was hanging over her face and anything she leaned against, and used the cup she just put her licked hair hands on into the ice to fill it). Apparently our order had been done and on the counter for several minutes before she screamed ma'am across the restaurant at me to come get it. I had to ask twice for the rest of our order after we unpacked it. It's right off the highway which is why we stopped but I'd have rather listened to the kids whine for 20 more minutes than stop here ever again. read more

The worst wendys ever, first off they could not even get the order right and it was written on paper, 2nd after I paied for the order it still came out wrong, after the order was fixed I went home to eat with my family, when we open the food not to my surprise it looked so old I had to laugh and the drinks were so watered down it was a joke. well we got the new ghost pepper fries and not to my suprise again just cheese sauce not spicy and no pepers. No one in the house took more than 2 bites it all went into the trash and we all went to Mc donalds were the food was good. I would have went back to complain but I belive it would have fell on deaf ears.. I would not even let a dog eat here. I cant belive the manager or owner have no standers for this place. I use to work at wendys back in the day and this one I can say is the worst ever the burgers was over cooked and cold fries really folks what does it take to drop some fresh fries and how about take that meat off the grill and put it into the chili pile! I normally enjoy the establishment to a point. I mean mistakes have been made in the past but it happens so no big deal. This morning I went here to get a breakfast sandwich before work. The man running the register was absolutely rude. When offering to pay for the gentleman behind me , I received snarky remarks entailing that I should not this service for a man that works for this county to serve & protect us. I have never heard so many "what else" in my life. I did not get a chance to complete my order with out being interrupted by a " what else" before I can say what I wanted to drink with my order. I will not be returning to this location as long as this rude cashier is working there. Obviously he has no manners or respect for other human beings. There is training on how to treat customers & obviously he slept through that part. The sad part is the Shift leader/ Manager was standing there while he spoke this way. read more

Stopped by as a quick lunch on our road trip and was really impressed with the friendly and fast service of Leslie, and the manager on duty. Both made sure we had everything we needed in our order and went out of their way to let us sample some of the drinks before we purchased! Food was great! Highly recommend! read more
