Although we didn't have a milkshake, they have over 40 varieties and that is what I will try next time because their fries are the old fashioned 'crinkle' fires that really hold your ketchup, or in my case your milkshake. This restaurant/fast food drive-thru is evidently from North Carolina; the outline of the state was worked into the Cook Out logo on their caps.
