This Wendy's has AWFUL customer service. Placed a mobile order and it was not prepared. Waited 10 minutes inside for someone to even acknowledge we were then. Then were told they're out of stuff we ordered and we'd have to wait an additional 10 minutes. The employee was rude the entire time she spoke to us. Drove in for 3 Frostys. Got 3 Frostys... plus most of the conversation between a manager who was attempting to change the schedule and the person taking the money. For the 2 minutes I was at the pay window, while the window was wide open, I heard this conversation play out that really shouldn't have been had during a time they were working with customers. the worst customer service and food I've ever experienced at a Wendy's. not only did they not mention they were out of the cheese sauce for the new "taki's fuego" chicken sandwich until I was receiving my food, but offered shredded cheese instead and STILL gave it to me without any cheese. the sandwich was dry and the bread was stale. the atmosphere was so unwelcoming and rude. they forgot the second burger in our order and our drink and while we waited at the window for the young girl to acknowledge us and ask what we needed, she looked at us 3 times and each time turned around to continue to snicker with the other teenage workers who were also staring at us and laughing. She comes to the window finally only to say "were you waiting on your drinks?". in other words she knew we were missing a drink at the very least, and still ignored us with no apology. we received no napkins and no receipt. Still discriminating against their customers and giving terrible customer service!!! My father can't use most touch screens, the calluses on his fingers make it extremely frustrating. My grandfather simply can't read the screen. I refuse to use those filthy dirty cesspool touch screens that you can clearing see need cleaned... I value my health too much! They refuse to help if you ask for help or assistance, and immediately start yelling at customers who walk past the self-service touchscreens "YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER OVER THERE!!!!"... even the ones that are there to pickup online orders. Considering that I have never seen anyone eating inside, I really do not understand why they have such a hard time keeping tables, counters, floors, and drink dispensers clean. read more

This place is a train wreck. Went inside and there's nobody to take an order. The machines were down also to take an order. Took forever to get our meal and there was no one else inside. The burgers were greasy and the fries were ice cold. Then the order was wrong as well. Most of the employees were out front of the building smoking. We ordered online and I went into the restaurant to pick the order up. I let them know through the app that I had arrived. When I got to the pick up counter, I saw on the monitor that my order was currently being made. Someone did ask if I needed assistance and I said no, that I was waiting in my online order to be completed. So, I sat and waited and waited for my name to be removed from order currently being made sign to the order ready sign. After about ten minutes I finally went to the counter and asked. The guy asked what I needed and I said I was waiting for the board to post that my order to be ready and that I had been there by then about fifteen minutes. He's like, "oh yeah, I was waiting to tell you we were out of chili". He never came over to tell me they were out of chili. That's all he said. He didn't offer to refund the chili on my prepaid order or even substitute something in place of the chili. So, I asked if he could substitute the chili for an order of fries. He's like, "oh yeah, we can do that." I also said, "well, I hope my food isn't cold because you never posted my food was ready on the monitor. I cannot stand that they installed kiosks that the customer is required to place their own order!!! The manager needs better customer service training and needs to be sure he orders enough food to serve the public. The owner of the store needs to remove the self order kiosks! worst wait time ever, was in line at drive-thru for over twenty minutes when I got to order I was told please to wait, I waited 5 minutes and ask if there was a problem. I was told they were busy. there was only 4 cars in the parking lot and no vehicles at the windows. what is bad it wasn't the first time that the service was bad with long wait time. while I was in line waiting at least three vehicles got tired of waiting and pulled out of line and left. read more
