Wendy's has been advdertising their Bacon-ader with six slices of bacon and just in general a hefty looking burger. I was really hungry about 2 weeks ago and decided to give it a try. I rarely eat fast food. The fries were okay. Not great, but they never are because they steam and get soft in those stupid tube-like containers. The burger was another story. When I( looked at the wrapped sandwich my first thought was "this doesn't look big at all!' Unwrapping revealed a squished soft bun with two decent sized patties,cheese melted and stuck all over the wrapping paper, and I had to search for the bacon which was three half strips. I was rather miffed. Over $13 for something that resembles a bacon double cheeseburger which would be at least half the cost? Granted, the meat tasted better, but they gypped me out of quite a bit of bacon. Sorry, Wendy's, that was the first and the last time for me. read more

I just want to let the manager know, I never found that $20.00 in my car your drive thru staff claimed they returned to me, I told you then they got my order mixed up a hamburger isnt $19+ they took back the change fixed the order and recharged me, I told them I just gave you the $20 thats why you gave me the coins back... staff claimed they gave the $20 back. They did not. I dont usually use cash I know that was the only $20 I had on me. 2 weeks later no $20 has been found in my car, you know why? Unbelievable! I have been a long time Wendy's customer and I have never delt with anything like this! I ordered a menu item and asked to make a substitution. The same substitution I made a week earlier. I was told they didn't do substitutions. I asked they were able to do it a week earlier but not now. The woman who told me she was the manager started yelling and screaming and swearing at me! Unbelievable! And I actually reported this to the corporate office. I was told I would get a callback that afternoon (2 days ago) from the district manager and I have still have not heard back yet! I was just at this location..idk how you run that place. You guys left this poor kid all by himself up front literally drowning with a line a mile wrong...my food order was missing a small fry, a large fry and a 4 piece nugget. I ordered online for breakfast and paid online using my debit card. I received an order confirmation. When I went through the drive thru to pick up the order I was told they don't have it and never received the order. I tried pulling up the order confirmation to show them but didn't have a good wi-fi connection and couldn't. They asked if I wanted to reorder the food which I did because breakfast was ending in 5 minutes so I reordered and paid again. After getting my food I found a spot in the parking lot with wi-fi and pulled up my confirmation and went inside to show the manager. When I walked in my original order was sitting there waiting (if they never received the order like they say how did they make it?) The manager said I have to go to online support to get my money back which took forever to do and to this day I'm still waiting for my refund. read more

I'll be honest - I'm only writing this review because I knew I'd be the first to review it. I like Wendy's because of all the options they have. You can have a baked potato or salad instead of fries. Stopped here while driving around with wife and two dogs. It was late, the dogs were hungry and we were about an hour from home. I thought I would get them a couple of plain double hamburgers and a large, well done french fry for my wife and I to snack on. I had been to this particular Wendy's a few times but not for a few years. Non of my previous visits went well. As always, what I ordered, was not what I drove away with. Instead I got two double cheese burgers and a large fry that looked like a box of shoe laces. This is after I wailed in the drive thru about 20 minutes and it cost almost $18.00. By far the best fast food experience I have ever had in my life. Don't listen to the previous reviews (they are outdated, and the management of this franchise has gotten much better). After ordering and sitting down, the manager came over to check on how we were and how the food was! This is the first time I've ever seen this happen at a fast good place, which explains the five star rating. The manager even cleared the table of an elderly couple after they were finished eating. Upon leaving, the manager was picking up trash outside the facility, which goes to show that he really cared about the location. Give this place a try, you won't regret it. It's Wendy's so mediocrity is expected and usually appreciated. 3 stars. I got the new spicy chipotle chicken sandwich from the value menu, and some spicy chicken fingers - really hit the spot and was hilariously inexpensive. The service was entertaining and the two people behind the counter took an extreme amount of pride in their work which was just fantastic. They let me test out my GoPro with some fast food footage, and commented on the "spicy night" I was having. I feel pretty gross physically, but am in unbeatable spirits. Recommended. read more
