My absolute favorite fast food restaurant! They have an amazing value meal, which is for anyone trying to save some $$. However their menu itself isn't so bad either since youre basically just paying for good quality food. I don't really go out to many Wendy's to eat though. Today i stopped by this Wendy's in particular and became very pleased with the service. I don't know what it was, maybe the workers were just in a great mood because when they gave me my food, three workers stood there smiling and all greeted me saying "Enjoy your meal" You don't hear it like that very often when going to a fast food place. Their small chocolate frostys were so creamy and thick, really something i tried savoring the taste of. I love their Double stacks, really fills me up and keeps me satisfied. read more

This place is great! I like the convenient location and love the fact that the restaurant is really spacious and clean inside. It's kind of strange to comment on the customer service at a fast food place, but the workers here are really nice and personable. This place cares about their customers. Wendy's salads are great, especially the apple pecan with the pomegranate vinaigrette dressing. When they heard I liked the dressing, they gave me a handful too take home. That's great customer service right there! read more

I'm addicted to their chili and baconator burgers, but I haven't been disappointed with anything I've eaten here. This location has issues with parking, especially at lunchtime, but there is always plenty of seating. I really like the indoor ambiance, it's nicer than most fast food places. read more

I just love the location here its so convienent. It's big and has a bunch of parking right to the entrance of the place. The food always seems to be fresh for (fast food) and that matters because even fast food can be "old". Cons: The fact that it is located next to a gas station will really congest the area at times. First of all, I love Wendy's food. Unfortunately, in January my son and I ordered our food and a large drink to share but as the drink was being handed over to me the lid was not placed tightly closed and it spilled in the inside of my interior car. I told the cashier that the drink had spilled inside my car and I needed extra napkins to clean up the soda drink on myself, seats upholstery, the area between the seats and on the floor. The cashier was not concerned about what just happened to me the customer. How many of you have had this type of incident/negligence from ANY cashier at Wendy's happen to YOU and never complained to a manager? I mean I filed my complaint with Wendy's, their insurance company and they are saying that their cashier did not nothing. Seriously why would I lie about the truth as a Wendy's customer. Quick fast food with fresher quality than Mickey D's, I guess this is the lesser of all other fast-food evils for fast food options. I always order the same things here when I'm in a fast food mood, and it never fails me. Yesterday, this location absolutely made my day! I live closer to the Wendy's on Blacow but make the drive here for service like this! Not to mention this Wendy's just looks awesome architecture-wise. I pulled up to the drive-thru and went ahead to order my all time fav Ghost Pepper Fries...... And the drive thru operator told me that Wendy's isn't serving them anymore. My heart sank! And I instinctively yelled "What!? You're kidding!" Lol. After she realized that all I really came for were those fries she said "Hang on, let me talk to my manager." Came back on the line and said "We'll go head and make you some anyways." So awesome, you rarely find service like this at fast food chains. I have always been a fan of Wendy's and it's just too bad there aren't many Wendy's around anymore. Lucky for me though, they have this one in Fremont. I had ordered through drive-thru this time and I had been here once before but it was long time ago so I can't really say much about their decor inside. The main thing that drew my to paying them a visit was their new spicy chicken nuggets! OMG...they were sooooooo good! Finally, chicken nuggets that are spicy! Perfect for my palate! I went through their drive-thru at around 5pm and it was empty. The staff were friendly and efficient. I got my order in and out quickly. I brought two orders since it was only five pieces per order. I had selected honey mustard for sauce. I pulled into a parking spot and tried it. It was heavenly! The BEST chicken nuggets I have ever had! (Sorry, McD...it beat your's with sweet and sour sauce.) Visited this Wendy's at 1:56 pm on Sunday, April 12, 2015. (Went through the drive thru) Ordered a kids meal, two grilled chicken sandwiches, and a spicy chicken sandwich. When I opened the first sandwich to see who it belonged to I was surprised and disgusted to find a long strand of brown hair. I gave the food back to the worker and asked for everything to be made again. After a minute I changed my mind and asked for a refund. The manager, Marisol, said she had to call corporate in order for me to get the refund. My stepdad, driving at the time, let me out and I waited for ten minutes before Marisol came over to issue me my refund, they were busy at the time. From what I could see, there was never a call to corporate made. The manager also did not apologize for the inconvenience and none of the employees were wearing hairnets. read more

I don't usually find it important to write a review about Wendy's, because don't get me wrong, I love me some spicy chicken nuggets, but my service at this location was upsetting. The cashier, Cheryl, was impatient while taking my order, barely letting me speak before yelling "FOR HERE OR TO GO?", which made me just be like ahhhhhh to go, because she made me feel so uncomfortable! She also slammed my card on the counter despite me having my hand out, which call me crazy, but that is one of my biggest pet peeves! My friends also got their order several minutes before me although I ordered first, and all I got was nuggets, but they got nuggets too! By the way, if you like nuggets too, but don't want to spend nearly $6 for a meal, just get a value 6 piece + a value 4 piece! 10 nuggets for like 3 bucks! Yasss read more

I have come here a few times and usually the food is pretty good and the service is efficient. Tonight however maybe they were a little on the lazy side. All of the food was cold the fries were old and stale the nuggets were cold and soggy and the burger was not even warm. I understand it's late but please take the time to make fresh food it's bad business. This is the best Wendy's I've been to. I used to go here a lot more when I went to Ohlone, but I've been a few times recently and this location has never disappointed. It's better than the locations in San Jose that I've tried, and a lot better than the location in Newark. I know it's just Wendy's but there is a noticeable difference at this location.
