Used the mobile and picked a time they didn't start getting our order ready until we walked in so it's not like the food was sitting in the bag on the counter for a while. Wish we checked our food before we left. First, the double cheeseburger only had a single patty and it was like a brick. The single Dave's cheeseburger was also charred, the bun was hard. You go to Wendy's for your kids- you order a plain cheeseburger- you emphasize, only cheese, the bun and the burger. And what do you get? A burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc..So basically you just ignore what I asked for? There was a special on Wendy's Single buy 1 and get the second for $1. We got a large Coke and a Strawberry Frosty. The food was excellent. Nice tomato, fresh crispy lettuce and real onion, not dehydrated nibs. We noticed right away that there was no stale old grease smell when we came through the door. All the tables were spotless, clean floors, neat restroom and well stocked amenities! It was a joy to have a meal there! Half way through our meal, Carmen came to the tables, welcomed each patron and asked how everything was.... She made us all feel as if what we thought was important and we were part of a bigger family! She is a real asset to your restaurant and we will return, as everyone we encountered at this Wendy's was pleasant and they were happy to serve you! read more

For real people, this Wendy's is the best in the area, perhaps even in the state, to the point where I felt compelled to write a review about how great this location is. I go for lunch once a week or so, and every time I've been, my (often semi-complicated) order is perfect, the food is hot and fresh to the point where you can see steam, I've never had to wait for my drive thru order, and everyone I've interacted with at this restaurant is SUPER NICE. Really. The servers smile, make eye contact, wish you well, all in the drive thru. It really is a cut above the rest when it comes to fast food service. As fast food burger chains go Wendy's "differential" has been the square burger. In terms of burger I have a preference for them now over the other 2 majors as I grew older. This location is on the much newer side. However my drive through experience was mediocre. They did work to fix the problem on the spot so I can give no complaint about that. As far as Wendy's would go, I would give this a 4 star for a fast food Wendy's; however I have to consider that given what other burger restaurants are out there, and is Wendy's really ever any better than a meh? read more

Have always had a positive experience at a Wendy's, so was surprised to be served a double cheeseburger that tasted rancid (like road kill). I, literally, got sick right on the rest of the burger. The Manager handled it well. Refunded my money and asked if he could get me anything else (which I couldn't imagine trying to deal with). Seemed genuinely concerned with what I thought was wrong - I told him 'bad meat'. He said he would look into it. When ordering through doordash, Uber eats or grub hub, the orders are confirmed but then they just hang in the system for over an hour. Doordash had 3 drivers go and wait and nothing. Restaurant has absolutely no customer service. read more

This Wendy's is an amazing establishment that should be added to other towns in Massachusetts (I am so, so, so, SO annoyed I don't live anywhere near a Wendy's!). It surpasses McDonald's and Burger King on the food they serve, and the service. This new location on Route 9 in Framingham is super clean, and the service is FAST. I was in the area late one night, and surprisingly there was a line of a few cars in the drive thru. For any Wendy's (especially at that hour), it was a quick few minutes and back I was on Route 9. This location truly stands by the "quality is our recipe" slogan. Not only in the food, but also in the service. Outdoor tables are available, prices are amazing (this is fast food people!), and the location is a convenient stop off the Pike. It's also much better set up in comparison to the one down the road in Natick. Being at a light, you can get on Route 9 East or West, unlike the one way in and one way out business in Natick. Open until 1am for those late-nighters on Route 9 or the Pike. 5 stars for this new Wendy's. Now only for Wendy's to open in my area (ugh!). read more

I just went through the drive through and I'm horrified by the attitude of the girl taking the order, I go up and she says nothing else except in the rudest tone "can I help you?" We said one second please and then we were ready and starting ordering and she then asked what side and she had the wrong order so we told her no sorry it's the other order and she said in the rudest tone once again! " what do you want to drink?!?!?" And we said A coke Jesus calm the attitude, and then we continued to order and she said again rudely "is that it????!!!" And we just said forget it we'll take our business elsewhere, we passed by the window and she has a crabby look on her face and flipped us off!!!! This Wendy's leaves an item off our Drive Thru order EVERY time. Originally I never checked my bag before getting home and then it wasn't worth driving back. Last time I checked and of course fries were missing. Went in and got a bit of attitude but finally gave me the rest of the order. I can't believe this location can consistently make these mistakes if it's not on purpose - maybe to make sure they hit their food portion goals? I know it is a fast food chain - but I still find reviews for chains to be valuable! This location is very clean and the staff are nice. The location is pretty great for anyone who works in Framingham. I eat here once a week with coworkers. The line gets long around lunchtime at 12pm, 12:15pm, so beat the crowd and get there slightly before noon or around 12:45pm. We haven't had a negative experience! I can only give this specific location a MEH rating Sad but true!!! I usually like Wendy's over the other fast food places because of the salads. I liked the idea of this location newer , cleaner ( maybe?), all the latest equipment. Every time I went there Over the summer 2018 I would order there seasonal salad in half form due to protein and calorie content . Over this past summer it was the chicken berry blast salad. 2 times ! I say it again 2 times I got home and there was no CHICKEN on the chicken Berry BLAST salad !!!! I did not want to go back out so I called the Wendy's location no one answered. Ummmmmm hello I know you are there I was just there . So then I call their national corporate line had the most reasonable, pleasant conversation with the rep he said there was nothing he could do but would take my info and email the shift manager to let her know of the situation and that when my husband gets out of work he will be bringing back the untouched salad and exchanging the salad. My husband goes to exchange the salad and the manager chick on was like how do we really know this is our salad , huh? ( mind you it was handed back to the in the exact same packaging it was handed to me in . My husband said why would my wife get on the phone within ten mins and complain when she has never complained to your company or you . She finally broke down and made him give her the wrong salad first then gave him the right one but was very rude about the whole situation. The end to this salad drama was 10:30pm at night so clearly I did not eat that salad for my dinner which was the whole point. My husband asked for a partial refund and the manager refused I will be seeking another location when I get a craving for their current yummy apple , pecan salad with the grilled chicken salad. I would like to think I am very down to earth and reasonable to a certain degree but this whole situation was just not professionally handle. read more

They always get my order wrong. Ordered a baconator... Got a burger with no bacon. Ordered chicken nuggets and got a JBC. Disappointed to say the least, brand new location. Unfortunately, if I ever do go back I'll have to be the person who checks their bag before leaving the window. Get it together guys and stop leaving your fries in the fryer for way too long.
