Crowded and sometimes confusing and mid food but funny workers but I would not recommend I feel as if they could do better with the service

Good food cause it's Wendy's. But this is the dirtiest location. When we got here my daughter and I were literally the only guests here and we looked at several tables to find one to sit at, crumbs or soda on them. The counter between the two soda towers was covered in soda and sticky. read more

Just went to Wendy's in the drive thru- ordered Dave's double cheeseburger with xtra pickles and onions- also ordered classic chicken sandwich with cheese and large chili and a bacon cheese potato The chili like usual is very good and tasty Daves double cheeseburger was a single burger, the extra pickles and onions were non existent, and the chicken sandwich as mentioned by my wife was cold And dried out- would never get again Baked potato was excellent When ordering, person taking order seemed like i was wasting his time- he seemed like he was waiting for me to finish my order so he could go home All in all i would not go to this Wendy's again, to spend $25.00 to have a good chilli and baked potato is not worth it! Greeeaaattttt!!! My very first choice for fast food if I'm going to have it at all. Love the salads and the only burger I will eat.

I was greeted at the drive up window at Wendy's on Rt 109 by a harried young lady who asked for my order even before my vehicle was fully stopped. She was very harried with only one car ahead of me who had already given his order and no cars behind me. The greeter repeated my order very rapidly and also incorrectly and I made my corrections to her. I proceeded to pick up my order and when I sat down to eat my "dinner" at home with my wife I was disappointed to find only one hamburger. I had ordered TWO! This worker should not be taking orders at Wendy's IMO because she seems to be totally non user friendly. I truly sympathize with the owner of this franchise because this employee is certainly not an asset to his business which incidentally just lost a very active customer. I've been to this Wendy's countless amount of times for lunch. It's old. People at the register are rude. Tables are not always clean. Seats are old and uncomfortable. But on the bright side...their burgers rock! read more

We order a couple meals in the drive true and when we get to the next window to pay and pick up the order the girl was wearing her mask underneath her mouth, I asked her why , she was breathing her germs on top of my drink. Yesterday I had a horrible experience with one of the employees named Atyna I believe I heard another co-worker say her name. It's my turn up in line and she already is giving attitude the second I stepped up all the way to the end of the order and I was gonna dropped it because I assumed she had a bad day or something and then she called me a bitch under her breath as she was walking away. Just got a cold son of baconator on a stale bun at the drive thru. It was also so overloaded with ketchup and mayo that I looked like a toddler after I finished it, with the stuff all over my hands. No one else in the place or in line, so food was probably sitting there for a long time. read more

Well I like Wendy's. I use to love Wendy's until I have some bad experiences recently. This is my latest. I stopped by the drivethru tonight...I worked a very long day and didn't feel like cooking so I decided to get some fast food. I ordered a plain spicy chicken with fries and bbq sauce and ketchup packets. I placed my order and pulled forward. I was told to back up and proceed again, I asked is was too far away or blocking anything, the teller said no. I figured this was a prerequisite for my order so what the hell. My order was 8.02 I gave a five three ones and a nickel. The teller asked if I had two cents. I said no and she SIGHED!!!! I wish I had a fifty to give. After receiving my three pennies, another person came up and handled my food. I asked if the bbq and ketchup were inside and with the blankest of stares an affirmative nod came back. I drove off. When I stopped at a red light I looked inside first off, no bbq sauce or ketchup. Now I have both at home, but what if was traveling someplace like communist russia in the 70's or one of the seven circles of hell? I'm pretty sure i'd be eating dry plain chicken. This is one of the worst Wendy's on the island. The food is always cold. You usually don't get your order correct. The drive thru line can stretch all the way onto 110 at certain times of the day with the industrial area behind it and the college across from it. Slow service, rude employees, and no comprehension of what "No Mayonnaise" means. Even when I received the sandwich and reminded them I asked for no mayonnaise, their response was to take the sandwich, move out of sight, and a few seconds later hand me what was clearly the same sandwich with 2/3 of the mayo taken off. WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE DURING WEEKDAY LUNCH HOURS Extremely long lines during lunch and definitely short staffed. Waited at least 15 min to even order food. This should not be called fast food! Line was almost out the door. Did not see any type of communication between management and staff. Food is what you'd expect from a Wendy's. UPDATE: I went back and this time that same weird drive thru guy for some reason asked me to backup after he took my credit card, he said he would wave me forward when my food was ready. He did not want me to back up to other people could pass, he just had me backup against the wall so that I couldn't see in the store, literally just backed up, in place, and 30 seconds later, he waves me forward and gives me the food and my card back. I'm not sure why he is doing this but I would be cautious, he might be skimming credit cards and doesn't want anyone to see. I put in a call to corporate and they said local management would call me back about this, but they never did. read more

If Yelp allowed for zero stars this location would receive it. My wife and son were school shopping and I asked that they bring back the new Wendy's hamburger on a pretzel roll. I also asked for no salt on my fries. So what did we get? Salty fries (which my wife had to wait for) Flat Coca-cola (large!) Rotten lettuce And no receipt. My wife threw her hamburger out because it tasted so awful. When I didn't mind the flavor of my burger (nothing special) she fished it out of the garbage and found the rotting lettuce. The drive-thru staff was asked for ketchup and mayo packets - none in the bag. So, this Wendy's failed at every thing a fast food restaurant is supposed to provide. We will not go back. read more

Perhaps the worst Wendy's in Farmingdale. I've been here several times. Doesn't matter what time of the day you come here the service is always slow and backed up.. I wouldn't really care if the employees weren't rude and arrogant. And if the food wasn't cold and soggy. Save your time and money.. Number of visits: Five visits in five days. For a week, I had to work somewhere in the middle of Long Island, New York. I didn't like it. Not because it's 30 miles away from where I live, but because there wasn't anything close by to eat lunch. So, with an hour to spare, I had to drive 10 minutes every day to this Wendy's. I can only review the drive-through and the food. The drive-through seemed fast. The line was always moving. I got my food quick. With an hour dedicated to lunch, that is a plus. Five orders on five different days, all of which I had no issue with. Maybe once or twice, they forgot to give me sauce or they forgot to give me cream and sugar for my coffee, but nothing that was devastatingly bad, like a missing burger or old fries. The food was regular Wendy's food, and I've quickly started to love Wendy's for their juicy burgers and soft and moist chicken nuggets. Because they were a reliable place for me five days in a row, they're going to get four stars from me, which I don't think I'd commonly do for fast food restaurants. Will I return? If I have to work in the area again, I will. read more

Some idiot decide to design the layout of the restaurant to have maximum seating and minimum kitchen/service area. Total of 3 registers that I can count of, 2 front 1 driver through. You can see how the staffs are all cramped up and don't have space to work nor put more work force in. Very long wait on weekday lunch time. Okay, I have to say this. I almost never write reviews, but this place drives me crazy. What the heck is wrong with this Wendy's? The food at lunch is almost always terrible. The chicken sandwiches taste like they were made hours ago and left to sit around, waiting for the lunch rush. Awful. And the chili always tastes off. Never good, sometimes terrible, but always off. And honestly, the older woman cashier is rude. Many years ago, this was one of the only Wendy's locations on Long Island. It was great back then, but now it's just plain terrible. Would give it less stars if I could. This place is a goddamn nightmare when it comes to customer service. I mean I expect to wait a little longer because it's "fresh" and what not but for a line of three people it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get a burger on the drive-thru line. Seems to be a larger issue on week nights. Might benefit from having more staff on to take orders and cook. The only excuse for the extended wait would be a short staff. So they either need to train them to multi-task, or add another staff member. I've just never been to a "fast" food establishment in which one order is taken, made, wrapped, and given to the customer before another order is even taken. Even as I sit and type, three more cars have pulled in behind me after several leaving due to the long wait. I've been sitting patiently at the speaker for over five minutes now without even an acknowledgement. This has happened before here but I just assumed it was a fluke. Update: I'm finally at the window and there are four people in there. I'm not sure if everyone is on break or something but come on. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Was 10 at night and drive thru took 35 mins with 1 car in front.... horrible service. Never going back.

If I could actually give 0 stars, I would. I work very close to this Wendy's and sometimes, I'd like a quick lunch. But this particular location should be selling slow food because it's nowhere near fast. I spent nearly half of my lunch break waiting at the drive thru to be greeted with rudeness. (I've also LEFT the drive thru line on a prior occasion since it doesn't move!) This particular visit, I ordered a combo #10 which should be a 10 piece chicken nugget combo and was handed a disgusting chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon on it. When I questioned it at the window, I was told that the 10-piece combo was a #9 but upon further investigation and internet searching, the woman at the window was wrong. The fries were disgusting and unsalted and now I have this nasty chicken sandwich. The only thing that wasn't screwed up was my drink. Never again will I visit or recommend this location. Stay away and go someplace else. There's a lot to choose from nearby. read more
