Not sure if they're short staff or they just struggle to keep up with everything. The self serve soda machine was almost out of all options. No straws. Not many people in the building. The staff was really nice and try to accommodate with what they have available behind the counter. Tried some different food items than we've had before and they were subpar. This Wendy's was disgusting. The worker wouldn't give me a triple berry frosty, and wouldn't even try to fix the machine for me. I had paid and ordered it but still got the same result. The place was a mess. Spilled drink all over the floor not taken care of, and the workers didn't care either. The bathrooms were also disgusting, as there was no sign for the men's bathroom and the women's bathroom had little to no light. There was little soap in the bathrooms too. Only reason I give a singular star is because the food was good. The tables were also disgusting to add on. I will not be returning. read more

Food was ok. Been a long-time fan of Wendy's. I'll never set foot in this one again. Floors were sticky with spilled drinks. Bathrooms stank from about 15 ft away. Filthy floors, dirty sinks. Piles of trash in the bins, stacks of dirty trays. Several employees just doing nothing. read more

The guy working the front inside made everyone use kiosks, refusing to speak to anyone and then forcing the use of cards instead of cash. He was very rude, literally looked homeless, all because the drive thru is busy he made an old lady leave for refusing to take cash. read more

stopped in the other night for a quick dinner and jeeez am I disgusted. The food was fine but the service was disgusting. I saw two males openly laughing and mocking a disabled woman. I heard another employee call one of them "James", it seemed like he was in charge. The other employee was tall with glasses and visibly under the influence with bloodshot eyes and an odor of marijuana drifted over the counter. I also saw an employee parked right outside smoking cannabis! This is unacceptable and you've lost a customer for life. You should get your house in order. read more

I've been going to Wendy's for over 40 years and I can tell you my experience yesterday was the worst ever at Wendy's. The store was disgustingly dirty. The service was awful. When asking about the free frosty as part of the national ice cream day nobody knew about it. They were out of the triple berry frosty. 1 employee asked another about it and responded I don't feel like changing it. You can have chocolate or nothing. No soap in the men's bathroom and no working lights in the women's room. Worst experience at Wendy's ever. read more

I came for a breakfast baconator and two bacon breakfast burritos and a triple berry frosty. I arrived to a very clearly drug addled and addicted woman who gave us a mostly wrong order after a very long wait. I've never had anything bad to say about this place but i prefer my local fast food places to not look and smell like drug usage and i like having my order actually given. I ordered this from doordash. some may say that doordashing would make it worse because it sits for a while before it gets to you, but I don't think it could get any worse from when it was freshly made. I ordered chicken nuggets, french fries, a burger, and a dr pepper. The best part of my meal was the soda, which somehow tasted stale?? They were also out of chicken nuggets, which I guess is understandable because I ordered this at the end of the day, but it still would have been nice to know. I did not get a refund for the chicken nuggets, but instead, I got extra fries which are not the same price. So basically they stole some of my money and gave me something terrible. These french fries were the worst fries I have EVER consumed. I consumed maybe 3 before giving the rest to my dog, and he didn't even want them. Some of the french fries had sooo much salt I could get an enlarged heart, headaches, heart failure, high blood pressure, kidney disease, kidney stones, osteoporosis, stomach cancer, and a stroke from one bite. The other fries somehow had NEGATIVE salt. Dont ask how that's possible, but that is the best way to describe it. Flavorless, other than the flavor of butthole. I would not be surprised to find out if the workers stuck each fry up their butt before serving them. Or maybe their waste from the bathroom is leaking into the frying oil. Im not sure but these fries taste horrendous. Next I ordered a burger. This burger was not as bad as those french fries... other than the fact that I am VERY allergic to onions. I ordered this burger without onions and what do you know. There is basically a whole onion on this burger. So I had no other choice than to give it to my sister. She ate this burger and nearly GAGGED! She talked about how the cheese was rubbery. She then took the burger apart and picked up a patty and could throw it like a frisbee and it be perfectly fine. last I checked, meat is not the same as plastic, but what do I know? She was so discussed with the burger that she gave it to my dog and he again did not want to consume this. Also, I ordered sweet and sour sauce and somehow that translates to ranch and honey mustard... but its fine because I didn't even have chicken nuggets to dip into the sauce. I wish that the food was poisoned so wendys would get sued and forever put out of business so no one else has to suffer in hell the way we did. Waited on drive thru line for almost 30 minutes to pick up my mobile order while on my lunch break. I tried calling while on line to ask why it was taking so long and the girl on the other end was very rude to me, telling me I can go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I told her I would but my lunch break is over in 5 minutes and my order was already paid for online. When I finally get up to the window, they practically threw the food at me and when I got to work, which I ended up being late for, I opened my bag and it was missing my burger in there, just my fries and drink was what I got from them. I do believe this was done purposely because I had called to ask why it was taking so long. This is not acceptable! Especially with what we have to pay these days for a lousy hamburger. I'm really ticked off about this and won't be returning again. I work at the hospital and will make sure that my coworkers go somewhere else due to the lousy service and rude workers. read more

If I could give Zero stars,I would.Ordered a Son of baconator burger.It was the greasiest burger ever.The bacon that I found was burnt to a crisp,it was black and it was only crumbles of bacon.Not strips,as in their pictures.The French fries were cold.I will not go back to this Wendy's ever..Too bad In and Out Burger us only in the western US.The new McDonalds fresh quarter pounder is better than Wendy's now.Im sticking with the local mom and pop take out stands in the future. read more

Stopped in on our way to Bar Harbor as Wendy's has the best fast food burger in this part of the Country. The food was great as expected and was served hot. The woman who took our order was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the dining room left a lot to be desired as a number of tables required a wipe down. In fact, all the larger tables were dirty so we had to wipe one down ourselves. It wasn't busy at 3pm and in the entire time we were there eating we never saw any staff members come out to wipe down the tables, but they did come out for drinks at the Coke Machine and go outside for a smoke. When I see dining rooms this dirty I wonder what the kitchen looks like. I place the blame squarely on the manager's shoulders as they are ultimately responsible for the presentation of their store. read more
