Today at around 4:14 PM, I came to your drive-thru to order food for my children after their soccer game. The employee who took my order -- I believe his name might be Alan, although I'm not completely sure -- was extremely rude and disrespectful. Your company should be able to check who was working the drive-thru at that time. I politely said, "Can I please order 6-piece chicken tenders?" and he loudly responded, "How many?" several times. I then clarified, "Two orders of 3 tenders," but he continued raising his voice and repeatedly asking the same question as if he was intentionally mocking me or pretending not to understand what I was saying. Because of how disrespectful the interaction felt, I went inside the restaurant to ask him why he was behaving that way. He said maybe he could not hear clearly, but honestly, he could have calmly asked me again instead of responding in such a rude and aggressive manner. The way he spoke to me felt disrespectful and unacceptable. I am a paying customer coming to your restaurant to buy food, not asking for a favor. This is the first time in my life that I have ever felt the need to leave a review and walk into a store to confront this kind of behavior directly. Honestly, the experience made me feel disrespected and discriminated against. This was actually my first time trying Wendy's, but because of the behavior of your employees, I now have a very negative impression of the brand. Wendy's is Wendy's and that's that. It's consistent and reliable. I usually get spicy nuggets or a jr. cheeseburger and am always satisfied. I recently tried the crispy chicken sandwich though and it was pretty impressive for what it was! I did think that the person working was a little rude and was SO stingy with the sauce. Very bizarre experience at this Wendy's. I placed a mobile order at 11:00pm from the app. At 11:15pm, 45 minutes before closing, I pulled up to the restaurant drive-through but nobody ever acknowledged me through the speaker. After a couple minutes of waiting, I drove forward to the window where a kid stared at me, started dancing, and then turned around and disappeared back into the kitchen. I waited another five minutes, but no one ever came back to the window. Thankfully, I was able to refund my order, leaving me to drive home, confused, sad, and hungry. read more

I took a trip to Wendy's late one night on the way back from bow tie cinemas, and I ordered the chili. I love me some chili. The ambience in Wendy's, IS TERRIBLE. The lights are too white but dim at the same time, the carpeting is old and everything looks plasticy and cheap. I was promised a chili that had been cooked for a really long time I can't remember how long but it was supposed to be a long time, but what I do remember is how undercooked the onions were. The last three times I've been in my order has been wrong or I've been missing something. The first time I ordered a large baconator and received a Dave's hot and juicy double without the fries to go with the meal and my drink was wrong. The next time they didn't give me my drink. Finally today I decided to drive the thirty minutes to get my Wendy's fix and my drink was the wrong drink(I asked for a tea and was given a coke with a side of attitude), the fries were soggy and had no salt on them, and even though I asked for extra ranch with my tenders I wasn't given a single sauce. How's this for terrible service, the lady who was giving us our food spilled coke all down the side of the cup and didn't wipe it off, then she handed up another cup of coke and didn't have the lid on right so it popped off and spilled all down my sleeve.
