It's the kind of burger where you take that first bite and immediately know you made the right decision stopping. What I really respect, though, is the consistency. I've been here plenty of times, and it doesn't seem to matter who's working the kitchen--the burger comes out the way it's supposed to. That's something a lot of places around Jersey could learn from. The restaurant itself is clean too, which I definitely appreciate.
