When I finally got to counter (25mins) later I give them my name they told me it would be 6mins cause the new tenders just got dropped. WTH! This is the 5th time I've came here both me and my spouse for either DoorDash or to place an order and we always surprisingly get Mr. MARCUS behind the register. His customer service is emasculate each time. He's giving compliments to everyone both men and women respectful to the kids and putting a smile on everyone's face. Literally seems like his goal is being the change he wants to see and using his personality to do so. I just left there, the wait was long and the overweight young lady working the pickup window lacks the necessary communication skills to talk to people. She asked me to pull up and back up. I said to her that I am not backing up and is someone going to bring me my food. She didn't respond and proceeded to close the window. Another young lady came to the window and asked me to pull up. I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes which I didn't mind because it was around lunch time. I repeated my order at the speaker box to get to the drive thru window and the cashier had not put in my complete order. When I told them that's fine, I'll just pay the additional cost to get all of my food I order the window clerk tells me, I have to go get back in line. I have never had such bad customer service plus the food I did get had cold fries. I've tried given them two more chances and every time it's Horrible customer service and attitudes from children.At this point this location should just close down or get some new management / owners that can turn this place around. read more

Just left from purchasing food in the drive thru. I witnessed the young gentleman in the drive thru hand my food and drink to the car in front of me. She checked the bag and said it's not my order. He took it back and gave her the correct order. I watched him say the bag aside and the drink in the window seal. When I pulled up he handed me the same drink and food that was in someone else's car and that looked through the bag. Which means she had to touch the food. I asked him was it the same bag and drink. This is just about the only location I will patronize. There is usually a super long line, but sometimes it moves quickly. The staff are pleasant, but I wouldn't say they have exceptional customer service. The best thing on the menu in my opinion , are the natural-flavored lemonades. I ordered a special request for Dave's Triple with heavy mayo and no onions and a pretzel bun large combo and the female manager had an argument with me over a hamburger and she kept telling me it was the right order and I made it clear that I did NOT want a bacon pub burger what it was shown on the screen. I drive up and it looks empty like they are closed but it couldn't be because they should have been opened for at least an hour at this point. I wait at the speaker waiting for some sort of greeting but there's nothing, I say hello no response. So I drive up to the window to see if anyone is in there, to my surprise there is and she walked up to the window and said she there alone and trying to find her workers. Clearly you guys need to be better to your workers or make the environment some where that people want to work because why did nobody show up to work an hour after opening and I'm sure they would need be there early then 630am to prep and only one person showed, that's insane. I used to work for Wendy's, so I get how stressful it can be. But it comes with the territory. Even when I was totally miserable at Wendy's, my customers NEVER knew. Clearly, everyone at this location is miserable. Let's say I eat at this location 20 times in 1 month. In the 20 times, my order would be messed up 17 times. We constantly have to go back for inaccuracies in our order (which sucks when they force u to wait in drive through for another 20 minutes), they short us on food all the time, our food is sometimes cold, and tonight (the LAST straw), I found a gnat in my drink. I stopped supporting Papa John's, Dominos, AND Pizza Hut in this area, and now Wendy's has been added to this list. Great job, staff!!! read more

So, I went to this Wendy's last nite for a quick bite, after running some errands. I was in the drive-thru for 30min. Customer service was the worst the entire time. Girl on the headset had an attitude but bcuz of my nice attitude she held her composure. Dude at the first window accepting payments was like an assistant manager and he was so phony. I said something nice and he flashed a smirk that quickly faded before I could even look away. Then, finally getting to the next window and was greeted w/ an ebonics speaking boy w/ faded red dreads. The assistant manager from the first window was up there joking around w/ him in between time. Anyway, there was zero organization at this place. They were handing me someone else's drink and asking me about an order that wasn't mine. Then the other guy approaches the window while finishing a side convo w/ assistant manager saying "hellyoutalmbout". Then asks, "whatchur order was, sweetheart?" WTF?! Then asks what kind of sauce did I want. I said BBQ and Ketchup. Bruh gon say, we don't have any ketchup packets. The correct way to say is, "(an apology...) we are out of ketchup". This place needs training beyond measure. We are not on the streets. I felt so disrespected. Food was hot at least, which is the reasoning for TWO stars. Strawberry frosty was bomb, too. Anyhow, I'm definitely going back there today bcuz it's my local Wendy's and telling them about this bcuz just NO. While shoe shopping at Camp Creek, I was hungry for a salad, undecided between Zaxby's and Wendy's. Today, headed for Wendy's. This is a fairly large location, but parking is limited. There were 5 people in line ahead of me to order, but only 1 cashier (not good for lunch rush). After a customer was missing something from their go order - it was 5 1/2 minutes to get to the front of the line to order - way too long! I will say, once you order and pay, get ready to eat, cause the food was ready in 1 minute. The dining room was pretty clean, no trash on the carpet and no paper on the tables, but there were two water or drink spill areas on the tile floor, that should have been mopped. I got a grilled chicken snack wrap, which was only warm, but had good taste and flavor. I also got a apple pecan 1/2 salad, which was very good, and the Pomegranate Vinaigrette dressing was very good. Oh, the rest room was clean, but very wet around sink area, this too could have been mopped. The food is an easy 4, but the slow service rolls this rating back to 3 stars. read more

They come with small fries/drinks and yes are almost $7. Upgrade to the medium size for an extra $0.70, or upgrade to a large for something near $1.50. I usually try to not to write negative reviews, but I can see why the scores are low. The staff was very unorganized and had no problem expressing their frustrations of the customers while they were still standing right in front of them. The cashier taking our order made a comment about my son's facial expression, then tried to retract her statement when I said he is diagnosed with autism. My children's food was served on a dirty tray, and then when I asked for my receipt, all heck broke loose behind the counter and it took 4 different employees to say they had no way to produce a paper receipt for over 20 minutes. I was not rude, but I was told that it was a tense environment before we arrived, but that has nothing to do with my children and I. So along with wrong sauces and hearing the staff complain throughout the entire meal (loud enough for us to hear it all the way in the dining room), we will not return here, and I advise large or sensitive families to avoid here as well. read more

They are mostly unprofessional. 2 out of every 3 trips I take there's something preventing them from just taking a freaking order and doing the one thing it's there for. They either don't have staff, they aren't on time, only taking cash, "temporarily closed" at start of business, or just ridiculously slow. They have Wendy looking homeless while the well-oiled chikfila machine next door does circles around them. Manager Tara is horrible! She should be fired along with her weekend late night shift crew. Came through the drive thru around 10:40 PM (they didn't close until 1 am, so this wasn't at closing) simply ordered a 10 piece nugget...thats all! My nuggets where dark brown indicating they had been refried but what made it worse was that the nuggets were obviously fried in burnt grease by the strong odor. Lets not discuss the fact that I waited in line for 25 minutes! I went back to ask for a refund, they refused and said they would remake my order.....it took 2 minutes to remake "Fresh" nuggets which should of taken at least 4 minutes. I went back the next morning and was pleasantly greeted my Iesha who gave me a fresh batch of nuggets and a refund.
