By far, theeeee worst McDonald's I've eaten at! Sadly, it was the first place I got to after traveling from Los Angeles and leaving the airport. The young girl at the window: ZERO customer service skills!! No eye contact, no greeting, no response when spoken to, and her lips were poked out as she talked mess with her coworker. Complete embarrassment! If I was manager, she would've been fired, instantly! Food: AWEFUL! Just horrible! French fries were stale, dry and burnt. Seems as if someone recooked old ones that had been sitting for a while. The filet of fish was not fresh either. It was hanging halfway off the bun with a tiny piece of dried cheese on a slightly stale bun. Smh! My sweet tea was served in a coffee cup, no ice, no notice. Again, just ghetto. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonald's. Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes late at night with absolutely no communication from the night crew whatsoever. No greeting, no "please wait," no explanation -- nothing. Cars were backed up, people were confused, and it honestly felt like the store was abandoned while employees were inside ignoring customers. I understand places get busy, but basic communication and customer service should still exist. Waiting that long just to be completely ignored is beyond unacceptable. Ordered our food at drive through. Was handed a receipt for an order before she took my credit card at the first window without a single greeting or question about what I ordered. A little odd. She asked if I had a mobile order to which I replied I did not. After that was corrected, I went on to the second window. This girl had a terrible attitude when I pulled up, no idea why. She did it seem to like my kind but I tried to be polite and professional with her in order to soften her angry spirit. Without speaking to me, she hands a bag to me. When I picked up the bag it was very light and I explained it was not mine, as I had ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and a DQP with cheese. She very rudely asked "Well what's in the bag?" I replied with "a 4 piece nugget meal only." She was annoyed and gave us a different bag when I replied It wasn't my order. I am not from the area but wow the negativity and hate was the most I've ever experienced in anything in my almost 50 years in earth. I felt very unwelcome and felt I being treated like this because I have a mixed race family and this racist AA girl hated me for my color and family. I avoid any place that had less than a 3 star rating...but today my Pumpkin wanted a Chicken McGriddle for breakfast. *HEAVY SIGH* The drive thru was slower than molasses in winter so we went inside and it was at this moment, that I realized why I don't deal with McDonalds. I don't like to use a kiosk to place my order and it baffles me how sonmany people are working but placing an order is a self service unless you go through the drive thru. Order placed and the receipt prints out blank. I stepped to the counter and advised the manager with her unplucked wig on, that the receipt printed blank. Wiggy had the audacity to ask me did I pay for the order? I looked at her and said, I wouldn't have a receipt if I hadn't paid, Ma'am. NOW she has the nerve to be offended. No Maam...don't get offended now. You could have checked to see if I paid instead of assuming I didn't with a few clicks on your screen but she chose not to. Wiggy was so upset she wouldn't even bring me my order...gave it to another worker to hand off to me. Yesterday, Tuesday October 28, I went to my local McDonalds location to use my free birthday gift offer. (see attached) I also had appx 4000 reward points on my phone app and gave the worker at the drive thru window the four digit code for a free large French Fries. She punched in the number and asked "anything else?" I said yes, I would like to use the offer for my free birthday item. She said that I could only use one so I told her I would use the b-day offer since it was expiring that day. She asked for the code and whenever I tried to enter the bday gift in my phone app, it kept pulling up the free French fries. Since I was in the drive thru and it was taking awhile and I didn't want to make the people behind me upset, I asked her if I could pull up to her window so she could help me. She said to come inside the restaurant, which I did. It was very cold outside so I didn't want to leave the comfort of my car, but I had no choice. I explained to the woman who said she was the manager (she didn't wear a name tag) what happened. After a long discussion, she finally gave me a cold Chicken sandwich. (it tasted horrible). and was very rude to me. I asked her what about the 4000 points that were taken off my account and she said that she couldn't do anything about that. I asked her if she could give me the large fries that were charged to my account and she repeatedly told me those points are gone and she couldn't do anything. She told me that I had to call the corporate office. (it was 8:30 at night) She never gave me the phone number so that is why I am writing this email. I go to this restaurant almost every day for breakfast and sometimes for lunch and dinner. I never get a Veteran's discount like at most McDonalds locations. When I go inside, the restaurant is often filthy, the employees are yelling and cursing at each other very loudly (saying things like "kiss my black ass m-fer, etc.") or out getting high in the small park next to the parking lot. When they come inside, they reek of pot. I visit McDonalds all around the world for my work and travels and this location has to be one of the worst. read more

We recently had one of our worst experiences at McDonald's. After arriving in town late at night, we placed an UberEats order from the McDonald's at 3201 Camp Creek Parkway, Georgia. The order was missing six apple pies and two milkshakes. Since it was already around 1 a.m. and we'd been traveling, we decided to reorder the missing apple pies along with a Sprite. But when the second order arrived--another 40 minutes later--it was still wrong. We received a Sprite and six cookies instead of the apple pies. We're not sure what's going on at this location, but we won't be ordering from there again and would recommend avoiding it for deliveries. read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've visited in the entire country. The drive-thru staff are extremely slow and have some of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered. They are not welcoming, not courteous, and often don't listen, which leads to incorrect orders. When mistakes are pointed out, they refuse to fix them. I live near this location and absolutely dread going here because of these ongoing issues. Management seriously needs to reconsider hiring and training, as their current team is completely incompetent. read more

And the one sense I was happy that it was open. They only had the drive-thru but no sit-in. They messed up my order several times. I ended up having to go back but luckily I parked in the lot and just had to walk back to the door and hand back the food. I ended up getting a Big Mac meal with the frozen Fanta drink and a bottle of water. They're very busy so I understand. Based on this experience I would come back if I was desperate for food. This location is always busy, given its prominent location on Camp Creek Parkway. If you order drive-thru, expect longer wait times. I tend to order online and pickup these days; less hassle. Anyway, I have been coming here for years and I will say the managers work hard to keep the place clean and updated with self-kiosks. read more

Long wait times. If you order delivery chances are your order will not be correct. At least that has happened to me 2 out of 3 times during delivery. If you pickup your food it will probably be hot. Service is consistent with other establishments in the area...that is not a compliment. read more

This McDonald's manager Theresa needs a refresher on how to be a manager on ALL levels. She needs to be reminded that customers coming into the place keep her employed! The management in all whole needs to work on the employee and the way they interact with patrons. Also the dining room and drink station needs to be kept a whole lot cleaner. You shouldn't have to find a wet rag, to clean off sticky substance from your table...while your food get cold. ***UPDATE*** FWIW: McDonald's Corporate Office # 630-623-3000 calls recorded and shared with local restaurant management. This is not my first bad experience at this location. Today I waited in the drive thru. The person taking the order was rude. I proceeded to drive through and confirm my order before paying. When I arrived at the pickup window I always ask about the drink to make sure it's right. I was told yes, after parking I realized it wasn't the right drink. I returned and attempted to enter the locked restaurant, then I had to queue in line again. I didn't mention anything at the drive up order area. When I made it to the window to pay I told them my order was wrong. She didn't want to hear it and told me she takes money and to go to the next window. When I arrived there they all but through a bag of food at me. When I told them it wasn't mine I was asked "what'd you have?" I told them an incorrect order then explained the receiving the wrong drink. I was then told to pull up and someone would bring it out. I waited at the window because I didn't want to get another screw up. It took a long time to get my soda. I then tasted it before leaving. By this time my fries and sandwich were barely warm. I'll contact the district manager because it appears to me from other reviews that the local management may not be too concerned about how the restaurant is run. I'll be going to the other McDonald's a couple miles the other way. They seem to care. Bruh.... This location is SO incredibly slow, and it really doesn't matter what time or day you go. Judging from previous reviews, this is an issue they've just chosen not to fix over the last few years. They also seem to not to be very efficient. They waited until we paid for our items to tell us they didn't have it ready and would need an additional 10 minutes to cook it. Mind you, we sat in the drive-thru for at least 10 minutes AFTER ordering before we paid.... so someone could have started making more of the item, right? I will say, though, that the staff is fairly pleasant. I just need a fast-food establishment to be... faster. And more efficient. read more

I stopped at McDonald all over the Metro Atlanta, usually for the Hot Cake and "SENIOR"Coffee This is the first McDonald's that DOES NOT OFFER SENIOR COFFEE.. and the prices for their Hot Cake Breakfast is higher than other locations. The drive thru makes them lost a star since my last review. This is one of those two lane drive thrus, and I know that the function of that is so that the orders are not messed up when you get to the window, but almost everytime, the cashier ends up asking me what did I order. I inquired about that before and was told, that when someone drives off that messes up the order. Well, I guess there's no controlling drive off, and at least I know my order has been confirmed, so it should be right by the time I get to the second window. This McDonald's, also has a late night drive thru Thur - Sat, it use to be a 24 hour on those days, but I don't think it is any longer. One of my biggest pet peeves is that the drive thru staff has no smile in their voice. I wish I could rate this McDonald 0 stars. The attitude of this one lady who seems to be the manager is horrendous. She has no people skills and responds aggressively to a question. I simply asked if I could add a sand which to my order. She then goes on to tell and say " baby we ain't doing all that etc" after she said that I start to respond back because that was uncalled for because all she had to say was no. They gave us our food but I knew there was going to be a missing item and unsurprisingly I was missing a 10 piece chicken nugget. I knew not to leave the window open and once I addressed it to them the manager in an aggressive tone says. You need to hurry up and go you're causing my line to be held up. Well ma'am if you had not forget my nuggets I wouldn't have had to check my food causing me to hold the order up. I applaud the woman who gave the food to me.
