Whoever was working the drive through window 3/1/2026 at about 11:30am needs a raise. I should have looked for a name tag or gotten her name. She had red brownish hair and glasses. But for the first time in the longest time I actually received good customer service. She was friendly, courteous and engaging. It is what it is! Let's face it, Wendy's as an entity stopped being anything but average years ago, and this one is no different than any I've visited over the years. When you set your bar at average and you expect average, you are not disappointed when you get warm limp French fries, a burger with catchup when you order one without or when your salad is limp and of a miserly portion. So, with that said...my last visit to Wendy's did not disappoint my low expectations. I will state that in my humble opinion, it's not improving with time. My Wife & I decided to eat inside because we had our 1yr old Grandson..well, 1st we noticed that no air was on ..the Temp outside in the 90's .... adked manager Could you turn the air to a more comfortable temp. Well that was a no! I understood. I'm giving them five stars today. Yup I said. Today 4/10/2020 I went through their drive thru which is the only option now with all the craziness going on in the world. I gave five stars for my food that was fresh and made just as I asked for it. But the main reason was the staff today. With all that's going on they woman at the window was so kind and her words were so nice. She's coming into her job risking her health and still being very kind and I could actually see the sincerity in her eyes. Please during these times let these workers know how much they are appreciated to give us some normalcy to be able to stop and get some fast food or whatever stores you might go in. These people are risking their lives and sometimes go unnoticed so let them know you appreciate them. Awesome job to the staff at this location. I appreciate you and all you do! Thank you. read more

My first yelp review will be of this place. They purposely don't give you receipts so you can't review the Wendy's through the main site. I waited 15 minutes in like to get cold food, and an already opened milk from the kids meal. I don't expect gourmet dining at a Wendy's. But is asking for hot food too much?
