Me and my fiancé went in this wendy's to eat dinner tonight. My feet stuck on the sticky nasty floor all the way across the restaurant. After looking around the restaurant- tables were dirty, floors were extremely nasty with food, crumbs, and plastic silverware and straws. All around the bottom of the tables were as well extremely dirty. We decided after pulling our feet off the nasty sticky floor one more step, to leave as this is not the type of environment I care to be served food. I just wonder what the kitchen looks like. The Wendy's drive-through is absolutely horrible. I asked questions when ordering for a friend. Right away I got an attitude from the worker. Then the manager came on to further harass me. When I pulled to the window the manager refused to give me a receipt. Said the machine was busted. When the rude clerk brought out my food I said, oh you're the one who was rude to me. STAY AWAY! If your coffee is cold they will tell you there's nothing they can do. "That's as hot as it gets" the manager says. This morning the coffee was cold as soon as I got it. So I got back in drive through line and tell the manager. Me: my coffee is room temperature Manager: what do you want me to do about it? Me: I was hoping to get a cup from a fresh pot that's still hot Manager: that's the temperature we serve it at, we keep it on a warmer Me: I have been here almost every morning the last two weeks, so I know this is not how you normally serve your coffee Manager: well there's nothing we can do Me: you can't get me a fresh coffee that's at least a little warm? I just went through the drive-thru at 11:30 in the morning and they were already out of certain drinks and the chocolate Frosty which is what I came there for in the first place. I ended up getting the mixed berry Frosty. I told the lady taking my order I wanted a medium and I also told her the sandwich I wanted she read it back as a small Frosty and I'm like no a medium frosty. When I got to the window I got my Frosty which she nearly dropped handing it to me. Mostly because she wasn't looking at me she was talking to the person behind her as she was handing me my Frosty. And it sure doesn't look like a medium to me it was very small. And melting already! I thought frosties were just that Frosty LOL. I'm just glad for once I got the right sandwich which I rarely do in that drive-thru at this location. After she nearly threw the bag at me she didn't even bother to look at me and tell me to have a nice day. This location is always very rude when it comes to customer service and the fact that they hardly ever get orders right and now it seems they can't even stock their drinks and other things. Taste-wise, I found this to be a very good Wendy's. My Cheeseburger had a scalloped bun, fresh lettuce and tomato, and good cheese--even if the establishment wouldn't make the beef patty medium rare. As usual, an excellent Small heat hot Chili was served which contained Kidney Beans and Pinto Beans, cuts of White Onions, and tomato bits, plus pieces of Red Onion that were added on request. A Medium Frosty was cold, thick, smooth, and very good, as well. So, the food here on my one stop while passing through the Midwest was very good. But there were just too many food preparation errors: a wrong size Frosty initially presented, wrong size Fries, and no requested small cups of water produced on the first attempt. I usually stop by here to grab a bite during my lunch on the way home. I think this is probably the only place in America where you can do your job wrong 100% of the time and not get fired. Any time I've came through here they have never (and I'm not exaggerating) ever gotten my order right. And I'm talking two burgers and some fries. Somehow it still comes out wrong. Today was the final straw when I'd asked for two sandwiches and after I got my order I realize I'm missing one per usual. So I go back through the drive thru and waited ages for them to open the window and by this point there is a car behind me. I just get told in a condescending manner that I need to go back through for a third time since someone is now behind me (ignoring the fact I've been here so long at this point I might as well clock in). I don't have the time to waste my entire lunch at Wendy's so I left. If you're thinking of coming here absolutely do not unless you want the get treated like you're talking to gods gifts of the earth and have at least half an hour to spare. I'll absolutely never be returning here, I'll just drive a little extra and grab McDonald's down the street. The extra time on the drive will still be faster than going in circles with this "Wendy's" anyways. read more

Went at 2pm on a Thursday. First, ordered a chicken BLT and was told they were out of crispy chicken. It was hard to hear so I asked the drive-thru person to repeat themselves and they got an attitude with me. Second, ordered a bacon double stack and surprise, no bacon. Stopped by Wendy's to pick up a quick lunch - first mistake. Sat in drive thru line for 45 minutes with 6 cars ahead of me which I thought was the worst part until I got to the window to pay/pickup my order. They asked what my order was and immediately started freaking out that they'd given my order (JR bacon cheeseburger, small fry) to the door dash delivery driver ahead of me. After several minutes they figured out my order was, literally, in their hands (she was holding the bag with my order in it). Then they tried to charge me $7 for a $4+ order. Always get the wrong order, super slow, and rude. Every time I go here the costumer service never improves.

Lazy and rude staff. Had to wait 30 mins at the order station in the drive through before we could even order. After 20 mins we were finally told they were in the middle of a shift change and waited another 10 mins or so. Then our orders were wrong insisiting that thats how the sandwiches are made.. and instead of offering to re-make our food they handed us the missing condiments to do it ourselves. They also sold us large drinks and put them in medium cups and didn't do anything when we complained. What a waste of our money and time. read more

This is the most crap Wendy's ever. The place is dirty beyond belief. I kept slipping on ice that was on the floor near the pop dispenser, couldn't find a dry area to sit my cup to put the lid on it, didn't want to touch anything near the nasty ketchup dispenser and utensil area and couldn't find a clean table that had been wiped down in the place. The floors were dirty as well. Moving on to the food, they gave me a shriveled up, dry, overcooked piece of fish on a bun. When I asked for a new one, they gave me that but instead of the sandwich being plain like I'd ordered it, it was covered in disgusting tartar sauce, lettuce and pickles, none of which make for a "plain" fish sandwich. Every time I go there- they are out of something. I went tonight and the only thing I ordered was a side Caesar salad with Caesar dressing and a bacon cheddar baked potato. THATS IT! Hoping they might have TWO items from the entire menu. They didn't have baked potatoes..... bummer... but okay.... to be expected at this point...so I just asked for the salad.
