So it was basically just a cheese pizza even though I paid for those three toppings. Also the crust was not crispy at ALL, it was thin but totally soft and floppy. My wife's pizza was the same, almost none of the veggie toppings she ordered were on the pizza and the crust very soft and floppy.

What I found most alarming was when the time came for me to order, she simply put the basil to the side for a moment - took my order by touching the ipad and took my card for payment - and went right back to the basil without washing her hands.
