Drive thru is always backed up. I decided to go inside where I was helped quickly but still ended up tanking forever. The coke machines were dirty, no ice and out of almost all soda so I had to ask employee to get from there behind the counter machine. Today being the free fries and frosty day I came and she told me i had to purchase something to get it. When i got my food i saw i was missing my sauce. I went to ask her for it and she rolled her eyes. I decided to ignore it and sat down. After finishing everything but my frosty I saw i was missing the spoon which the lady ignored me and i had to ask someone else for assistance for the spoon. Once im almost done with my frosty, i find that instagram post of wendys saying theres no purchase necessary. I went to ask for the manager and it turns out it was her. A small kid came in after me, and asked for the free items, she said he had to purchase something and he asked what was the cheapest thing. I was planning on using the bathroom then ordering food, but i noticed the bathroom had a code. when i asked the the code the staff rudely responded asking if i was going to purchase anything. What is this? i will gladly take myself to ANY other food establishment in the area. There is at least seven within a four minute drive which has an open bathroom and i feel welcome there so i will eat there. I have always loved Wendy's spicy chicken sandwiches. But for some reason, THIS particular location constantly UNDERCOOKS the chicken. Almost every time I order a spicy chicken sandwich or the spicy jalapeno popper chicken sandwich, the chicken is almost raw. As a result, I no longer order chicken from this location. It's safer to go with a burger. Secondly, the fries are always undercooked here as well. The fries are closer to raw potato status then they are cooked fries. And don't expect the fries to be salted at this location either. This Wendy's appears to have an aversion to fully cooking and seasoning food. It's ridiculous. read more

Severe health hazard caused by staff for someone who cannot have caffeine. Ordered large caffeine-free Diet Coke, but discovered it was caffeinated Diet Coke when I finished and asked for a refill. Supervisor tried to deceive me when I verified if it was caffeine-free and he said, "Yes, it is Diet Coke." I asked again and he said no they do not have caffeine-free in the Coke freestyle machines. I believe this is my last time going to a Wendys. I will say my food was not cold like my last visit to a different location, but ordering was a challenge. The person working the register had a difficult time understanding what I wanted, a single with cheese , cheese fries and a drink. And when I got my single, I couldn't believe I paid almost 5 bucks for what looked like a McDonald's cheeseburger. Each item was a separate charge. Tried the breakfast today and it was pretty good. The Mrs and I shared a #1, #2 meal, and also got the Breakfast Baconator sandwich to split. The #1 was okay but the chicken was a bit dry, the #2 was pretty much like any sausage and egg sandwich so nothing really remarkable there, the Baconator was the star of the three for sure! I'm sitting in the drive thru at the window to pay. An employee pops up between my car window and the window to pay and obnoxiously starts a conversation up with the guy who was about to accept my payment. I kid you not she literally stood there and held a conversation in between me and the window while I have my card in my hand hanging out the window, waiting for him to take my card. She turns around to leave and I look at her name tag. Her name was Diana and was a manager. Extremely unprofessional and rude! From this point on, I'll take my business elsewhere so they can continue to have playtime. Be careful when looking at the prices on the menu. They are for a small meal and there is an upcharge for a medium. I didn't realize medium was an upgrade. I was a regular at this store. But with every visit, the service and food were from good to bad to worst. The service was alright but I don't care much about that. I understand it can be stressful working in fast food so I turn a blind eye on that. The food however... first the food didn't look as appetizing but usually I just eat it because I'm hungry. The last few times though, the burgers seem like if they threw it on the ground because of how ugly it comes and the chicken sandwich comes half cooked and half cold. It's disgusting to take a bite out of a chicken sandwich that's cold and wet. I tried contacting Wendy's but no one has reached out so I decided to leave a review instead. Wa hoo, this place has been recently remodeled and has kept the same friendly, professional staff that gets my order right every time with taste results that I can always expect from Wendy's. I can now order a soft drink late at night and fill it myself with the caffeine free drink of my choice. Refills are no longer a wait in line. Salads are an incredible value. read more

As far as a Wendy's goes in Northern Virginia (if not all of Virginia), this Wendy's is one of the better one's out there. First impressions are an undeniable fact, it is outdated. It doesn't have a cool fireplace, nor a sleek red, white, and black exterior, nor a sleek modern interior. It has brick, it has carpet, it has small 80's styled fast food chairs. Just about every Northern Virginia's Wendy's rocks this era style, with the exception of the Dulles Airport's Location. Luckily, this location seems to take good care of the Dining Area. The staff is fairly good and nice, but you can tell, from their habits, they have a fair amount of downtime. The food is pretty good and it comes out at a pretty good pace. The quality of the food is consistently fresh. One thing to keep in mind, though if you are not a regular, is that the sizes are not what you would expect. Don't get a large, unless you have a big appetite! I would recommend this Wendy's location for those who want something other than Chick-fil-A or the sad fast food places in this area. read more

I recently just ordered from this location & had a H O R R I B L E experience. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich large combo (#6) & a S'Awesome Bacon Cheeseburger large combo (#4), I get to the first window & handed the lady my debit card then she handed it back to me along with the receipt. I take a look at the receipt & realized she only charged me for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo so I told her that I ALSO wanted a #4 large combo then told me to go to the next window. I got to the next window & another lady handed me the soda & food then said "have a good day" but when I looked inside the bag it was only one large fry & a sandwich so I had to reiterate my order to her. She then asked for the bag back & went back to talk to whoever. The lady from the first window then started speaking in spanish talking about that I need to speak louder. The other lady came back with just one large fry & a sandwich AGAIN. Then I started to get agitated, I asked her where is my other order & she said "ok how many sandwiches did you want" so this time I replied with an attitude telling her that I simply told you & the other lady at the first window that I ALSO wanted a #4 large combo. What was so confusing about that?! Oh yeah did I mention that they forgot to add onions to my S'Awesome Bacon Cheeseburger? I didn't realize it takes a whole fucking village to get my order right. Don't get all fussy with me because of you're fuck up! One last thing, homegirl most likely thought I wasn't hispanic. I may not look like it but I am.
