Good food, but terrible customer service. Workers act like they can talk and be rude however they want since they're behind a speaker.

0 starts if possible Ordered 2 chili cheese fries, a chicken sandwich, a orange soda and cheeseburger with REGULAR nuggets I received 1 chili cheese fry, a chicken patty & bread (no lettuce or pickles), spicy nuggets for my 5 yr old and NO ICE? in the drink??? I know I ordered 12 am and the effort is low but the ENTIRE? ORDER? is insane. and the other fries were just dumped in a container cmon train better for nighttime employees they be thinking we won't speak up. read more

Drive thru is always backed up. I decided to go inside where I was helped quickly but still ended up tanking forever. The coke machines were dirty, no ice and out of almost all soda so I had to ask employee to get from there behind the counter machine. Granted I should've checked my bag upon leaving but I was in a rush as my baby was screaming in the car: my kids meal drink was missing and my chicken wrap you can't even pick it up without breaking and falling everywhere. A bit ridiculous when the wrap is 6$ read more

Went through the drive thru, the sign to show the lunch menu was broken. Lady doing the drive thru was very rude. Asked if we were ready to order told her that the menu wasn't showing and she responded with what haven't you ever been to a Wendy's before told her not in 2 years. And the rudeness at that location was the reason I stopped going. Figured I'd give them a try but guess I won't be going to Wendy's again. read more

Today being the free fries and frosty day I came and she told me i had to purchase something to get it. When i got my food i saw i was missing my sauce. I went to ask her for it and she rolled her eyes. I decided to ignore it and sat down. After finishing everything but my frosty I saw i was missing the spoon which the lady ignored me and i had to ask someone else for assistance for the spoon. Once im almost done with my frosty, i find that instagram post of wendys saying theres no purchase necessary. I went to ask for the manager and it turns out it was her. I went to ask her about it and she didn't even apologize. She just said do you have the food. I explained that I had already eaten it but my issue was that she lied to me saying i had to purchase something to get my free items. She just basically dismissed me without saying anything else. The evening manager needs to get her eyes checked or something because i wasnt the only one who she rolled her eyes to. A small kid came in after me, and asked for the free items, she said he had to purchase something and he asked what was the cheapest thing. She rolled her eyes and started looking at the menu naming things that were clearly not the cheapest items. Bad customer service from THE MANAGER. I had bought a $3 frosty membership a few days ago. I am so not coming here to buy anything anymore. Ill rather go out my way to a different location now. read more

Rude staff. Bathroom not available. I was planning on using the bathroom then ordering food, but i noticed the bathroom had a code. when i asked the the code the staff rudely responded asking if i was going to purchase anything. What is this? i will gladly take myself to ANY other food establishment in the area. There is at least seven within a four minute drive which has an open bathroom and i feel welcome there so i will eat there. This is horrible what has this world come to where you can't use the bathroom. read more

I don't know why I keep coming back here. Probably because it's the closet and most convenient to my home. Always terrible customer service. And always forget something. Today wasn't terrible but they are just rude and not friendly at all. One time waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged: ended up leaving. read more

Tried again. Ordered 6 Biggie bags at drive thru. All identical. Bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and 3 cokes, 3 diet cokes. The food wasn't good. At all. Burger cold, Grey meat, 1/2 piece limp lettuce. Bacon looked coiled. No regular burger ketchup and mustard. Pickle etc. Fries weren't acceptable. Not hot. And all 6 orders were end points. 1 inch pieces. Nuggets cold, no flavor. Last chance Wendy's. Never again. read more

I have always loved Wendy's spicy chicken sandwiches. But for some reason, THIS particular location constantly UNDERCOOKS the chicken. Almost every time I order a spicy chicken sandwich or the spicy jalapeno popper chicken sandwich, the chicken is almost raw. As a result, I no longer order chicken from this location. It's safer to go with a burger. Secondly, the fries are always undercooked here as well. The fries are closer to raw potato status then they are cooked fries. And don't expect the fries to be salted at this location either. This Wendy's appears to have an aversion to fully cooking and seasoning food. It's ridiculous. read more

Severe health hazard caused by staff for someone who cannot have caffeine. Ordered large caffeine-free Diet Coke, but discovered it was caffeinated Diet Coke when I finished and asked for a refill. Supervisor tried to deceive me when I verified if it was caffeine-free and he said, "Yes, it is Diet Coke." I asked again and he said no they do not have caffeine-free in the Coke freestyle machines. Had an experience so terrible that I had to escalate the issue to an Area Manager and he was of no help!! Today I was told that I couldn't get my discount because then they "wouldn't be making any money on my order". Wow. Just wow. read more

Horrible horrible horrible! Got home and fries were meh and burgers were PINK!!!! And didn't get a receipt they were trying to rush us out and they weren't even busy. Good stuff didn't mess up my order, it was a clean we're ya as well. The five for four that I got was really good tasting and also my chicken nuggets they gave me an extra one which I thought was pretty cool if you got here please give it a five star review because it only has two stars right now which is sort of ridiculous and I like the Windys thank you have a good day read more

Terrible service! I made the big mistake of going into the dining room to order. I should've turned around when I saw doors that looked like they had not been cleaned for days. Unfortunately I chose to go order at the counter only to be ignored by employees that looked at me and walked away without a word. This will be my last time visiting this location. read more

I ordered on the Wendy's app for pick-up. I get there and the parking lot is empty with one car at the drive-thru. I parked, notified them that I was there, and wait. I watched no kidding 12 cars come in get their stuff and leave. 20 minutes later. I decide that maybe I should try the drive-thru since everyone else seams to be getting their stuff. By the time I drove around to the drive-thru window. Some finally comes out. My shot was cold and nasty and they didn't even give me my drink. Do not go here! read more

I believe this is my last time going to a Wendys. I will say my food was not cold like my last visit to a different location, but ordering was a challenge. The person working the register had a difficult time understanding what I wanted, a single with cheese , cheese fries and a drink. And when I got my single, I couldn't believe I paid almost 5 bucks for what looked like a McDonald's cheeseburger. Each item was a separate charge. Needless to say, I left hungry and picked up some cheeseburgers at the McDonalds around the corner and they looked as big as my single. read more

Tried the breakfast today and it was pretty good. The Mrs and I shared a #1, #2 meal, and also got the Breakfast Baconator sandwich to split. The #1 was okay but the chicken was a bit dry, the #2 was pretty much like any sausage and egg sandwich so nothing really remarkable there, the Baconator was the star of the three for sure! The potato wedges with the meals were hot crispy and flavorful plus the Manager Kiran was really cool and helpful. read more

I'm sitting in the drive thru at the window to pay. An employee pops up between my car window and the window to pay and obnoxiously starts a conversation up with the guy who was about to accept my payment. I kid you not she literally stood there and held a conversation in between me and the window while I have my card in my hand hanging out the window, waiting for him to take my card. She turns around to leave and I look at her name tag. Her name was Diana and was a manager. Extremely unprofessional and rude! From this point on, I'll take my business elsewhere so they can continue to have playtime. But hey if anybody needs a job, must not be too hard to get a job considering how unprofessional and rude she was! read more

Be careful when looking at the prices on the menu. They are for a small meal and there is an upcharge for a medium. I didn't realize medium was an upgrade. We had to wait for our meals for five minutes in the drive thru. This really doesn't bother me, I would rather have it hot and fresh than under a heat lamp for an hour. The food was pretty bland and tasteless. I wouldn't go here again. read more

I went through the drive thru to get my food along with others (co-workers). I get back to work and notice my order is wrong and my spicy chicken is so old/cold and hard as a hockey puck. So I called the phone number on the receipt and ask to speak to the manager and he says come back in and we will replace it for you, I informed him that I'm working, so he said just come in later. I said ok and ask for his first name and he responded I don't have one and hung up on me. I have stayed away from this Wendy's for a long time because the food is always old or cold so I decided to try it again, so I did. "never again". I'm done with this Wendy's. read more

I was a regular at this store. But with every visit, the service and food were from good to bad to worst. The service was alright but I don't care much about that. I understand it can be stressful working in fast food so I turn a blind eye on that. The food however... first the food didn't look as appetizing but usually I just eat it because I'm hungry. The last few times though, the burgers seem like if they threw it on the ground because of how ugly it comes and the chicken sandwich comes half cooked and half cold. It's disgusting to take a bite out of a chicken sandwich that's cold and wet. I tried contacting Wendy's but no one has reached out so I decided to leave a review instead. I used to love Wendy's but this was the last straw. read more

This restaurant is the most backward and slow merchant I had to deal with. You never get your order correct and a receipt.

Almost refused to honor deals advertised on their website. This was immediately after two people in front of me got the exact same deal (manager had to manually discount food for some reason). I had to argue with manager that he gave it to the people in front of me (they were in the store and verified with me they got the deal). Finally got the deal. Then had to wait 25 MINUTES to get my order. Wait should not be that long at dinner time... read more

As far as a Wendy's goes in Northern Virginia (if not all of Virginia), this Wendy's is one of the better one's out there. First impressions are an undeniable fact, it is outdated. It doesn't have a cool fireplace, nor a sleek red, white, and black exterior, nor a sleek modern interior. It has brick, it has carpet, it has small 80's styled fast food chairs. Just about every Northern Virginia's Wendy's rocks this era style, with the exception of the Dulles Airport's Location. Luckily, this location seems to take good care of the Dining Area. The staff is fairly good and nice, but you can tell, from their habits, they have a fair amount of downtime. The food is pretty good and it comes out at a pretty good pace. The quality of the food is consistently fresh. One thing to keep in mind, though if you are not a regular, is that the sizes are not what you would expect. Don't get a large, unless you have a big appetite! I would recommend this Wendy's location for those who want something other than Chick-fil-A or the sad fast food places in this area. read more
