The fries were old and soggy. The chicken nuggets tasted almost stale and the mcchicken wasn't anywhere near hot. I could almost understand the wait if it was fresh, but it's just laziness. I'm sure their numbers look great for the drive-thru wait times, but they're just making everyone wait so they can push the line along and make it seem like they're being quick. Pretty sad for a business.

She said we don't have any. The waitress started telling us everything on the menu they were out of. The list of what was available would have been shorter. I ordered the chicken bacon blue cheese salad & fried green tomatoes. My friend ordered the Mexican chicken salad. Our waitress came back & told us they didn't have blue cheese for my salad or the dressing for her salad. I decided to skip the salad as blue cheese was a big part of the salad. So very disappointed I hope this isn't what Kelly's has come to. I asked the baker guy if Kelly still owned it he told me yes. We went to the register to pay the hostess. Another young waitress came up & started complaining loudly in front of us to the hostess; that she seated people in the other girls section & not in her section. I said you can deal with that after we pay & leave. The hostess asked me if I wanted to leave a 18 - 20 or 25% tip. I told her I wasn't leaving a tip. And we left. I apologized to my girl friend that we didn't have the same experience my husband & I had in 2021. Needless to say we will not be back to Kelly's in the future. That makes me sad this was such a BAD experience.

The hotdog are a little bit smaller than what Midwesterners normally expect but what they lacked in size they more than overcame in taste. Soft delicious buns with wonderful chili cheese and onions. I chose two hotdogs and it was the perfect amount for me. I might order three next time. My friend ordered one hotdog and a bowl of spaghetti with chili and cheese. She loved it. We thought this was going to be an order at the counter restaurant, but we're pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door and we're seated. Wonderful staff service. Bright atmosphere and very family friendly. Next time we visit the arc, we will definitely pop by for chili dogs.

After a long wait, I finally asked an employee passing by and he said he would be with us soon.....already way past soon. We finally got to place our order and after that things moved quickly. I got a chili dog and a three way . Both were good but they both had a ton of cheese. I took some off of both items. I love cheese but I wanted to taste the chili! It was just like I remembered but I would not get the three way again. The place was clean enough with the employees struggling to bus tables and be waiters at the same time.
