Actually NO STARS! I can't believe how much this Wendy's has declined! First of all, the Wendy's by Giant Eagle in Cranberry is FILTHY. I could get sick just thinking about the condition of this place. No toilet paper in the stall, dried splash glued to the back of the drink dispenser looked like it had not been cleaned for days, the counter for straws, etc., also dirty and disgusting. Then there's the so-called food. I paid $11.65 for a rock hard burned unrecognizable piece of dark charred meat on a stale dried out bun, a fries & a drink from that disgusting drink machine. When I think I could have gone to Chiles for a full meal of beautiful burger & sides for the same amount of money, it's a crying shame! STAY WELL, AND FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Burger was cold. Fries were cold. Tenders were like a rock. Pop was flat. The only thing safe to eat was the BBQ sauce. DO BETTER MAN!!!!!

My granddaughter smashed the tip of her finger in the car on the way into Wendy's. We went right into the restroom to run cold water on it and encountered an employee in there. She said she'd be right back with a bandaid. Then the manager came out from behind the counter to give her a Frosty to cheer her up. As if the experience couldn't get better, they wouldn't let me pay for her Kids Meal! First off, this is a new Wendy's in Seven Fields, not the one on Rte 19. If I could, I'd give them no stars. It was the worst burger I've ever had, and I'm 75 years old. It was not in a round shape, and very sloppily put together. Had no bacon, when I ordered the new mushroom, bacon, and cheese single hamburger. Years and years ago, it was the best burger you could get, and sad to say they really are horrible. The fries and drink were okay. We needed a good hamburger joint in that building, but this one will never survive with that kind of food. Yuck is all I can say. read more

BEWARE!!!! CAUTION!!!! can you please do not eat here? the burger had maggots in them. no one was wearing hairnets and gloves. the people looked like they were all on drunk and on drugs falling over. rats were running around. they we're using dirty dishes over again to cook food. the people were drunk falling over and slurring their words and trying to make stuff up so they did not have to work or issue a refund. the health department has to go to this place now. The lines took more then half hour to get food. People did not know how to take a Food order. This place needs to be demolished and Sanitized and turned into just a parking lot. Im at the Wendy's as I'm typing and waiting 30 minutes for two southwest salads. There is a great management issue and lack of employees and direction. Employees are cursing at one another as I'm typing. Two people have walked out without their meals because they were fed up. Where is the order?! What is going on here?!! Walked into the restaurant to get better service than waiting in a slow drive thru line. Walked up to the counter and smiled, waiting for any one of three Wendy's employees to welcome me and take my breakfast order. One looked over her shoulder and dismissed me to a kiosk. I'm always here past 8pm because I work at Target and I put in for mobile order pickups: The food is always quality but the wait times for the drive though are always either instant, or like 25 minutes... Suggestion: They have enough space to have people pull off to the side and wait for their food like Culver's in Ohio so maybe that could help otherwise it's probably just the ordering speed read more

Holy crap. Just went through the drive thru and ordered two biggie bags. We got two different drinks. At the window the female manager, yes, manager, gave us two of the same drink. Not a huge deal. Wr explained one of them was supposed to be a different drink. Manager lady proceeds to tell me she charged us for an extra drink because we didn't 'tell her' we wanted a different drink. We absolutely did. She proceeds to argue with us and started yelling when we proceeded to press that we had in fact ordered a different drink. Manager lady lost her cool, started screaming and stormed away while we were trying to ask if anyone else with a headset had heard our order and could help. A minute passes and she doesn't return. Another girl comes over and asks if we need anything. We just asked for what we paid for (which apparently were charged for more than what we even got). Another male manager came over and apologized and passed the correct stuff out to us. We typically do not eat fast food but my boyfriend loves their chicken sandwiches. The restaurant has wifi that is free and plenty of seating. There was so much room inside. The seating looks very new and modern. The new soda machine is super cool and has flavored ginger ale which super cool. The food is typical Wendy's food. The reason for my review is they were out of spicy nuggets. They specifically made extra nuggets for me and they were super warm. I did have to wait a little longer. But they threw in a few extra for me which I loved. I rarely come here but we might come back because of the good service we received ! read more

Just pulled this place open to check hours, can't believe its 1 star. Food is always hot and fast in the drive through. You can go in late most nights and still expect hot fresh fries, unlike some places that skimp. Never had a complaint to date. Pretty much nothing else you could ask for in a Wendy's. read more

Ordered and after 40 min received a text from Door Dash that it's closed. Already charged on my card.

The last two times we got food there someone got sick and vomited that night. Both people ate some type of Burger. I lucked out ate chicken both times and didn't get sick like my wife and daughter did. Maybe they are under cooking the beef or not keeping it warm to the right temperature. Sad this used to be a great Wendy's just months ago . The drive thru was fast ( now it's very slow) and the food was good . Hopefully they can turn it around most Wendy's provide solid fast food. read more

I've been coming here for a couple of years now. It's probably the only place my family and I can ever agree on. Last night might be my last time visiting this location. Kiddo and I pull up to the drive through and there are two cars in front of us. The wait time was atrocious--even more so than usual, but we decided to just deal with it because otherwise we'd be going to several places. When it's finally our turn we place our order. I always order the same thing for everyone so I know the order by heart. By the time we FINALLY make it to the window to pay I'm beyond stressed. I'd already had a horrible day, had a headache, and several other things going on at the same time. So the guy at the window reads my order and it's not correct. Then he insinuates that it's my fault and I must have ordered the double burger instead of chicken nuggets. I told him there was no way because I come there often and it's always the same. So he takes the bag back and opens the burgers to figure out which is the double. So I get my burger back opened. Not happy about that! So he changes the total and doesn't even tell me what the new total is and does not give me a receipt. And through all that on top of the stress I was under and with my kid in the car I didn't even notice that he didn't give us our drinks! True, that part is half my fault but seriously?? We'd been waiting for 30 minutes plus at this point and I just wanted it over with. Once I got home I noticed the missing drinks and that I was missing two other items from out order. So with that experience along with their weird parking lot situation, their horrible wait times (seriously, it's always awful!!) and many rude employees I don't think I'll come back here. So I wouldn't normally review a Wendy's and I don't check into fast food places however I was just here yesterday and I end up coming once every 2 weeks or so. This is the best Wendy's I've ever been to hands down. Clean, fast, hot and fresh food, and very friendly staff. I feel bad it has such a low rating. Ive been through there a couple times and I always get a salad with some chicken and fries. It tastes delicious but last time I went through it smelled sooooo bad. I dont know how to describe it but it smelled so bad that I turned around and left. I couldnt stand the smell Also one of the more recent times Ive been there, the chicken was slightly undercooked so I had to go home and finish their job. I usually find myself here only when I'm looking for a chocolate frosty after I get lunch someplace else. Generally with fast food you know what to expect. What's going to set one location apart from others is service. Unfortunately, this location is quite slow in the drive-through department - and it doesn't seem to be confined to any particular time of day. Expect to sit in line for 10+ minutes. read more

Food is fast, hot and tasty. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of their nightmare of a drive thru and parking lot.
