My honest opinion: Cigarette butts and roaches on the ground at the entry door. The men's restroom was dirty. As I was trying to order breakfast, Nats were flying all over the counter. As I was standing at the counter to order my food, I noticed how dirty the exterior of the ice cream maker was. I did notice how quickly they prep my breakfast meal for me. Ok for starters, I have always loved Wendy's since they started. Always a go to for a quick burger or taco salad or chili and of course a frostie. Went to my local Wendy's today and what a disappointment This place is stripped of all color. Two booths one machine for drinks etc Both available booths occupied by single employees each so sustainers left with ugly institutional metal square tables. AC barely being used do hit inside. Flies infesting the drink machine and then following you to your table and dive bombing you throughout the meal. This decor is ugky and devoid of the whole Wendy's vibe. Cracker Barrel twin ? This place is a dump. My sallad has now been downsized but cost more. Can't tell you how bummed I am to see this happen. I'm done. read more

Walk in A/C is set to 80 degrees. Order and they of stock of cups. Go to drink machine and 80% of the soda options are out of stock. 9 out of the 11 tables are empty, but have not been wiped and are covered in old patrons food. Basic order and it took about 15 minutes to come out with 3 total customers in the building. One of the only 3 customers is vaping in the corner without being asked to stop. Not sure what is going on here, but I feel like I'm on a hidden camera show. If not, just close the restaurant so people stop wasting their time and money on a store that isn't capable of basic standards of cleanliness or service. I will give this location 3 months until Wendy's corporate steps in and takes over. Edit...I posted the review when I got my food. The food was very good, the nuggets and fries were top tier. We didn't have to wait long and it was hot and delicious.

This particular, Wendy's has the rudest employees. I keep returning because it's close to work. But it's just unbelievable how they lack basic manners the past two times I've gone they're handing me my food and completely ignored me just held it out the window I say thank you they again ignore me. The food here at night is mediocre. The morning crew is amazing while the evening crew needs to work on their social skills. They never appear to be happy and try to rush you out as soon as possible. I went inside to get some ranch and saw an employee in the back eating fries straight out of the fryer, completely ungloved. Very disappointed with what I saw. This place needs a serious upgrade. Carpet throughout and old tables that look worn and not cleaned. Employees are working on drive thru and don't acknowledge that you have been waiting at the register to order. I don't mind waiting but saying we will be with you goes a long way. Ketchup dispenser is empty so they offer old sticky ketchup packets to indoor customers. Management needs to step in and clean this place up both physically and with the employees. read more

We had a last minute dinner decision to grab a quick meal at this Wendys. The customer service at the drive through was great. The young man knew his menu and the young lady preparing the drinks had great cs skills! With our order came 2 diet cokes and a coke. Told her we didn't know which was diet and which was regular coke because 2 of us are diabetic and unable to drink regular coke. She kindly offered to remake our drinks. Went last night. I'm giving one star because the strawberry lemonade was good. HOWEVER, I was served a burger that was so raw that when I bit into it, it was still cold and completely pink. I immediately felt ill. Threw everything back into the bag but forgot to take the rest of the drink with me. I asked for a refund and they had the audacity to tell me they couldn't refund me for the entire meal bc I didn't bring the SMALL drink back. If anything, pay me for the inconvenience! I accepted it and won't back. In addition to the raw meat, I asked for light sauces. It was drenched in mayo, ketchup, and mustard. So much so that when I took the bite of the raw meat, it spurred out of each side and landed on my clothes. By the time I got it back to the restaurant (5 minute drive) the excessive condiments and juices from the wet meat had nearly leaked through the bag. It's very disappointing to order the chili in the Drive-Thru only to arrive at the window and find out that there is no chili sauce or crackers. It would really be nice if the typical condiments that accompany the chili would be available. Decided to try to give them another try and what disaster it was once again. I took the time to order online to give them time to attempt to get it right. And in the almost 15 minutes of time they had they managed to get it wrong! Ordered a salad, 3 chicken sandwiches and drinks. I ended up with a salad and 2 completely wrong chicken sandwiches and a burger which I didn't even order meat. Took it back they tried to give me a bag with 2 unknown sandwiches in it, asked me 3 x what kind of chicken I ordered I repeated myself and somehow they managed to get that one wrong as well while I sat there. I will not be back add it to the list of the restaurants in that same area that can't get their stuff together! I probably haven't been in a Wendy's in three years but stopped in on Sunday March 19, 2023 at around 2:00 PM. I just wanted to acknowledge the crew that was working at the time as being some of the nicest, friendliest and accomodating people in any restaurant I've visited in quite some time. Often restaurant crews only gain attention when something goes wrong, but the crew on duty during my family's visit was great. upon my entry to the store , an employee walked to the front counter and literally just stared me in the face without saying a word .. not a single " hi welcome to Wendy's , what can I get you? " " how are you ? " nothing. he just literally stared at me .. i didnt speak either cause I was waiting on him to ask me what id like to order then I eventually was like " so we just gone stare at each other ? " like tf ? I still wasn't greeted properly and ended up just spewing out my order. while he started ringing up my order , the current manager ( at the time of this post ) ended up walking over and sparked a conversation with me which definitely lightened the vibe. i asked what size a jr fry was and he ended up telling the guy on the register to ring me up for a jr and that he'd give me a medium instead. he also gave me a free large drink and while I was at the drink machine, the manager came over and we started talking again .. he ended up asking how old I thought he was and since I answered closely to his age I suggested he give me a free Cinnabon as a reward , which he did. My wife wanted a fish sandwich so we stopped in just before 1pm. I should have known something was wrong when a guys walked up and said his sandwiches were wrong. We get our food after a bit of a wait. My wife normally eats a few fries before she opens her sandwich. I jumped right into my spicy chicken sandwich taking a couple bites. My wife then takes a bite of the fish sandwich and said this thing is still frozen. We look at it and it was raw in places. She goes up to the manager with the sandwich to show him and he offered to make another one. She said no, just refund my money. So I go up with my credit card to get a refund. I said refund the whole amount since I am not going to make my wife watch me eat. As I am walking back to my seat my wife looks at my chicken and said near the middle is raw. It was gray in color like raw gray shrimp! I ate part of it! I think the reason I didn't realize it was raw is the patty is processed. It is pressed together. The crispy crust, lettuce tomato masked it. I wish I had taken a picture of both but I guess I was shocked and worried about eating raw chicken. The crew looked like they were overwhelmed. The French fries were overcooked. Ketchup dispenser was empty. I would give it zero stars if possible. My stomach was upset about 1:30AM until about 4AM. I travel for work and this by far has been the worst drive thru experience ever. Was asked to pull forward to give my order but when I pulled forward was told to drive back through to place my order. Really? Told them they asked me to pull forward and now I would need to get back in line. Amanda was EXTREMELY rude and told me I saw she was outside handling other customers...the drive thru is in the back of the restaurant so there is no way I could see Amanda's actions. Asked to speak to the Manager and she, Itzel, was of no help except to say pull back around and place my order.
