We stopped here at 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon. When we walked in there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Right after us a whole crowd came in and the place got slammed. There was one hard working employee talking orders and filling them. I couldn't see how many people were in the back but two employees were in the lobby loudly talking and cussing with a family member. It took almost 30 mins to get our food. They have a screen that shows when your order is ready but to was not accurate. They would say your order was ready but if you walked up there it wasn't actually ready. I think they were clearing orders so that it wouldn't look like there were as slow as they are to whoever monitors things like that (cooperate? Owner?) We eventually got our food and it was right. We ate in the restaurant. Overall the restaurant looked clean. read more

Worst costumer service rude and disrespectful I asked her for some dressing and she rolled her eyes and closed the window and gave me one I said can I get more gave me one I asked her again and she said I can't and closed the window again read more

This location is convenient to Fort Benning. However, the food is often sloppy and thrown together. There has also been a time when only one person was working making the wait extremely long. On our last visit we order frosty coffees and I was dumbfounded when the man making them turned the cups upside down to shake them and then handed us the cups with coffee everywhere and napkins on top trying to soak up some of the access. It was so sloppy and messy to hand to anyone out the window. read more

Unorganized! Staff said they were so tired, never get a break and no days off. Staff doing the best they can but taco salads were not very good. Don't plan on going there again. read more

Every time I've ever gone here I've sat in the drive thru for 30+ minutes for the employees to be rude, and for my food to be incorrect and cold. You can see all of the employees making videos in the dining room while you're sitting in the drive thru line which goes all the way out to the road almost always. read more

Service is consistently slooooooow even during non-peak hours. Disappointing because this is a very convenient location and Wendy's or Cookout are usually my go-to for a quick bite. read more

I went there this morning and used and $2 off breakfast coupon , they told me at the window .. $4 something , swiped my card , charged my card $ 7.07 and had the audacity to tell me I owed them $2.18 more ... make it make sense. read more

We waited in line 45 minutes!!!!!!!! When we got up to order, the workers didn't even ask to take our order. We sat there for a minute at least and I finally said "hello?" Then they finally asked for our order. They didn't have frostys. read more

I stopped at this Wendy's to grab dinner after work and order the Baconator combo meal the hamburger look a little questionable but it smelled fine thought nothing of it. Don't judge me I was starving. Everything seemed fine and next thing I know I'm woken up in the middle of the night to vomit and diarrhea until 6 AM. I wouldn't recommend this place for awhile. I will tell you now that was the only thing I had to eat for the day. So it wasn't some other food source. Dave would have been sad to hear what happen to me cause of his burger. read more

Literally have been in the drive thru for 20 minutes and theyve serviced one car. This is not "fast" food this is SLOW SERVICE. I'm the fourth car in line. Horrible. They've also messed up my order. read more

This place is under the worst management possible. After constant mishaps I talk to the manager who offered no apology and acted like I under cooked the food myself. Like it was my fault for stepping foot in this restaurant. Absolute trailer trash attitude. I hope they go out of business! Absolutely rude behavior. They will spit in your food at this location. Trashy humans work here. read more

This location has no clue what a keto/low carb burger is. The girl told me they don't sell keto burgers. I told her to make a Dave's Double with no bun. I got home and had nothing on my burger but meat cheese and lettuce. No tomato, mayo, mustard, onions, or pickles. Just a dry burger. I was beyond upset. How do they not know what a low carb burger is? in the restaurant industry is beyond me. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. I won't be going back. read more

This is the 3rd time I ordered a baked potato and all 3 times was told, "they are out of baked potatoes". I'm not understanding how can a restaurant runs out of a main menu item???? I can see it happening maybe once but 3 times in one month??? read more

Closed at 9:20 after sitting in line for 20 min usually open during this time as I've been before. Completely inconsistent Wendy's with times available. read more

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The staff is rude as hell and whoever is taking orders needs to be replaced. My food is always wrong. I've given them multiple chances. Fucking disgusted. read more

Went pretty late for a Sunday night. Service was great, very friendly staff. Food was awesome. Will definitely be going back.

I spent 45 minutes in the drive through and saw employees running to the windows to gawk at the line but saw no progress and heard nothing from the drive through speaker. Then they tell me they are only serving chicken. Would have been nice to know. I'm a door dash driver and this hurts my ratings as well. read more

Made a mobile order. Application said order was ready and they're waiting on me. Application also said just come to the drive thru and pick up my order. Once arrived explained to the drive thru attendant that I had a mobile order. Was told all mobile orders have to come inside. What's the point of that? If I wanted to come inside I'd just have come in and ordered. Once inside the manager insisted I had no order placed even with a mountain of evidence proving otherwise. Waited another 30 minutes and received my cold food, yes cold, the bread was so hard you couldn't even bite into it. Fries were soggy and flimsy. We had all our sauces, that's a first, but drinks that were ordered with no ice were filled to the brim with ice and a sip each of the liquid of choice. The staff wasn't rude but everyone could tell they weren't happy to be completing my order or creating it properly. These are the same folks who a while back were demanding to be paid more than minimum wage. You can't even get an order right that is sitting on the screen right in front of you. I won't be returning to this Wendy's but I will say that every other visit in my 6 years of being stationed here hasn't been horrible. This was just the final straw. read more

Thee Ghetto. Pure and simple. I've visited here several times earlier this year to grab salads (each time, they ran out of salads) and got a few sandwiches or baked potatoes at other times (they either forgot something or messed up the order). Each time, the wait was ridiculous. But that's not the worst of it. I'm fairly convinced the manager is inept or either lives in BF Egypt and has no clue what's happening at this Columbus, GA location. EACH and every time, there's either poor service occurring or ratchet situations happening here, including the person cooking the burgers and the person on the DT register fighting and all the staff in between instigating. People consistently drive out of the line due to frustration and slow service. Another time, FWB would walk up to the DT window WHILE other customers are there in their car and get food right in front of the paying customers while the poor cars continue to wait 10-20 minutes/each on average. Oh but wait, it starts to get exceptionally ghetto fabulous after 8:30pm. read more

Great service. Very friendly staff! There was a potential problem with a vagrant. The manager handled it with poise and tact. After the incident was over, she apologized for the disturbance and made sure everyone was satisfied. Very professional and courteous personnel! Wish more fast food restaurants were this polite! read more
