I approached the counter person at 4:51pm. She was busy with a large order and didn't acknowledge me in any way. Then she turned and took the order of a man who came in after me, again ignoring me. At about 5:02 someone finally acknowledged me and said she would be right back but needed to bag up a large order first. A different counter person then asked what I'd like to order - by this time I'd stood at the counter there for 15 minutes - but the second person said no, go take your break and so I still didn't have a chance to order. I walked out after being treated rudely and/or ignored for more than 15 minutes. read more

Got almost everything in the order wrong and were super rude. Paid for 4 tenders and we somehow got only two?

Food is okay, but if your order is made wrong, you can't tell anyone. My order is missing the bacon (kinda important for a Big Bacon Classic), but no one is answering the phone. It took me 15 minutes for my call to be answered to find out if they had fish, and now it's been over 20 minutes with no answer. I was in line for over 30 minutes just to get to the counter to place my order. The food is not good enough for the inconvenience. read more

Last evening I went in to grab food so that I could get back on the road. There were 3 people ahead of me but the line never moved because the emplyee's kept taking door dash orders and ignoring those of us that were standing there. I stood there for close to an hour and finally left without ordering. I am a door dash customer when at home also, and appreciate the service, but people standing in line really should come first or at the very least be acknowledged. This is the poorest ran Wendy's that I have EVER been to. You should be ashamed of your customer service and if you can't improve, shut your doors before you ruin all Wendy's. read more

In comparison to other Wendy's, this one was on the very clean side. And in the category of fast food, this one is a definite fan because well... it's fast food, but at least it's clean. And because of that it makes me give them 4 stars. I'm sure in time, it'll go down, as all fast food chains, but for this time I enjoyed eating here (even though the fox news playing in the tv was distracting). Then again, Florida. I think though, I'm a fan of this Wendy's just because of the cleanliness along with how clean the burgers were. I bought a couple of Deluxe Cheeseburger Jr. because well, one is never enough. Well, where do I begin?? We go in to order and are waiting in line to be served then a FIGHT breaks out in front of us. Yes, a fight!!! to top it off, it was two employees arguing! A man and a woman! They are screaming at the top of their voices FU*K YOU, No FU*K. YOU!!! Then a manager gets in between them and sends one to the back. Then it starts again!! It went on like this for a few minutes. You could LITERALLY hear them throughout the inside of the truck stop. We ended up getting our food and we we're OUT. Regardless, My Southwestern Chicken Salad was super yummy and my husband ordered a biggie bag. Even though our food was better than the average Wendy's the fight between TWO EMPLOYEES brought my rating down to a two. We ended up with good food and a free fight for lunch! However, she was one of, if not the most helpful, pleasant cashiers/order takers I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. We live close by here but have never had an occasion to eat here. Met our friend, a trucker, here on his way through town. The Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger was not even warm enough to melt the fake tasting cheese. It did have a good flavor but way too cold and tiny. The fries were the worst I have ever tasted, very small cold stale fries. Who can mess up a diet coke? I asked my husband to taste it and he thought it tasted like water. I thought it tasted like weak regular coke. Anyway, hate to give a bad review on a local business that we are glad to have in our area but this place needs work bad. A biscuit with a teaspoon of gravy. Wasted money. Went through drive thru to keep social distant and you always get screwed using a drive thru. I go to this Wendy's regularly and find the staff to be very pleasant, professional and fast! I never have to wait for my order and it has always been correct. I don't have those same results at most fast food places. Highly recommend them. read more
