Absolutely terrible. Me and my friend went here after a foootball game STARVING. We pull into the drive thru and waited by the speaker area for TEN MINUTES before we went around to the other line, just to get stuck there as-well... Then we finally switched the lane again and after 5 minutes we finally ordered. RIDICULOUS read more

Wendy's sucks. I got a jr size fry with my biggie bag that now costs 50 more. 50 cents for more sauce. read more

am writing to express my frustration with a recent order placed through DoorDash. My friend ordered a meal that consisted of a chicken sandwich, a 4-piece chicken tender, and a lemonade. This is a straightforward order, yet when I check the order, I discovered that the items were missing or incorrect. The crazy thing is our ticket with that says the correct order is on the bag! After a long day, the last thing I want to deal with is an incomplete order when l've paid for a specific meal. I rely on your service for convenience, but this experience was aling but that. I contact door dash and click wrong order received and I can't get a refund this is so frustrating! If I WOULD put ZERO STARS IF I COULD read more

Dear Wendy's, Your food is great, but having a dig at McDonald's on the side of your bag, "There's nothing happy about this meal.", only gives a negative impression of Wendy's. We get that healthy eating is a way of life, but I would drop the dig. Still enjoying Wendy's, Graceann Butler read more

We were very happy with our food! We forgot how good Wendy's was. Especially the fries! Great meal before hitting the theater as a childt free night out haha. read more

The customer service is terrible they were very rude and on top of that all these years of having sweet and sour sauce they changed it to sweet chili. I've never hear of that before, they only gave me 1 sauce I ordered a biggie bag and 6 nuggets I asked for 1 more sauce and they wanted to charge me. read more

Not Good Service They DID NOT get order correct and forgot nuggets after my sister had a very long day of work DO NOT GO HERE

I went there earlier and I didn't check the bag because I gave them courtesy but my order was wrong. I returned about an hour and a half later and I did not have a receipt and I was accused of trying to get free things. It felt really embarrassing and so hurtful, this manager, Maria Came to the window and made things even worse. She accused me of lying until she found my receipt in the computer and threw my food at me. read more

Wendy's - Not what I ordered - Burgers Near Me - Clifton, New Jersey

Wendy's has come back in a big way. Their pretzel pub burgers and their entire breakfast selection is very underrated. My favorite is the pretzel pub chicken and the regular burger. Fries aren't great. The entire breakfast menu is good and would like them to offer it for more hours then they do. read more

One of the things I love the most about this establishment is that their food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The bathroom is clean and only one time when my DoorDash order was incorrect, I was able to go the next day and have it replaced for free. I had ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich meal and got the spicy chicken sandwich. I simply called to let them know about the error not looking for a replacement since I enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich as well. The manager still offered to replace not just the sandwich but the entire meal. I couldn't resist free food from one of my favorite fast food places. Kudos to the staff here. Keep up the great work! read more

Hey Wendy's, you really wowed me! Haven't been here in over a year. Their In-House Customer Service ordering is now so well organized and efficient at lunchtime! The waiting line was nonexistent. One cashier took each order. The cashier took time out and answered all my questions nicely and efficiently. No sooner did I order a small lemonade and a Grilled Chicken Asiago Sandwich, it was given to me. The table with straws, utensils, napkins etc. was conveniently within reach after you placed your order. The entire restaurant appeared very clean. The food preparers appeared proficient. Wendy's now has indoor and outdoor dining. I made an interesting observation while eating outdoors: The flow of cars kept moving through the drive-through window. This was amazing at lunchtime. Lastly, I can't forget to mention that the Lemonade and Grilled Chicken Asiago Sandwich was very good for fast food!!! read more

Food is ok Just sloppy assembled Service is horrible by drive thru at least - always rushed to place an order Just terrible ! read more

Long lines always ! And shitty workers ! They don't put all the ingredients on the sandwiches you order. Of all the the hamburg fast food chains I've tried i truly believe Wendy's is the best by far. Breakfast, lunch and diner are great.. Wendy's is the only chain with baked potato and chili. The service at the take out window is professional and quick It's my go to place. read more

Stopped in for some lunch on the way to the movies... What can I say I like Wendy's best over the other chains, their food just tastes fresher. Plus you can't beat a deal of 2 single combos for $10.00 plus I couldn't forget my 50 cent frosty... No complaints here :) read more

I ate it..won't be gong there again I will stick to Wendy's in Pompton Lakes read more

This place is terrible. Their drive through starts as 1 line, then splits into 2 lines for ordering, then merges back into 1 line after ordering. So they basically make their customers fight in the parking lot to pick up their food. Then, when you get the food, your order is wrong at least 50% of the time. This is the one place where I literally have to do a complete inventory before pulling away. This is after they ask you what you ordered when you get to the window. Thanks to the line split for ordering, they have no idea what you ordered when you pull up. read more

Went to the new Wendy's in Passaic on a Friday night, 3 days after opening. Ordered online, waited for 30 min. to reach window only to be told that the grill didn't work and there were no hamburgers of any variety. Only chicken and fries. No napkins, dipping sauces, cutlery, or supervisors. Nice kids at the window but a bad start for the franchise. read more

Wendys drive thru with my child I didn't let a person cut because she was coming in through the exit made scene and rolled down my window to see what's her issue and she peppered sprayed me in a drive thru with my child. My service was great. I ordered on the app. I got there really fast and I waited a little but it's okay. My hot sandwich was delicious. They did forget to put the hot Sauce on it, but it's okay. Wendy's - a hand holding a chicken sandwich - Burgers Near Me - Clifton, New Jersey

Honestly this Wendy's always does a great job with my food! Just wish they were quicker. Gets very busy at night

They did a great job renovating the restaurant as it looks great. The food is on par with any Wendy's, the only thing I really order is the chicken Caesar salad which is great. The only downer about this place is the long lines and huge wait on the drive thru. Sometimes can be 20-25 minutes which doesn't make it fast food! I don't know if it's volume or slow service but be prepared to wait! read more

Wendy's - The drive thru line.....long and slow - Burgers Near Me - Clifton, New Jersey

I was there this week at 1 pm and the dining room had all tables closed, take out only, although no signs outside to indicate this....food was fine, but at least half the dining room should now be open read more

This particular Wendy's location has had it's ups and downs over the years (been coming here for over 5 years since it is down the street from my office). For the most part, I do tend to think the food here at this location has been above par compared to the other fast food restaurants in the area, it's really just the speed at times that they can get orders out. Recently renovated, the location looks great, however the speed of service has dipped even more, at times taking close to if not over 15 minutes to get your food. read more

Wendy's - Hmmm, fresh? - Burgers Near Me - Clifton, New Jersey

Wendy's, you've impressed me. I have to say, I was skeptical when this location closed down. What was going to replace it, what's going on? They demolished the existing structure, and left us all curious. But what they did was build a nice, newer, cleaner, more modern Wendy's in it's place. I was pleasantly surprised when my husband and I stopped in here one evening. This Wendy's location is ultra modern and even has 2 of the fancy soda machines that have hundreds of flavor combinations available to suit your fancy. The parking situation is decent as well. And they even have a double line for the drive through to take your orders twice as fast. It's actually pretty ingenious if you ask me. There was a nice outdoors section too. I definitely will be back soon. read more

Pros: Quick and easy, drive-thru was a breeze, chili was hot, and plenty of napkins. Cons: Darned hard to take a left out of this parking lot. You'd better go right and take a left otherwise. Given that this is no where near a convenient public transport that I can see, this is why I gave it two instead of three stars. Other Wendy's are placed in much more convenient locations. read more
