Their drive-thru is a joke. Went there the other day and attempted to order something simple. The person who attempted to take my order was extremely rude. The worst customer service ever!! At 3:50 I pulled up in the drive-thru and waited several minutes with no one serving me. I beeped my horn and kept waiting. So I beeped again and kept on waiting. Finally, the lady decides to start working and I go to give my order and while I was talking she rudely interrupts and yells at me telling me that before I order I need to know all the things they are out of, and she goes down the list. I jokingly said, Geeze, you all should just close. Then she starts screaming at me that I need to talk to the manager about that so I just pull out to leave and she is hanging out the drive thru window screaming at the top of her lungs at me! This is best Wendy's I have ever been to. They have fast service as I have never had a problem. You can eat inside or go through the drive thru. They still have their 99 cent value items where you can get a coke, frosty, fries, or a sandwich. read more

Chashier Kianta told me that they were out of full salads and only had half salads. One would assume that they would offer to half salads for the price ofca whole but she would not. I ordered a pretzle burger a pretzle chicken and used the app to add a free ten piece nugget. She scanned the app and it did not work. She scanned it again and said it worked. When I got my order it was missing the pretzle burger and the nuggets. She went and got me the burger but said that the nuggets did not ring up. So I stood there and waited and she still did not get the nuggets. read more

Every time I go through the drivethru, the lady BRENDA is always in a rushing manner. I would like to try different things on the menu but when she is there I feel rushed because she keeps asking if I'm ready to order every 5 seconds. And she is a little rude. The only reason I gave it a 1 star is because I couldn't give lower. The drive through is an entire joke. I see other reviews saying the same thing, and one would think that the manager would see a pattern here. The person taking my order was totally rude with a horrible attitude toward customers. Rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. The order was wrong, the fries were stale and cold, and the bun on the hamburger had not been heated. Went the drive through today. The wait was not too long considering it was 1:30 pm. The food came out fresh and hot. There were four orders (all in one) and the only thing wrong was that the chicken nuggets were supposed to be regular and we got spicy nuggets instead. Not a big deal if it were the other way around. But if you don't like spicy, it kind of ruins your lunch. Otherwise the food was good and the staff was nice. I would come back. Have been here before without any problems. read more

Went to Wendy's today to get food as we're in the middle of moving. Everything seemed well. Got home and one of the sandwiches, a BBQ cheeseburger, that had been requested to not have pickles or onions, had them on it. It also did not have any BBQ sauce but had ketchup instead. Called and the mananager on duty, Diane, said she would replace it. I then drove back out to have it replaced. The cashier was nice and a great help. She took the receipt to Diane and I heard her tell Diane that it wasn't supposed to have pickels, onions, and didn't have BBQ. Diane then proceeded to remake the sandwich, without onions, but put pickels on. The cashier brought the sandwich to me but I told her it was not supposed to have pickels. At this point she took it back to Diane and she simply opened the package, took the pickels off, and threw them to the side. When the cashier brought it back I informed her that would not work as the person the person the sandwich was for is allergic. The poor cashier took it back to Diane who at this point was visibly angry. She then quipped snidely at me that I need to tell people if I don't want pickels or onions. I returned with advising her that it had been made abundantly clear both at the drive through and again when the cashier took it back to her. She then scowled and finished, albeit angrily, throwing the sandwich together. Honestly if I ever provided the abysmal service Diane did, even once, I would be immediately terminated from anywhere I have every worked up to and including where I am currently. What I can say for sure though is Diane has made sure I will never do business with this Wendy's again. read more

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The seating area is badly in need of a refresh. The staff comes across indifferent. Our burgers weren't fresh and had to be redone. Bathrooms were filthy. I have been 2 times in the last 2 months and both times the same thing. There was no one else in line and workers just standing around looking at me until I ask for someone, then get my food home and both times missing items, and last thing is both times my bacon wasn't fully cooked and the hamburger meat was almost raw. This is the slowest Wendy's ever. Last time I went, the wait in drive thru was over 10 minutes - without many cars. The staff is rude and the restaurant is always dirty. This reminds me of a dining room from my childhood, and I'm sure it has not been updated since then. Our order was also incorrect. read more

I'm not a big Wendy's fan but my husband likes them so we pick something up occasionally. I can't speak to the dining room because we always go through the drive thru. Service is fast and friendly, the food is good and always warm, and the prices are cheap. Not my favorite place but no real complaints. read more
