I ordered through Uber Eats, since they had a buy one-get one 10 piece chicken nuggets for free. The Dave's two patty hamburger I got was perfect and fries were fine. Both the orders of the chicken nuggets came. This was my first time having the nuggets. My husband didn't think they were very good. I thought the flavor was fine, but the texture had more of a squishy or softer texture for the chicken. I am used to McDonald's chicken nuggets, and the Wendy's nuggets were softer, less resistance to when you chew. They included a good number of Honey Mustard and BBQ sauce packets in the bag which was nice. My order of two chocolate chip cookies were not included in the bags, so I had to spend a good 15 minutes trying to report the problem through Uber to get my money back. read more

My coworker offered to pick up lunch for me at Wendy's. He was excited about the new Cajun chicken sandwich they have. I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately my experience was horrible. I dislike writing bad reviews unless it's necessary. It would be a disservice if I don't write about it. The chicken on my sandwich was completely raw. I ate a good portion until I found out. Was just here last week and the service was excellent, but today Monday July 8th at 930? Was the worst service I got. Last week, the lady that helped me was excellent, super nice and everything. I've come here a couple times before closing and they have been out of certain food items. Not sure if they were telling the truth or did just didn't want to spend the time to fry up some more chicken. If you use the app to place your order it will always be ready when you get there. I can appreciate that as someone who needs to grab food in a hurry. Their lines are nowhere near as busy as Chickfila down the street so it's always a good option to eat here. Drove here for lunch and went through the drive thru. There were two cars ahead of me that have already made their orders but when it was my turn to order, I was told to go inside and make my order there. Keep in mind I was in the drive thru lane and couldn't get out as the two cars in front of me were waiting for their orders. So I waited around 10 minutes for those two cars to clear out. I honestly should have just gone my merry way but I was also making orders for two of my co-workers so I didn't want to leave empty handed. I went inside and it was still a 7-10 min wait until I was able to make my order because there seemed to be only one person working inside at the time. Workers eventually came in (possibly from break) but no wonder there was such a huge delay. I got my food and it was alright but what a terrible experience overall because it delayed me for more than half an hour in total. I usually Come here all the time to get my Wendy's fix whenever I don't wanna cook or whatever. Wendys is my favorite fast food and all but omg. The Customer service here is REPULSIVE to say the least. I went in the drive through and as I pulled up. I could barely understand what the person said over the speaker. As I'm begin to say my order the person over the speaker in a loud, annoyed and rude tone of voice "I SAID ILL BE WITH YOU IN A MOMENT!" Then when I went to the window the guy who took my card didn't even acknowledge me. Barely opened the window. Just let out the hand and grab my card and that was it. Good food but drive thru can be a tad slow today. I was in the drive thru for 18 minutes for a salad. By the time I got back to work lunch was over bummer. Anyway I got the new apple pecan salad which was delicious too much lettuce but it was delicious. I will be going back here again simply because I love their food. The customer service was good and it appear to be the manager at the window serving food and she was very friendly. I have come to this Wendy's off and on sometimes and I have always been satisfied whenever I came to this establishment. However, I have to say I went here tonight just for a few burgers that I was craving, it was like no other experience I have had. I got my order taken by a wonderful, enthusiastic, professional, and patient worker named Sacha, that really set my experience higher than the other fast food restaurants across the street. I have gone to many fast food places and they always respond with 'can I help you?' in a perfectly set monotone voice that creates a drag to order at those places. Sacha surpassed my expectations by being greeting me and asking me 'what would you like to enjoy tonight?'. The there was no wait time even though it was 11pm. The experience overall will be one that I will certainly remember for the next time I plan on getting fast food. read more

Guy working in the drive thru stole my credit card information. He took my credit card somewhere in the back for at least two minutes. When he returned, another employee seemed stunned that he had taken my card and asked him what he was doing and why he had taken it. The guy just ignored her and me when I asked him the same thing. I've been on the lookout for suspicious activity and today my bank contacted me because of fraudulent charges. Shame on you! read more

Over priced! All of Wendy's ads are about saving money and yet the price for the size is ridiculous. If I go there twice, I'll have a pretty bad expierence at least once. The workers there do not speak English. They have given me and my friend inaccurate change (never in our favor at that) and have messed up my order multiple times. I can think of at least 5 no joke. The only reason I go? If usually prefer to go to Wendy's when on the road and in need of a fast meal. Not any more! Up until last week, I really didn't have any issues with Wendy's in general, and specifically the store in the Clarksville, MD area restaurant. You could say I was a loyal customer. On 4/24/18 I stopped by drive thru for lunch. I got a plain baked potato instead of fries. Much to My surprise, there were not one , but at least two(2) inch -long , not including the antenna, ( what appeared to be ) cockroaches on the potatoes skin. Yuck! I was in shock. I felt nauseous and then vomited I my car. Since I was still parked, I called number on the receipt. The store manager was extremely responsive and apologetic. She was genuine. She came and met me in the parking lot. She immediately refunded my money and offered to provide a replacement. I declined. Coincidently, the area manager, Sharon Johnson, was already visiting the restaurant. I showed both the store manager( who appeared disgusted as well) and the area manager( Sharon Johnson) the bugs. While showing them, I became nauseous again. I went back into the store to vomited again. I was unable to take any pictures myself due to the nausea/ vomiting. Sharon Johnson ( area Mgr.) stated she took pictures of the bugs and stated that they'd be identifying them. She provided me with her business card. I asked her to forward me the pictures and follow up on the identification, etc. Since then, i vomited several more times and have been having GI issues. I reached out to the area manager and then her supervisor (DSandra?) . They indicated that I was not going to get copies of pictures taken .They also indicated that I couldn't get a copy of the incident report ( sent to corporate )or the name of the restaurant owner. Both the the district and regional managers knew I had been feeling ill. I then asked D'Sandra) who they reported to. He would not provide with the Owners name. He did not seem to be concerned about the situation. I've since attempted to reach out to corporate several times regarding this issue. I've since had continued nausea, vomiting when I think about the incident in addition to other symptoms. I have not heard any updates. Thus far, I'm extremely disappointed with Wendy's Franchise managers, the district area managers, and corporate. Wendy's upper manager and Franchise owners need to look at how they handle incidents like this. I read more

Wow. These folks have mastered the art of how to dissuade people from patronizing your establishment. The joy began when I approached the ordering speaker. Whatever was coming from that speaker was unintelligible. It may have been garbled English, but when I said that I couldn't understand them, they became annoyed and spoke even less clearly. I stated my order, the woman repeated it, then I heard a male voice say "First window". I wasn't sure he was even talking to me, but I pulled up after a few seconds. I sat at the first window for over 5 minutes with no one appearing there. Then someone appeared in the 2nd window and waved me down. When I drove down, they happily took my 20$ bill without ever telling me the price of my order. The woman manning the window said about the man standing at the order-taking computer, "he messed up your order... what did you want"? I restated my order and she quickly put it together. Now, the prolonged wait for my change. At first I just sat there while no one paid attention to me. I overheard the man struggling with the computer, running back and forth between the back, clearly NOT knowing what he was doing. Meanwhile, a woman inside ordering at the counter screamed at the man, "Can I please have my change so that I can take my food and go!" I was not the only one waiting for their change. The woman in the window, very frustrated with this "new" employee, the man; told me to pull forward and she would bring my change out to me. I worked at Fast Food for over 6 years in my teens and 20's (before I finished college), and I know customer service. This did not in any way resemble customer service. She did eventually bring me my change, but no receipt. During the fighting that went on between the man and woman, at one point, the man said "lets close down and lock the store". She said, "we are not closing the store". I will never eat there again, as long as the management stays this way. I will be contacting Wendy's headquarters about this experience as I'm confident that they will want to look into this. read more
