I have been going to McDonald's for many decades. No, I don't expect to get great cuisine when I'm dying there, but it is, after all, a fast food place. This Saturday evening coming up on 8 o'clock I decided to visit one for a pie or Sunday or some dessert like that. The one that I chose, I thought would be fine, but I certainly was wrong. When you go to a McDonald's, you're walking into an the food franchise that is one of the founding pioneers that developed the modern day fast food system. It's a global giant. If you've been to McDonald's before, you know what the food is going to taste like because it tastes exactly the same each and every visit. They literally have it down to a science on how to quickly and efficiently get your order out to you. You can expect at the very least incredible organization and efficiency, right? Well this location really struggles with have that. Let's start with the positives first. They have children's large play area with several modern screen games and multlevel kiddie slides and juggle tower. The other parts of the store look updated with renovated modern-decor and large person-less screen kiosks. This location has plenty of parking. Now let's talk about some concerns. It doesn't look like the tables are regularly cleaned or wiped down, and there visibly was quite a bit of random trash on the floors around the store. I mean I'm not looking very closely, but from where I was seated I could see several tables looking very sticky or had food crumbs and some trash on them. I viewed a dropped ice cream on the floor and came back some time later to see it still there. Their self serve fountain drink machine has been down for multiple weeks now, which may not be a problem if you can just ask for a refill at the counter, but getting someone dedicated at the counter is a problem. I think I waited between 5 plus minutes to ask for a refill. Typically, I'm much more understanding and patient, but the store wasn't very busy during the time i was there, that is of course unless they thought the drive-through customers were a priority than the actual in-store customers. Eventually a gentleman in front of me had to ask that he's been waiting for his refill for along while and another man stated he was waiting for his food for quite some time. As mentioned, this location has separate play place area which is very large and very nice, but the entire hour I've been there no one has come in to clean any of the tables or sweep the floors. At least the food I know so well and love tastes exactly the same; however, not all retail locations are run as well and as clean as others. read more

Placed order on app. Arrived to store to find drive-through closed and doors locked with sign saying store was closed because systems were down. When I got home I called store to request a refund. Employee stated they were now open and my order was there. When I asked for a refund instead of having to go back to the store to get my now cold soggy food they said they couldn't do that. So I had some time on my hands so I took my niece here to hang out while we waited. It's a nice building and has a farely large play ground which was kept clean. We did come early so it was crisp. McDonald's food is fast food. Food is all the same and I have to say for the value, it's not bad. On this trip, we got the sausage, pancake plate, smoothie and iced coffee. It was same as all the other McDs. But I was impressed by the playground area so if you need a place for your little ones to go and you can still sit and do other stuff, this is the place. read more

One of the worst McDonald's. I really hate to say this as I live close by and our area really don't offer to many fast-food restaurant. Over the past 10 years of living in the area this place has gone down so much, especially in the past 5 years. Every time I have gone in, the place always has a funky smell, flies everywhere, and rude staff. I have gotten orders wrong at this place many times. I haven't eaten at particular location in over 2 years now, but every so often order at this place for my friend (who only cares about how fast he gets his food). I went the drive through route a little while ago and ordered two McDoubles. Having a coupon for buy any Regular Menu Sandwich and get one free. The manager informed me that a McDouble is not a regular menu item and refused to honor the coupon. I got in a drive lane to order my coffee and fries and started waiting in the long line. It was 10 minutes wait until I got to the window to order. The person at the window didn't understand my order and we had to talk back and forth few times to get the order right. Then I move on to wait in line for window to pay. I waited 3 minutes. I go thru ok. Next is window to receive my coffee and fries. The lady at window asked me to please pull over to wait in waiting car spot that my order is taking longer. I said no. I have been sitting in line 18 minutes and still you are not ready for my coffee and fries. She said they were making a fresh pot of coffee. They should have had the coffee ready to give all day long. It was 1:30. I had a doctor appointment for 2pm. I finally moved over to wait at car spot. She did bring coffee and fries right out. This was after I complained that I will be late for my doctor, and that they have been losing control of the window a few times now when I come to place an order. Something needs to be done. The best part about the place is a concerned staff. Unfortunately, the store has been very dirty and grimy the past few times we've been there. Additionally, management has been keeping sauces and even the napkins behind the counter which is very inconvenient.
