Fast food is what it is. But I'm giving this one 1 because of the lack of management and bad experience. While the guy taking the offer was nice, the rest was a disaster. We were asked to pull the car aside to wait for chicken tenders to finish cooking. 10 min later we are still sitting in the car. I have to go inside. Wait another 5 minutes. I have tried this Wendy's off and on and never a good experience. Today I ordered breakfast and I am glad they folded the burrito wrong because it made me look at what I was eating. Mixed feelings about this establishment. The first visit was pretty bad, as they told me that they had accepted my coupons, but had not made any change to the price. Nah. Plain and simple. Today the establishment had an issue with accepting payment resulting in customers having to come inside if they wanted to order. That's fine. But upon doing that, the place was filthy. Not one worker took initiative to even clean a little. Instead they left the place dirty and customers had to wait more than 10 minutes per order. Let me start by saying I love Wendy's. This location in particular has to be one of the worst in the Northern KY/Cincy metro area hands down. I have been here four or five times past 7PM and have easily waited around 20-30 minutes in the drive thru with only three or four cars in front of me. The service is truly one of the slowest I've encountered, and no one seems to really care. This is disappointing because it's the closest Wendy's to where I live, and I really hope they turn their service around in the PM. read more

My wife and I went through the drive thru tonight. Ordered two meals and a burger. Upon receiving the food the only thing that was correct was the two medium fries and the drinks. Went back to get the order fixed, and the little blonde teenager who was working the window was extremely rude. She had an extreme attitude as if the order being wrong was somehow our fault. We've had other issues with the drive thru in the past. Overall when the food is correct, it's usually good, but when you're relying on customer service to resolve issues... your better off just counting your losses and going to another restaurant. Usually a great location to go to!! Sign up this morning stating that if you don't ask for ketchup, sauce packs, water cups, etc when you are ordering and ask for them at the window, they will be charging you 30 cents a piece for them at the pick-up window!! I certainly understand that they need to keep count for inventory purposes, but this is ridiculous... if they sold every pack for that price they'd be making $60 for a case of ketchup, against what? Maybe the $15 it costs them (if even that much) I know inflation is bad, but if you are that concerned with the food costs of your restaurant, maybe you should start asking busy moms, people On their way to work, etc if they need any of those items when they are ordering. I went to your location last night I ordered a baconator combo when I received it, it came with a small one patty two pieces cheese and two small pieces of bacon with little sauce. I opened it and told the guy at the window that it was wrong. he then told me that no I'm wrong I didn't say I want one two or three pieces of meat. If I wanted one piece of meat I would have gotten the son of a baconator. A baconator comes with 6 pieces of bacon two Pattie's two pieces of cheese and all the sauces. Very disappointed and pissed that y'all can't make a sandwich correctly and the staff is rude as can be. Never had anyone at any restaurant talk to me the way the young man talked to me. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. This is the nastiest Wendy's I've ever been in! I walked out after one bite and didn't even try to get a refund. My feet were sticking to the carpet. Typically I an not inclined to write a review, especially a dissatisfied one, but this experience had to documented. 8/20/23 2:30 pm. A friend and I proceeded to the drive thru which we realized was not an option after waiting 20 minutes with no movement and definitely no food in sight. As our hunger began to grow and our moods became disgruntled, we abandoned the stagnant drive thru line to a parking spot and headed inside to investigate. Upon entering, the establishment seemed decent, despite a few rogue pieces of trash, but it was definitely not busy. Our order was taken within a few minutes of entering which gave us hope of a pleasant experience to come. Oh how we were blissfully ignorant. What we thought to be a relatively simple order turned out to be our own greatest enemy. What we assumed to be the most complicated item, 2 plain chicken sandwiches with just cheese, turned out to nothing more than the tip of the ice burg. In addition to this we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, standard as they come, the works. When receiving our order we were greater by an employee, the same one who took our order 10 minutes prior, holding 2 sandwiches, one in each hand (glove less). "Is this your order" he said kindly yet confused. After some investigation and unwrapping the sandwiches with the help of the employee (still without gloves) we came to the group consensus that this was our order, or at least a portion of it. This was the moment we realized we would have to hold these sandwiches in our palms while we explained the rest of our order to the employee who, holding our receipt which he personally typed, looked just as puzzled as us. After explaining step by step to an employee how to place fries into the basket, we walked out, sandwiches in hand, disappointment across our faces, and without dignity. 45 minutes of our lives stolen, to never be seen again. I have been here a couple times and almost every time I have a bad experience. Once I stopped in on my lunch break (I work retail so it was at about 7pm) and no one was at the counter. After about 3 minutes of waiting the manager realized I was standing there but couldn't find the person who was supposed to be working inside. He ended up going outside to find him and then proceeded to tell him that he wasn't allowed to just walk away from the register when that's where he's supposed to be. A few months before this incident I went through the drive-thru after work and waited 15 minutes for my food, with no cars in front of me. My food was cold and wrong. Good Wendy's - clean, nice service, consistent food. We ordered inside the restaurant and ate inside. Would go to this location again. Didn't skimp on the bacon in the Jr. Bacon Cheese. Docking a star for not providing the sour cream for the potato with the potato. Last I checked (when I used to work at Wendy's), you were supposed to give the butter and cream cheese with the potato when serving it, or at least ask upon the order. read more

It's a Wendy's. Of the fast food joints it's probably my favorite because they use fresh, never frozen beef. The service at the drive thru at this one is exceptional! It'll never supplant a real sit down restaurant or jump onto my top ten burgers but getting good service at a drive thru at 1am is RARE. Wow this was one of the worst times I have ever been treated at a fast food restaurant! We arrived before doing some shopping at 5:00 pm on Saturday. I read my order to the machine at the drive thru. I added an item on and the female employee got snippy asking what I ordered so I repeated it. I asked for the amount and she told me to pull to the window. Once I got to the window the employee did not say a word. I asked the total for my order and she had an attitude back like I was doing something wrong. I let her know she told me she would tell me my total at the window. She continued not saying a word other than the total. I was not told to have a nice day or anything. I had to then wait to ask for a straw since it was not in our bag. I will honestly never return to this location due to this terrible experience.
