The food here is dependable and they have one of those awesome fountain machines with any flavor you can imagine. The dining room is always empty yet the wait for food is significant. Is it the drive through traffic is steady stream of orders being picked up by door dash etc. Besides the wait, the giant broken flat screen is a disappointing. It's a bad sign when restaurants let something fairly inexpensive remain broken for months and months, especially when it's turned on and calling attention to itself. It speaks of neglect. I will begin here, I have been to different Wendy's. But this one here, definitely hit the spot. I never had breakfast at Wendy's, either lunch or dinner. I took a shot here because I only had to take one bus. Clean location, the staff of course very friendly and helpful. There was one tiny hiccup, upon my research the website and Google said dine in was offered but upon arrival it was only for takeout. All the tables were closed off. I was able to speak to one of the team members, she allowed us to sit before the shift manager arrived. Consistently a terrible experience. A couple times messing up you order can be excused, however i've probably had a dozen orders now, drive thru and delivery, that have been missing multiple items, packaged terribly and falling out in the bag, and was cold and generally in appetizing. i'm not sure if they just need to hire more people, because they're constantly under a lot of pressure, or if no one there actually cares about their job, but either way, never going back to this Wendy's. read more

I pay with card so I guess the machine reads the name on the card cause they called out my name. No receipt is given but I've never had a problem with my order. Brand new Wendy's with the new layout. LCD screen menus, and another LCD screen on a random cable channel over the fireplace. Pretty big dine in area, decently sized parking lot. Nice to have a Wendy's back ever since they got rid of the one by Belmont and Kimball. With that said, everything is nice, new and clean. They have the new Coke Freestyle machines which are cool. This is the worst location, I ordered a baconator and got 2 pieces of bacon and it was burnt. I ordered three meals with medium fries and all the containers were half full and cold. My husband and I ordered here the other night and got the coldest, soggiest, nastiest food we've ever had from Wendy's. It was only midnight and they close at 3am, daily. We ordered $15+ worth of food only to be disappointed. The burgers were cold and dried up, baconator fries were drenched in cold cheese sauce to cover the sogginess of the fries, which only made the whole thing extra soggy. Overall the food is decent sometimes, it's a 50/50 chance and in the daytime only. The day crew is only friendly and seem to give half a sh*# when the manager is in. The night crew is rude and lazy and give zero sh*#s 100 percent of the time. The staff is the most incompetent, rude, careless group of people I've ever seen at any fast food restaurant in this area.
