Is it the drive through traffic is steady stream of orders being picked up by door dash etc. Besides the wait, the giant broken flat screen is a disappointing. I will begin here, I have been to different Wendy's. But this one here, definitely hit the spot. I never had breakfast at Wendy's, either lunch or dinner. I took a shot here because I only had to take one bus. Clean location, the staff of course very friendly and helpful. There was one tiny hiccup, upon my research the website and Google said dine in was offered but upon arrival it was only for takeout. All the tables were closed off. I was able to speak to one of the team members, she allowed us to sit before the shift manager arrived. I know restrictions in certain dine in locations are in place, but I was truly thankful that she gave us a few minutes to enjoy the meal. Thank you. Awesome location. I am glad I stopped in. I pay with card so I guess the machine reads the name on the card cause they called out my name. No receipt is given but I've never had a problem with my order. Nice to have a Wendy's back ever since they got rid of the one by Belmont and Kimball. With that said, everything is nice, new and clean. They have the new Coke Freestyle machines which are cool. My husband and I ordered here the other night and got the coldest, soggiest, nastiest food we've ever had from Wendy's. It was only midnight and they close at 3am, daily. We ordered $15+ worth of food only to be disappointed. The burgers were cold and dried up, baconator fries were drenched in cold cheese sauce to cover the sogginess of the fries, which only made the whole thing extra soggy. Overall the food is decent sometimes, it's a 50/50 chance and in the daytime only. The day crew is only friendly and seem to give half a sh*# when the manager is in. The night crew is rude and lazy and give zero sh*#s 100 percent of the time. The staff is the most incompetent, rude, careless group of people I've ever seen at any fast food restaurant in this area.
