Started off with cheese stix wrapped in wonton wrappers as well as toasted ravioli appetizer. Of the two, the cheese stock were the star! The Twix shake was swirled with chocolate and Caramel on top with Twix mixed in and Twix fun size on top. The menu featured a center flap of fizzle fries (fries with various topping). The chili cheese were the ones I tried and were good, but not my favorite. The staff were friendly and were well versed in the menu. The parking lot was filled which made the entrance a challenge to find.

Shout out Night workers / closing shifts…read more Met a gentlemen named Preston tonight. Very pleased with service, experience was above normal. The way this young man made it personable and put in the extra effort (mind you he let me know they were closing but he did not shy me away). He asked what I'd like and provided it. Then going above and beyond he assured me my food was coming even though I understood closing procedures. He brought peace at mind and gave me a complimentary or a side of fries. I apologize if you get in trouble. Your efforts don't go unnoticed. He even thanked me for coming to McDonald's and for even stopping by. Many time workers are ever unappreciated. My gratitude to the young man who went above and beyond. Great feeling. Great environment.

I don't visit McDonald's often, but I was on a road trip and the taco place next door didn't have…read moreany food. On this visit, we dined in and ordered from their digital kiosk. I requested a six-piece chicken McNuggets with fries and Orange Hi-C. My mom requested a Big Mac combo. There weren't a lot of people working, so the food prep was going a little slow. When the food arrived, it was apparent that McDonald's is downsizing everything. The chicken McNuggest are now 50% smaller than the last time I requested them. The plastic container for honey that I dipped them in was also 50% smaller. Luckily the fries and drink were the same size. There was no drink refill station, no spoons, no straws, no napkins, no ketchup available for you to grab. All of those items are kept behind the counter. McDonald's is being very cost conscious and it shows. I wasn't impressed with that, but the food tasted good.

First off, I went in, literally had to snap my fingers to get someone to look at the counter since both kiosks didn't seem to be working ( the guy behind me didn't know if his order even went through ), it took 10 mins for them to notice someone at the register. Guy comes up like he hates his life, takes my order and then walks away. As the other guy "what do you want" and he just says I need a fry, and I didn't get a receipt. So, I should have said please make them fresh because the nuggets were old, I mean really old. The fries were salted to heck and back and cold as well. I got all my sauces except the creamy chili had a puncture in it so I didn't even use it. Honestly this location remains to be absolutely awful, you'd think it would be better being in bougie yuppie land that is North Canton. It's the single worst McDonalds I've ever been to in a 5 state radius. At least the one in downtown Pittsburgh had the nerve to improve making the one on North Canton the worst one. They, like the crappy Wendy's that used to be across the street need to close down. I assume the new Wendy's is just as bad as the old one. Main st sucks for fast food.

Later when the meal was over the server passed multiple times forgetting to go boxes. During this visit, I ordered the Burrito Gigante with high hopes since I've had similar burritos at other places. The burrito was so so and not very flavorful. The burrito had chicken (extra cost), rice, black beans, corn and topped with queso. The salad was a wonderful surprise to the meal.

I would never order this burger again it was horrible! So disappointed they blew it with such a great meat. The crinkle fries were hot but very dry and even after asking for salt and ketchup I wasn't given any, so I was stuck with under-salted dry fries.

So we have been curious about this place and finally decided to go today…read more This place boasts "THE BEST Chicken and Waffles in Ohio" spoiler: not even remotely. So when you fry chicken, especially boneless cuts like tenders. You need to MARINATE the chicken, not let it sit in plain water. This chicken is for caucasians that hate flavor, the chicken meat itself was never marinated or spiced before being coated. It was wet but the taste was of water. Not from chicken juices and seasonings. The breading was salt and pepper and possibly garlic. It was all so bland that it didn't taste like anything. The chicken had 0 flavor and the breading was almost the same. The waffles were soggy from the incredibly watery maple syrup. I made the mistake of getting Nashville hot and the coating overpowered everything else on the plate, I couldn't taste anything else outside of that. The chicken being incredibly bland doesn't help. We also got the pretzel sticks, which were fried hard. They were covered in oil, they weren't bad but I'd pass on them a next time. The cheese sauce had a good taste but it was very watered down. Notice everything being watery is a theme. The milkshake was ok, it wasn't worth the price. It tasted more like a weak malt flavor instead of chocolate. All in all this is some of the worst chicken I've had in awhile. When you make KFC look good you have issues. We probably won't be back, not when Caines, Dave's, Bojangles, slim chickens exist. The resurant was generic looking, it's going for that edgy bar look. It was clean but unoriginal. Service was fine. No picture, I threw half of mine away and tossed the milkshake in the trash and went to Panera for a Mango smoothie.
