This Wendy's location is pretty good. They're always busy though. I've found that I had to start asking for fresh fries each time I go because they've been cold or wimpy many times. No surprises at Wendys. I was sorry to see the Dollar Menu replaced by the Value menu a few years ago, but Que Sera Sera. I had been out all day and had missed Lunch and Dinner at CSM, & was in the neighborhood. The Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe at $1.49 sounded great (hold the mustard and pickle). The polite young lady took my order and didn't sound annoyed when I told her I needed a minute to decide. Nikolai enjoyed a few bites of the burger as well. My major Beef (no pun intended Clara Peller, God rest her soul) was the wait time at the drive through. I have only myself to blame. I usually do park and walk into the restaurant, and I was in a hurry to make curfew (haha...I did, with one minute to spare!). The vehicle two in front of me ordered, I swear, the entire menu and extra sides I counted 17 drinks go through the window. This is 110% the WORST Wendy's in Buffalo !! Not gonna leave a long dragged out complaint I'll keep it short and sweet. It's ALWAYS a super long wait no matter how many people are there or how sMall your order is. I don't think over ever waited less than 15-20 mins here. They hire literally anyone and every employees listening skills suck. They mess up every order and it's almost never hot despite always waiting 15-20 mins for it. Cashier seemed high out of her mind and couldn't comprehend anything. I paid for two ice cream sundaes and she gave them to me without the chocolate drizzle on top. She said they were out chocolate but still charged me for a sundae.. maybe just charge me for a frosty if you know you're out chocolate, it's common sense. The only reason I am giving this location 1 star is because yelp does not permit ZERO STARS. Not only is this location the worst Wendy's I have ever been to, it could possibly be one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever been to. I have never seen anything like it. You have to wait for your food nearly as long as it would take at a fine dining establishment. Then when they present you with your food, the food is cold and they totally got your order. They have a sign inside saying when your order is wrong, they will correct it, but you cannot have a refund. you wait for your food a second time. Still wrong! I visited this Wendy's 4-5 times before it finally occurred to me, it's not worth it. You should not have to feel so frustrated buying overpriced processed food.
