This Wendy's sucks eggs. They still do a piss poor job of listening, and then they will overcharge you for what they were supposed to give you and give you the wrong thing anyway. When I asked for my receipt, they acted like they did not want to give it to me. When I looked at it, saw they charged me for a meal instead of the sandwich, but still did not give me the fries and drink that would come with it.. Also, they are slow, hire teenagers who really do not give a care, and the same bad attitude manager with poor hygiene still works there. Division of labor is a foreign concept. There are ten people in this tiny kitchen, yet no one has thought about making some fries. In the same order the guy taking my order actually did not know the difference between a hamburger and a cheese burger. Kept putting cheese on my hamburger order! I had to return the burger three times before they understood that I wanted no cheese!!!! They also do not honor the frosty tag. This is all in one visit. This Wendy's is terribly SLOW. I have been to the restaurant 7 times and 6 of those times I pulled out of line due to slowness. Today there were only 3 vehicles in front of me and it took 23 minutes to get through the drive-thru, and then my order was WRONG! Drink and sandwich were incorrect, so I suspect I received someone else's order. Didn't get greeted nor thanked for my patronage either. I ordered a #6 no tomatoes, medium with a coke and small chilli. What I got was a #6 with tomatoes, with a Dr Pepper and a small chilli. No spoon, no ketchup, no straw and 2 napkins. Ya... And they want $15 an hour. read more

It's always something when I go to this Wendy's. I didn't want to leave a bad review but the employees are so rude. I was sitting at the drive thru speaker and nobody was saying anything so I wasn't sure if they were closed or not. I asked if they were open I got nothing back then said hello THREE times before I got a very quiet and rude "thanks for choosing Wendy's" and I sat there for a second cause I wasn't sure if she was ready for me to order or not. Then she repeated herself with a rude tone once again so I asked if she was ready for me to order and she said "uh yeah"... uh yeah? How do you work in customer service and you're rude to the customers? I pull up to pay and she doesn't say a single word to me. I work nearby, and I always forget why I should stop coming here haha. 70% of the time there are food production issues, they give you a list of what food they don't have and for some reason the service is crazy slow. People are coming in from the drive through to get items that weren't given to them, and many disgruntled people standing there waiting for their food for 20+ minutes. read more

I truly regret going here. I dont know what I was thinking. When I was in the drive through the staff member told me my bill was about $60.00 more than it was. When I asked about it he said that I was rich, I could afford it. (I should have left then!) I told him to check his math. I went to pay the correct amount , and he almost "forgot" to give me my card back. He made me very uncomfortable. When I checked my order there were several mistakes, such as missing fries. Wish it could be a 0 star. I love Wendy's but The one in brownsburg has consistently been awful. They always mess up the food. They will short you on food, give you a small fries when they rang up large. You can always hear them laughing and goofing off in the back and they are slow. Wendy's is by far my favorite fast food chain. However, Brownsburg Wendy's has been consistently the WORST I've ever been to over the last 10 years. I just ordered a burger and a drink. I was the only person in the dining room at 1:00. I waited until 1:15 to get my burger, only for it to be wrong (I asked for no ketchup). Then I had to wait 10 more minutes for them to fix it. When I get my correct burger I sit down to eat and realize they used the same foil to wrap it as the first one because there was still ketchup all over it and now on the outside of my new "fixed" burger as well. They seem to put in very little, if ANY, effort at this location. I've spoken with the manager in the past and she couldn't possibly care any less. read more

Here we go again, another fast food joint in Brownsburg that hires kids that shouldn't be working in customer service. Or think that making a cheeseburger is the most complicated job there is. I have never once been to this Wendy's and had my order be right. Their way of correcting something like the sauce being wrong on the sandwich is scrapping it off and handing it back to you. When you ask to speak to the manager, he/she is no where to be found. When you ask them to correct the problem, they don't. When you call to speak to the manager, no one answers the phone or no one calls you back. Yet again, another fast food place I will drive to Avon for just to have a pleasant experience. read more

Went to this Wendy's in Brownsburg last night. June 8th, 2013. We went through a drive through and put our order in. We order a cheeseburger combo and a junior burger with a small fries and a small frosty. The junior burger we ask for plain, nothing on it. When we got home, our French fries was horrible and guess what, the junior hamburger had everything on it. We drove 5 miles to this Wendy's in Brownsburg. Apparently, the kids don't know what the hell they were doing. This is the second time we have gone to this Wendy's and each time we had a bad experience. Not only that, these kids had a bad attitude. Wendy's corporate management, you need to go and re train these people how to do their jobs. Obviously the management team there does not care. The slowest drive-thru on the planet placed on a tight corner than can't support the excessively long line which then causes backed up traffic into the street. The staff are hit or miss on friendliness but consistently incompetent and in need of better training. The restaurant itself is filthy. Needed to be on a very simple plain diet because of illness so I chose to get a plain baked potato! This has to be the WORST thing I have ever seen! I opened it up and it looked like the potato had been microwaved several times throughout the day!! The skin was hard,dry and crusty and the potato inside had turned an awful yellow color! If I was feeling better I would have returned but just threw it away! I used to enjoy their sandwiches from time to time but not sure I will be going back! At this particular location, the service was not very good. For instance, when I was told to give my name, I gave her my name, Gertrude. The host questions me on my name and makes fun of it. I felt very violated and did not appreciate this. No one has ever made fun of my name in a restaurant where they work. This dissatisfied me. Secondly, my food took a while to come. I don't eat fast food often but we were traveling and in a hurry. we went through the drive thru at this Wendy's. We waited at the pickup window several minutes and finally the cashier told us our food was nearly ready. We thought that would mean hot and fresh food. Nothing could be further from the truth. I visited Wendy's today for the first time in a few months, usually I will go there if I'm wanting to grab a burger and fries and not spend hours cooking something up which isn't too often these days, but today I purchased the newly advertised barbecue pulled pork sandwich. As I've mentioned in some of my other reviews I'm a huge BBQ fan.. I mean huge, so I thought I'd give the sandwich a shot and see what Wendy's has to bring to the barbecue game being its another fast-food chain claiming they serve smoked BBQ. They offer 3 sauces from spicy to smoked to sweet. I chose the smoked but asked for a side of the sweet just in case. The service is usually ok and quick so i didn't have any problems in that area. I got home and it was still warm but like most fast food the fries became cold and greasy tasting, which in my book is an automatic dump in the trash! The sandwich had a good appearance to it, nice bun with soft moist pork topped with a slaw. The sauce that was "smoked" didn't give much of that smoked flavor but that of another barbecue sauce. I put the sweet sauce on it and began to eat the rest of the sandwich slowly letting my pallet taste all the flavors. It was a decent sandwich and a valiant try to mimic authentic original barbecue pulled pork, but feel short of the goal IMO. It reminded me of the various types of pre-made tubs of pulled pork offered at most grocery stores. So the price of the meal was nearly $9 for a ice filled fountain drink and and fries that come with the sandwich. It was alright but I doubt Ill ever purchase it again just because it doesn't scream BBQ to me like other specialized BBQ restaurants pulled pork sandwiches do for a comparable price. Im glad I tried it but Ill probably stick with the Baconator as it usually fills me up and is packed with bacon, and who doesn't love that?!! read more
