Cashiers were on their phones, who appeared to be the manager on duty walked past me more than once, and nobody said anything to me. I could see my ticket up where they load the bags just sitting there while other tickets were being worked. Finally, the man said "What you waiting on?" I told him that mobile order that I placed 20 minutes ago. He turns, tells the workers what to fix (Sausage McMuffin with Egg), they fix it, and he hands me the bag. No apology, no words, nothing. Oh well, after several good experiences, I chalked it up as they were just having a bad day. A few days later, I went for lunch. Again, I figured it could not happen twice...right? I pulled up and submitted my order on the mobile app for two McChicken sandwiches. Other people coming and going...workers bringing other people's food outside.
