This is by far the best Wendy's I have been to. Breakfast or lunch. The employees are always nice. Friendly. The food orders have never been messed up. The food is hot. Definitely a Wendy's customer And will always patronize this location. Most recent visit was this morning at 7:15am. Staff today was exceptional. Thank you. read more

I had to repeat my order multiple times because the employee kept saying 'hold on' and laughing. Once I got frustrated, she suddenly wanted to take me seriously. Then I was given food I didn't even order. The whole experience was disrespectful and unprofessional. read more

This is the third time in a row they forget my nuggets I just want my nuggets like the first two times okay I get maybe you guys were busy and what not but this time there was no cars in the drive through like I'm not trying to be a Karen but I just want my nuggets man please but all jokes aside at the same time it's my fault for trusting you guys or any fast food establishment read more

So we went to Wendy's and ate inside. We ordered from the kosk, I got the Baconator and the kid got the number 1! The machine said we can get our drinks at the counter! Well there was no one there! For 8 minutes we waited! So what if the registers were robbed! 2 people walked by a did not acknowledge him! They were too busy helping the drive through! Finally, this girl who was put out said can I help you! He said I just need my drink! We waited for 20 minutes for our food, this is way too long! read more

we stopped in for breakfast before grocery shopping, there were no customers, now I know why!! It took them a long time to wait on us even tho there were no other customers, ordered and got my coffee order wrong, had to go back, , the potatoes were luke warm to say the least, my breakfast sandwich was close to being cold!! Will not return for breakfast, even tho a few months ago, it was great--must be bad management!! read more

They got my order wrong and it made me sad. But the Dr Pepper is absolutely bust, so u give 2 stars.

Paid seven dollars for a spicy chicken sandwich with no tomato and one piece of lettuce... I get inflation but this is a waste of money for fast food.. might as well go to a restaurant read more

Wendy's - Spicy chicken sandwich - Burgers Near Me - Brighton, Colorado

I arrived at the tail end of the Sunday lunch rush. Wow is this place popular! Two employees were cleaning, so the dining area and restroom were immaculate. The dining area is larger than the average Wendy's, with all of the hip seating options: tables, booths, large tables, counters, and a coffee shop-like corner. My food was fast, hot, and tasty. Drinks come from a pair of Coke Freestyle machines (tip: run some water first, to avoid off flavors from the previous customer's selection). Staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. read more

Every time we come here we have food missing . Usually check before we get to far but forget sometimes . Gets pretty annoying.

Fast and great service. Went through drive through and our order was correct! Food as as expected.

Food Is Always Delicious. Very Disappointing That This Location Doesn't Offer The 4 For $4 Deal. Why Would They Not? I'm Sure They Would Get More Business If They Offered The Deal. And I Don't Understand Why They Don't Ask If You'd Like Any Sauce(s) Before Handing Over Your Food. That's Usually How It Works But Not Here Apparently. read more

Received some Wendy's coupons in the mail and this location said I could not use them here because their owner didn't accept them?? Last I checked it Wendy's was a corporation not a ma and pa store. Sounds to me like the owner of this location is corrupt and trying to scam customers for full price when the coupons should be valid. read more

Apparently ordering a combo meal doesn't get you a drink, or they're just not the brightest.

The fries are always fresh when I go there and they served us fast and the food was perfect in every way

Yuck! We went to Wendy's yesterday in Denver and had the best spicy go wrap ever. We wanted one again today on our way home from Fort Morgan and boy did it ruin my appetite. First off, the employees act like high school girls who just "like totally hate their job". Secondly, it's more expensive than other Wendy's which isn't a huge deal if it weren't for the last complaint. The food was just disgusting, no spice on the "spicy chicken", all gristle, totally inedible. We spit it out and went across to chick fil a. If you are a silver lining kind of person, the place looks very nice on the outside. There you have it. read more

This locations chooses not to participate in any national "deals" like the Biggie Bag or the 4 for $4. Also, they've discontinued many of the individual items available at most locations. This, coupled with the fact that Wendy's doesn't offer a dollar menu ... makes this a poor fast food choice IMO (esp for large families). If I want to spend $35 for a family's lunch, I'll go to a nicer place. read more

Keep your damn hamburger. This review is for free. Arrived at 8am and nobody in the parking lot, in the dining area or at the counter. Should have been a red flag. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches, coffee and a Coke. Sausage was bland and old. Bacon was under cooked and potatoes looked like they were scraped off the bottom of the fryer. The entire meal seemed re-warmed to room temperature. 35 minutes later, as we were leaving, still not a soul in the parking lot, in the dining area nor at the counter. But.... the place was clean although I would suggest you find another place to eat. Rich. read more

I had just went and I got the #2, the burger was dry and the bacon wasn't cooked all the way!!!!!!!!! I've been here before and it was great, I'm guessing it's the staff during the day because at night they're the best. read more

Avoid at all costs. They do not rotate their chicken, meaning you're getting old infected chicken. Same with the meat, and even fires. I went back and asked for a full refund. Unacceptable. Avoid a trip to the hospital. read more

Everytime I come here...the fries are soggy and gross. Such a shame...guess it'll be worth the drive further to get better fries from a different location read more

Not that great of service had to go threw drive twice. Manger is super rude! Wouldn't fix my order.

This Wendy's doesn't honor promotions and coupons. They are a private owner and they choose not to participate in any of the national sales (ie .50 frosties) . Just be aware before you stop in. Also, same deal with the Wendy's across town. read more

This place ripped me off! I spent $14 and some change on our food. I paid $4 in cash and the rest on my debit card. Never got a receipt. The next day I happened to check my bank account and see they charged me $14 and some change after they took my $4 in cash. So overall i spent $18 on my food. They owe me money! read more

Every other Wendy's I've ever seen does the 4 for $4 or the new $5.00 meal. The Brighton one is the only one who took this away and won't participate. Greed. We know who owns this one and I just want to tell you how greedy you are. It's a good deal for families and you should be better humans. read more

Just waited 15 minutes to place my order and get my food - traveling through but will never stop here again. Long line, extremely slow service, all the tables are greasy dirty. Don't go here find a mcdonalds - thought I'd never say that in my life!! read more

You drive thru you order they give you generic gmo and anibiotic pumped, chemically engineered fast good. You drive off you eat it. You sleep you wake up and you try to get on with your life after making the mistake of eating here. Its exactly what you expect from a fast food restaurant read more

If i could put zero i would. My wife and I were not greeted at the counter. We had to wait for Eva, the mexican girl with glasses and the other cashier to finish their conversation. After our order the 3 huddled in the back talking and looking back at us. Giving the appearance they were talking about us. Very unprofessional service. If you like bad service, giddy little girls talking about you, and dirty looks while you dine. This is the place for you!!! read more

The food was hot and fresh. The kitchen is completely visible and spotlessly clean! Really a nicely run Wendy's.

This place is crazy busy at lunch and I get it. But there needs to be some order in the chaos of ordering lunch. I'm running short on time in order to get back to the court house and Bernadette is busy flirting with some boys... Not taking my order. There were several of us customers just standing there waiting to place orders and the cashiers just stood there with a stupid look on their faces. read more

Very terrible service. Every employee I saw was unprofessional. Let me be clear none were directly rude to me as a customer as far as direct contact but there was one employee holly singing so loud like she was auditioning for American idol. The other female worker and her then began chit chatting about some guy on Instagram so holly grabbed some paper and wrote down the name fore the other girl to look up. Neither of them asked if I needed anything which I did I was waiting for sauce. The other female worker was upset when more customers came in and she had to get on the register. The male employee with longer hair again not directly rude but did not care about his job asked me two times for a name for the order and if it was for here or to go.... the restaurant was very dirty tables with food and drinks that unfortunately customers did not clean off themselves. An older female employee say at the table by the bathroom on her cell phone and ate putting fries in her mouth then returning to work without washing her hands. Definitely the worst of all and made me so upset as we were sitting in the farthest booth from the counter in the corner by the window was the volume of one of the male employees with another yelling and cursing dropping the f*** word multiple times while my 4 year old sat there in ear shot. Again there was nothing directly wrong with the food and I have come to this location several times, I have been given cold fries in the past, no silverware with a baked potato or frosty, no straws and I have never once complained because mistakes can happen although these are things that they should not be constantly be happening. However when I see such terrible employees and no care for the customers then I start to wonder what is taking place behind the counter when handling food. Unfortunately I will not return to this Wendy's and neither will my family. I hope this review is really read and taken into consideration for better employee training. read more

My boyfriend and I went yesterday and couldn't believe many things that were happening. To start we literally waited in the drive through line 47 minutes but I'm 36 weeks pregnant, have been craving Wendy's for days and I wasn't leaving without food. We FINALLY got our food and as were about to drive off they gave us the wrong sandwich and shorted us a French fry so we had to turn right around and then the lady argued with us (she accused us of "hiding" a fry.) I was baffled and finally got my fry after dealing with ridiculous amounts of attitude. AND MY FOOD WAS COLD AND THE FRYS WERE SOGGY. I will not be returning read more

The guy who rang up our order was really funny and nice this Wendy's is probably the best one I have been to

We've been on the road for the last week, frequenting fast food places, and this stop was noticeably different from others on our trip! The restaurant was clean! The bathrooms were clean! The employees were polite and pleasant! This Wendy's was BUSY and the staff was working like a well-oiled machine, as well as being courteous to each other! Food came out quickly and tasted great! The manager was working right along side the employees, filling in wherever he could. What a refreshing change to be in a fast food restaurant where the employees actually took pride in what they do and were pleasant to work with. Well done, Brighton Wendy's, well done! read more
